Our son really loved his time here. He went to the Craig Creative Kids for a year from 2-3 and we were extremely happy with the care and affection they showed him. He especially loved his teachers Rebecca, Marissa and Hailey, and the assistant director Claudia is also an absolute sweetheart and loved spending time with him. We appreciate everything CC on Craig did for our boy, he always smiles and says "school, toys and friends!" when we drive past it. We didn't have a single issue here, and the app they use along with the cameras on the classrooms were very helpful in keeping an eye on him while he was there. My son went to this CC from 2021 until he started kindergarten in 2024. I couldn't say enough good things about the teachers, the director, etc. Very welcoming environment. My son absolutely adored his teachers. Miss Claudia was our favorite. My son was being bullied by another kid in his class and the teachers were very proactive in shutting that behavior down. Always kept me informed of any incidents or when he wasn't feeling good. They treated my son like their own. Every time we pass this location my son excitedly tells me that's his old school and that he misses it. Lol I always felt that my son was safe there. Which as a "worrier", was huge for me. read more

It is truly surprising to me to see the few negative reviews I see on here. Everyone has different perspectives and experiences, but my family and I love this school. I had toured about 4 other daycares/preschools in our area before coming to this one, and I had started to consider the possibility of home schooling my son for pre-k. I am thankful I toured this school before throwing in the towel, because sending my son here was the best decision we had made for him at that time. I ended up enrolling him into the pre-k program in August 2020, and he's been going ever since. When I started taking my son, he would scream, cry and beg me not to drop him off, but he desperately needed the social and educational influence that pre-k offers. The teachers were all so patient with him, which I am not afraid to admit, was very difficult to be with my son at that time. Time passed, we continued to drop him off twice a week, and my son absolutely LOVES going to school here. He misses his teachers, Miss Carol and Miss Sheryl over the weekend and excitedly anticipates returning back to school to see them. He asks me if we can invite them over to dinner and how he wants to show them his room and introduce them to his family, and I know this is a sign that he truly loves and trusts them (when he was not the trusting type for a time period). My son now begs to go to school all 5 days of the week, though sadly, it's not something that works for our family at this time. His teachers are amazing, but the school itself is perfect in my eyes as well. My son is scheduled to go to school on Wednesdays and Thursdays, but whenever they have class parties on Friday, they don't mind allowing him to go Thursday and Friday instead for that week so that he is included. They celebrate so much and the crafts the children make here are like nothing I've ever seen. The school has an amazing communication system, especially considering my son has been attending almost the entire time COVID has been happening. I couldn't be more thankful to this school and my son's teachers, Miss Carol and Miss Sheryl, for all that they have done for him and the rest of their students during this time. Their influence on my son has helped in ways that they can't comprehend. He has learned so much not just academically, but also socially, and it has made a huge difference for our family. My only disappointment is that because of COVID, parents are not currently allowed inside the school or classrooms, and because of this, I have never had the opportunity to talk to Miss Sheryl or Miss Carol personally, other than a quick hello. I hope in the future as things open up, I'll get a chance to thank them myself one day. read more

I don't write many reviews but I hope this will help a parent make the right decision. I enrolled my soon to be 2year old about 3 weeks ago she only attended 3 times a week from 8am - 5:20pm. I picked her up on a Monday when we got home I noticed that her diaper was so full that the pee leaked through her onesie as if it hadn't been changed in HOURS. The next day (Tuesday) I reported the incident to the lady at the front desk she apologized and looked at the diaper log. She told me that the last time they reported changing her was at 11:50am and I picked her up at 5:20pm!!!!! She assured me that she'd report this to the teachers so that it wouldn't happen again. We're now on Wednesday evening of the same week I picked her up at 5:20pm. As soon as she ran up to me I noticed that AGAIN her diaper was excessively full. I walked up to the lady at the front desk to show her what I was talking about. One of the other teachers went to look at the diaper log and when she came back she said that the last time she was changed was around 2pm. Keep in mind I picked her up at 5:20pm. We were told that the teachers potty train but CLEARLY we can see that they don't. This is clearly NEGLECT. read more

I had a horrible experience here with one of the employees. My son spent a little over a year here, got hurt multiple times and was neglected. The director Tracy is a very condescending person. I don't know why she's running that place, there's a few nice teachers Carol, Chris and the assistant director Jackie. But as long as this place is run by Tracy the issues will remain. Her employee I'm referring to threatened me and argued with me in front of my son and other children. I filed a complaint with the state, an investigation was launched and I finally took my son out of this place. Tracy you're a horrible person and that's why the turn over rate is SO high. Take the other negative reviews seriously- DO NOT enroll your child here. They will be physically and mentally abused. My 3 year old was returned to me with a 2 inch cut on his orbital bone with absolutely no report or explanation why. The staff member in his room said they were outside and she didn't see anything, which can't be true because I know he definitely cried. Either A. she was neglecting the kids B. no staff members were outside c. she saw the entire thing and lied to me about it d. she did it herself and then lied about it. There was no incident report when she told me there was one with the director. The director, Julie and her assistant Sandy had no idea what I was even talking about. The week prior, I heard another staff member, April, speaking in such a nasty, demeaning tone to the kids. I spoke up after the second time I heard hear speak to children that way (on two separate days and occasions, so it was not just a one time occurrence) and she stood up and started walking aggressively towards me while raising her voice, shaking her finger at me and telling me to "HOLD ON, HOLD ON" in front of every single child in the classroom. The staff members who interacted with my son barely spoke to me. Never gave me any reports on how he was doing in class, how he was doing with potty training, etc. My son shrieked every time we brought him there- which should have been my first clue. The classroom was disgusting and dirty with old food everywhere at any given time, which was absolutely unacceptable as my son has SEVERE, life-threatening food allergies. There were brownies that could have possibly had nuts in it- which would have sent him into anaphylactic shock. April and her other African American partner in crime in Room 3 were absolutely awful. My son, who has never had a diaper rash in his life, looked like he hadn't been wiped all day after he went to the bathroom and had a nasty bout of diaper rash that took a few days to clear up. Julie, the director, may seem like she has it together. But she doesn't. After I let her know about April speaking to the kids so harshly, she said she was removing her from the class room. Not true- I walked in with my son and she was there the very next day. But had half a mind to at least walk out as soon as we showed up. The icing on the cake was the fact that they took 2 months to refund me for 2 days out of a full week. Are you kidding me??? My son was physically and verbally abused by their staff and they actually think they deserve to keep our hard earned money. What a freaking joke!!! Carrie and the Board of Directors are a bunch of half wits and no help at all. This entire facility needs to be shut down immediately and the staff members need every single one of their licenses pulled ASAP. I didn't realize how good we had it at Watch Me Grow, just down the street- he is MUCH happier and safer there. read more

