Absolutely AMAZING MASSAGE EXPERIENCE! Every year, I count down the days until I can return to Ocean City and Creative Day Spa is a huge reason why. In 2023 I met masseur, Bryan, and it changed everything. From the moment I walked in, Bryan's calm, kind presence put me at ease. As someone who's had many massages over the years, I can honestly say: Bryan is in a class of his own. He was professional, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the needs of my body. His technique was masterful, not just relaxing, but restorative. I walked out of that spa feeling like every knot of stress, tension, and fatigue had melted away. What made it even more special was how safe and comfortable I felt throughout the entire experience. Bryan creates an atmosphere where you can fully let go, and my body entered a state of relaxation I didn't even know was possible. It was, in a word, transformative. my fabulous daughter set me up with the Surrender massage and classic pedicure. On arrival I was greeted by Cassie who was happy, friendly and very nice. I had about a 15 minute wait til my appt time and Cassie made sure to check if I had any other needs while I was waiting. my massage was first and my therapist Renee was right on time to greet and escort me to my massage room. The room was very tranquil and relaxing with very low lighting and soft, soothing background music. Renee is a wonderful therapist with great technique and perfect massage pressure. she was also very good to talk with and made sure to check on any issues to address or be aware of before starting the massage. all I can say is I felt relaxed, stress free and wonderful when she was done. next came my pedicure with Brittany which made me very happy as she had done my pedicure in a previous visit and is just terrific. Brittany takes her time to do a great job and make you feel special. she too is very good to talk with. in fact everyone I encountered at Creative Day Spa made me feel warm and welcome, like we had all been good friends for a long time, and it was just a terrific and (there's that word again) wonderful experience! read more

Went here for an "emergency" vacation wax and was not disappointed. The waxing prices are comparable to other locations in OC (and my hometown in south NJ), and the staff were incredibly kind. I chose this location simply for the availability of wax times -- most locations were fully booked for the entirety of my stay -- But I will gladly return on purpose next time. I called to book my appointment as I didn't have the patience for the online system (They were VERY accommodating and understanding. No problem at all). The facility is clean and well managed. The owner herself did my wax and did a fabulous job (even going in with tweezers at the end to grab any stray hairs -- not very common for underarm waxing!). The conversation was easy and she seemed very nice and genuine. I was seen on time (in alignment with my booking time) and the COVID cleaning practices were explained well to me -- longer booking times for more cleaning time between clients. Practices seemed sanitary. The spa location is in the Princess Royale's basement. You can take the elevators, but it's easier to just take the stairs (to the left of the elevators) down the single flight right to the spa entrance. read more

I received a great body butter treatment massage by Melanie, and also a mini facial. My sister who was with me was massaged with the CBD treatment and given a mini facial by Brittany. The masseuses were super nice and gentle during the entire process -- from when we met them to when they gave us cups of water for after-service. That was a nice touch. I have a new eyebrow piercing that I was afraid of getting product in or tugged on during my facial, but Melanie was extremely careful around that area and gave me a perfectly performed facial while keeping that area clear. I highly recommend getting a full body massage and a facial because the entire experience left me feeling satisfied from head to toe. My sister even fell asleep and started snoring LOL That's how I knew the relaxation level was 1000. Whenever I'm back in the Ocean City area, I'll be sure to book myself a massage and facial here again with the same masseuses. read more

I recently saw Melanie on two days for two massages and she was amazing; I highly recommend her! The massage was so wonderful and I was so relaxed that even when my car broke down two days later and I had to stay an extra week, I didn't feel that tightening up of the body, I was still physically relaxed. She really does a good job at loosening you up. I'm going back in August and will be making appointments as well. It's located on the bottom floor of the princess Hotel, and when I was there, there was also a large group meeting and while the lobby area was loud because it's open in the treatment room I couldn't hear anything. The next day the group was there as well, but they took me to a different treatment room a floor up thats used for couples massages and that was a really nice room as well. read more

My boyfriend and I got a deep tissue couples massage from Creative Day Spa to kick off our vacation and Renee and Mellisa did absolutely amazing!! Renee was one of the best I've had in a really long time and my boyfriend said he almost had to tap out during certain times of his massage from Mellisa's strength and technique. Believe me, this is a good thing. He does manual labor for work so his muscles need a lot to finally be able to loosen and relax and Mellisa was able to do that for him. This absolutely set our vacation on the most relaxing start. Because of this experience, we will be making this a yearly tradition and be requesting them by name with the hopes that they still work here. My sister and I do a "couples" spa day on every vacation. This year, we got the "Couples Blooming Bundle," which is a Couples Swedish Massage and Couples Hydrojelly Facial. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Brittany and Bryan gave amazing massages. This was my first massage with Brittany, and quite possibly the best one I've ever gotten! My sister got Bryan, who has been her favorite for years. Once our massage was over, Jamie and Tawney came in to give us our hydrojelly facial. It was incredibly relaxing and we feel so refreshed and rejuvenated! Highly recommend this spa! read more

Melanie helped restore my faith in pedicure services! After several bad experiences at other salons over the years, I was hesitant to get a pedicure, but desperately needed one being 8 months pregnant and unable to reach my own feet. From helping me choose a gorgeous nail polish to making me feel at ease, refreshed, and beautiful during and after the service, Melanie made my appointment truly a joy. I had the pleasure of receiving a full-body massage from Mel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. She was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing session. Visited Creative Day Spa for a gel manicure with Mackenzie and had a lovely experience. She is a salon rockstar & a super npassionate new salon owner! Many seasonal services to try and enjoy with friends or solo. I have already booked my next mani in two weeks when we return. Great location on the beach at the Princell Royale Hotel & parking was no problem since it was off season. My father and I wanted to surprise my mother and sister with a Massage. My mother has never had one before so we told her and she fought us about going. We decide to make them at the creative day spa and Im glad we did. Renee took really good care of my mom. My mother said she was very friendly, took her time and she loved it!! I scheduled a deep tissue massage yesterday morning at creative day spa inside the princess royale hotel. I'm pretty hard on my body with work etc. and don't schedule regular massages. My wife convinced me to give it a try. Glad I did. Brittany was beyond amazing. She was so experienced right from the start in the consultation before the massage and throughout. My Girl Friends and I spent the afternoon at Creative Day Spa this afternoon and we all had our massage done at the same time and in the same room. So it was super cool be together. we all received the CBD oil massage and we had Renee, Melanie and Mellissa and our masseuses. My husband and I got the couples relaxation massage. The exfoliation was more relaxing than I thought it would be and it made my skin feel renewed. I also had a pedicure/manicure which were fantastic. The foot and hand massages with those services were great too. Mackenzie and Laura were both very friendly and pleasant to talk with. My first visit to Princess Royal and decided to get a couple's pedicure and couple's relaxation treatment. From the beginning, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our pedicures were great Mackenzie and Stacey were so nice and did a fantastic job. Now, for the massage. OMG, I asked Renee to concentrate on my neck and lower back. She was beyond wonderful.
