Check your flowers before you leave if picking up!…read more Placed an order 2 weeks ahead for a pickup. Flowers are picked up after standing around for a few minutes with workers showing no interest as to why I'm there. I look around to see my pre order is on the floor amongst other pick up or delivery orders. (mind you, the door is open and this place wasnt exactly that cool inside so that those flowers are temp controlled to stay fresh) I pick up the arrangement with my name on it, and motion to someone so I can show my receipt and leave. Arrangement is average at best, and not worth the $80 I paid for it.....and the roses had a slight wilt to them/brown edges on them. A couple days later... the roses are on their way full wilt! I see this as a rushed job and lack of care for the arrangements or the customers who are going to receive them. I've been here a few times before, but looks like they're either under new management, or new owner. Won't be back.

I considered ordering online but that would have cost about $10 or more due to service fees and delivery fee. even with a discount that would have exceeded the $65 budget. I picked up a bouquet for $59.75 It was not that crowded and they had about 4 young people helping out. Just be patient they will eventually asked if you need help, when the are finished doing what young people do; conversing amongst themselves and using the phone. It does get a bit confusing for them when you have customers and workers moving about. A worker told me to tell a tall guy by the flowers to help me. I picked up a bouquet and told the told guy where she pointed. He looks at me and didn't respond. I told him again that I want the bouquet that I held in my hands. He finally stated that he doesn't work there. I had to apologize profusely because I really did not want to offend him. However, we did have a good laugh.
