Minas was the head installer it seemed (all people are internal employees with Aloha and work is NOT contracted out, that was a big seller for us), and two other guys Rigo and Matt. Minas walked me through everything at the end, and major bonus points once he installed the piping going from battery to roof, he asked if I had paint that matched the exterior of my house. Currently I have multiple electricians verifying this. You cost me over $2000 due to loss of 30% tax credit for that upgrade and me having to dump $1000 to replace the zinsco breakers in a desperate effort to make it safer.
