We hired him two months ago to do a variety of things to our 100-yr old home in Cow Hollow: -rebuild front steps & entryway, including installing a new front door -install crown moulding on our main floor -rebuild deck in backyard -repair and replace dry rot at various locations on exterior of the house -a variety of smaller projects throughout the house As you can tell, it was a variety of interior/exterior projects, and Rich absolutely hit it out of the park. In the three years that we've owned our home, I'd been through more than 5 contractors before we found Rich. I can't recommend him highly enough. Let me tell you specifically why: 1. Attention to detail & quality of work -The finish work that Rich does is as good as I've ever seen. Every night we would come home and there would be no evidence that Rich had been there that day - no dust, no specks of paint, no tools left behind. Just the evidence of progress made on the job. Awesome. 2. Trustworthiness -We left Rich with a key to our house, not only while we were gone at work every day, but while we were away in Europe for two weeks 3. Guarantees -One of the boards that Rich installed on our front steps began to warp days after being installed. Not at all a problem with Rich's work, but a faulty piece of lumber. Regardless, Rich tore up the board and replaced it the next day, all at no additional cost and with no questions asked. 4. Customer-oriented & professional -All of Rich's quotes were sent to me as PDF's in email and clearly outlined in detail the proposed work. Following the job, he sent me an invoice. All very professional and customer-oriented. 5. Price -We sought out three bids for the work that we wanted done, and Rich was very competitively priced. Incredible value for money. In short, we can't say enough good things about him. We'd highly recommend him for home remodel / improvement projects. In fact, our experience with him as been so great that we're now considering working with him on a remodel of our master bath. -alex

The structural work ended up being much more serious that I had anticipated and I'm glad I decided to hire Finch Construction to do the work. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this company and its employees. The representative I interacted with the most was Logan. He was one of the most professional, easy to deal with guys I've ever done business with. If he said he was going to be somewhere at a certain time, he was there like he said. I never felt like I wasn't fully aware of what all the work entailed. I never felt like I was being "sold" a service; I just showed Logan what the issue was and he went to work with a solution. Kyle is a workhorse! He gave me a time-to-completion estimate of three days to get the work done and it was done by then. The floor looks and feels much more structurally sound. You can tell Kyle knows what he's talking about! He even came back out for a short touch-up on one small spot I asked him to double check. Very respectful of my property, too. Kyle even swept out my encapsulated crawl space when he was done! You won't see that out of many companies these days. I'm sure over the years I will have more small projects that pop up and I have every intention of only using this company. Roof was replaced on 7/11/24. The insurance adjuster would not initially approve Mike's invoice for the work done. He and I were hassled about various small items and he refused to settle the claim for a month. Finally, after Mike's numerous emails and phone calls the claim was settled and insurance paid their final payment on 8/15/24.Throughout all of this Mike was professional and diligent on my behalf and went above and beyond the normal to complete the job!

Wetlock Waterproofing does an excellent job servicing crawl spaces. Starting with a free…read moreinspection, complete with numerous pictures, Cory explains what's happening under the house. For many of us, we never climb in there and the pictures clearly showed its condition. From there, Cory removed the old dirty plastic and debris left from the house's construction. He then leveled the ground by hand, so it would be uniform under the new plastic. He also cleaned the surface of the drainage pipes, tacked up loose insulation and wires, and inspected the ventilation vents. He installed the new plastic from the high side of the crawl space to the low end, and laid the seams so if any water was leaking in, it stayed under the plastic. The change was enormous, and the cost was very reasonable. Now the job is complete and we have a clean and dry crawl space. Job well done!