My daughter absolutely loves it here! She's always excited to come and never wants to leave! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and as my daughter would say "they are good girls" Since my daughter started here she has made lots of friends and learned so much. I feel safe knowing that my boys are being well taken care of while I'm at work. They love their teachers, have tons of fun and are always very excited about the art projects they create. You can see the place is clean and organized and everyone is very nice there. Highly recommended! read more

So much has changed in this school. It continues to get better and better everyday! I have 2 daughters who attend here and they absoluetly love it!! We have been here a little over 1 year and a half. The teachers here are all loving and caring and make it feel like a second home. If you have any questions or concerns its almsot always immediatly addressed. Enrolled my 5 year old for a month just to keep her busy during the summer break. In that short amount of time they tried to over charge me TWICE, once for $100 and again for a whole day. When I called them on it I didn't get an apology or anything, just oh yeah, so the total is... The snack they give the kids is dry cereal and water. Every time I call or go in everyone is confused, no one knows what is going on. I would never take a baby or toddler to this place, they can barely handle older kids. read more

Do not bring your kids here. They will get hurt. My son got bit twice! Also his eye was hurt and all that was written on the incident report was that he fell on the playground. They have subs all the time. There is no consistency. If Ms. Tiffany was there all day then it would be fine, but she is not and they give her too many kids. The subs never know what to do. My son is not potty trained, but the sub assumed he was so I picked him up and he had no diaper or underwear on. He was soaked because he had an accident due to the stupid sub. read more

I love this facility! My kids have been going there for a little over a month now, they transport to and from my daughter's kindergarten, and the staff are AMAZING. I love Creative Kids - Craig Road; it is the best. I'm a foster parent and I love the staff at this facility. They have taken, loving, care of all my kiddos and they take good care of me too! They have a great curriculum and they have always been very flexible with the individual needs of each child. They do what they can to accommodate all kids and treat them with respect; indirectly they teach my kids to be respectful. The only way I would like them better is if they took infants, too. They do such a great job with my older kids; I want them to be able to be my daycare for my babies. it is hard in Las Vegas to feel appreciated as a customer; I'm thankful I found Creative Kids, they make me feel appreciated! read more

My son has been attending since August 2016. He was almost 4 at the time. 5 months in, and he still loves it and doesn't like to miss a day! His teacher, Ms. Joyce, displays so much care and love toward her children. He learned how to spell his name, they work with letters, numbers, art, and learn a lot through song. The school itself holds events like fall festival, pajama day, ugly sweater day etc. They offer numerous enrichment classes and I currently have my son signed up for dance---thus, they'll perform their skills in a Mary Poppin's play at the end of the month. DO NOT enroll your Child for Summer camp at this facility on Craig and Decatur!!!!! ZERO stimulation for your little one! They let the children down on scheduled trips as my daughter out it "they lied to me". Children are put into one room on the days they stay in the building and sit for arts and crafts the entire day. I posed my concerns after 1 day of my daughter attending the program and due to their "policy" they would not refund my money for the days I took her out. So unless you are willing to throw money away like I did $130 for the rest of the week and buying their camp shirts, look elsewhere for a Summer camp program. I enrolled her into a different establishment and it was so nice to see her super excited to go learn and play. read more

Creative kids Craig is awesome, my child has gone here since he was 18 months he is now 5. They take him to school everyday, the staff is great, the director is awesome. I am sad to see people posting bad things about this school on here. My son has attended here since he was 18 months old and we have had the best experience. The teachers have been here forever, they care about the children and the parents. The school is very clean, never smells bad like some other places I toured before starting my child here. They actually take their teacher to child ratios seriously and make sure that the children have fun every day! Creative Kids Craig and Decatur is wonderful. I have two children there and they have been going there for over a year. They transport my kindergartener to school and back each day and I've never had a problem or a worry about it. My three year old is always very happy and usually doesn't want to leave when I come to pick her up. Miss Vicky and Miss Carol are my favorites and the girls love them. The director Julie always gets me what I need for paperwork, receipts, etc. I've never had a problem with payment, etc. The girls are so well taken care of. They love their teachers and always hug them goodbye. I don't understand the negative comments here. I have been going for a year and I highly recommend this daycare. I would never ever put my children in any dangerous or neglectful situation, that's why they go to Creative Kids. I can go to work and know that my children are safe and well taken care of. If you want peace of mind and a great place for your kids, I recommend Creative Kids. read more
