They told me I have to buy their wig for $400( which is not a human), and I did not like the wig, but I need it to be installed on the day of my event. On the day of my event, the salon called 30 minutes before my appointment to tell the lady who was supposed to do my hair can't do it, and I need to come to get the wig that I have bought with them three weeks ago and left it at the shop .customization. When I got to the shop, the lady, who was supposed to do my hair, was hiding behind the mirror doing someone else hair. Another came to the counter. Instead of giving me my hair, she said I have to pay $75 for the wig customization. My question is, how can you refuse to do my hair but want me to pay you for the customization when it was part of the appointment. I did not say anything; I was already overwhelmed with my event, finding someone who can do it before 3 pm. I have never experienced this inhuman behavior. Luckily, I call abeauty, and someone was available to do it in 2hours. I'm usually not the type to complain, but this was a horrible experience and left me frustrated given that they knew my hair needed to be done that day for my event. It was very unprofessional to cancel last minute. If it weren't for Kiaro Beauty, I wouldn't have my hair done for my event that day.

She is an extremely awesome & knowledgable esthetician. She educated me on the best foods to eat to keep my skin young and healthy. As for the procedure, I went with the Hydrafacial Refresh for my first time. It's $145+ and lasts up to one hour. This treatment included cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection. Now that I got a feel of what being in heaven is like, I'm so sad that I didn't go sooner. Why do you need so much info when I just want to buy something? I felt like I was filling out a credit application. When I asked her if this was necessary to make a purchase she just gave me this blank look and said yes. I walked out and will never come back. Last time I was there I had a service plus bought about $250 worth of products. Just went there as most places are closed on Sundays. No problem, I'll never return
