This facility has been a god send for my family. My son struggles with ADHD/Impulse Control/Separation anxiety/elopement risk. He has been kicked of numerous daycares and I was called constantly to come and pick him up. The first time I visited the facility I met with the Assistant Director Laura and provided our sons IEP and discussed our concerns & was looking to start him right away. They were able to accommodate us and upon meeting the Director Ms. Christine on his first day at drop off we were able to discuss more about our son with her and she provided us with many tips and things we can do to try to help with getting him acclimated to the facility. My son still struggles but the teachers including Ms. Geneva, Mr. Steven and the admin team have not given up on him and continue to provide the necessary accommodations for him. It's so nice knowing that they are truly observing my son and ensuring that he receives quality care and not just blowing him off because he can be difficult. They communicate with me and I do with them as well about new updates or things that are going on with his current care plan. I know that they want the best for him in that he will be able thrive when he starts kindergarten. I am so glad to have found this facility and thank all the staff there for all they do it truly takes a special person to educate children let alone children with special needs. Christine Candelaria and her staff are were great to my kids. I have three sons and they loved to go there the staff made me and my sons feel like family. Wanted to do an update, and give a review for Ms Geneva. She is in the pre k classroom, over the last few months I have noticed a huge improvement in her classroom and have noticed my daughter is learning more. Knowing her full alphabet, numbers, writing her name and having a relationship with my daughter and she is only 3. She comes home and tells me how much she loves her, and her class. I appreciate that she just doesn't "watch" your kids but spends time to teach and interact 1-1. She is one of the reasons why we are still at the center. read more

Ms Geneva and Ms Maya are two of the best educators at this center. Ms Maya is my daughter's teacher in the toddler room and my daughter has progressed so much since being with her, she is truly amazing and I will always recommend her to anyone asking. Ms Geneva always says hello to us in the morning despite not being in the class, she usually will be with my daughter for breakfast and you can always tell how much she cares about every child here. read more

Retreated my son badly there was so many signs of miss treatment. I had to take him out. There was even a class picture that they sent to all the parents. My son was the farthest away then when my sister picked up my son one day, she said that his sleeping mat Was in the corner under the table away from all the other students that was the last straw when I called the director, she told me that that's impossible and that sometimes they have to put the mats a little further away because there's too many mats there's like five kids in his class. She's very patient, creative, understanding, compassionate, enthusiastic and always cheers my son up when he's having a rough morning. My son has been coming to this school for a few months now and unfortunately he's been in and out of daycare since before he turned 1. So you can imagine how difficult a child can be with having to go to different schools and actually get along with the kids and teachers. But after coming here, my son has flourished and adapted so well and Ms. Geneva makes it look so easy! My daughter has been going here for a few months now , and I absolutely love this school. All her teachers and the staff greet her and she runs up to them like they're her family. My daughter is super picky with who she likes , so that means a lot to me. I've had nothing but good things to say about them ! Definitely recommend. We love Learning Jungle! After looking into and visiting too many schools, my husband and I walked into this school and we knew it was the school we wanted to send our daughter. The classrooms were colorful and full of work the children and teachers did. You just get this good and positive energy as soon as you walk in and to top it off the staff is amazing too! I am so grateful to learning jungle for making me feel comfortable about leaving my son with them during the day. He is our first, we both work, and we have no family in town. To make things worse, nobody in my family has ever used a daycare with an infant, and I felt so ashamed leaving my newborn to go back to work. Thankfully, my baby has spent the majority of his first year in Ms. Jocelyns class, and I cannot stress how much we love her. My son smiles when he sees her, he enjoys his time at daycare, and we get to know he's safe and happy during the day. I went back and forth about writing this review but the circumstances have brought me to this. My family (3 famillies) has used this daycare for the past four years, in the last year in the midst of the pandemic I joined the crew with my newborn. Let me just say miss Jocelyn in the infant room is absolutely amazing! There have been things over the years we have mentioned that maybe wasn't to our liking and we have all been told "I'll look into it" or " I'll talk to the staff". Somethings would eventually clear up. Just last week my niece (9) was put into a younger room (I think 3-4), she was the last one to go back to school full time, in the two days she was there she witnessed A male teacher inappropriately disciplining two kids. 1. Cupping his hands over the kids ears shaking his head and pushing him to the ground. 2. Flipping a little girl upside down holding her by her ankles and patting her stomach. She came home saying to her mom I need to tell you something that happened at school today. She expressed both kids were upset and crying after this was done. It was immediately brought to the director and assistant directors attention through email that night and she got a reply back saying they would look into it. He wasn't there Friday (we all thought okay it's being handled) but come Monday morning pulling into the parking lot we fare his car. Shocked and confused knowing what events took place we all started to look for alternative child care. We gave notice that Wednesday. The director said she was in a pickle and didn't have enough people to cover rooms and she had to bring him in BUT he was shadowed all day. Being a small business owner myself and watching my mother own a small business for the last 30 years I can tell you that you are never in a pickle! As the BOSS you pick up the slack you figure it out and YOU make it WORK. The fix could have been as simple, the front is locked no one can enter the building unless you are buzzed in so put a sign on the front door and simple say short staffed call front desk (they have a wireless phone) if you need something or to pick up your kid. She informed us that day that He was no longer employed at learning jungle but then emailed my sister letting her know "nothing was found on the tapes". In an email from (corporate part of learning jungle) that was sent to one family members and I quote " In the case of Mr.,I would like to assure you that all incidents were documented, and I have personally reviewed them with The director. Many children over the years have had positive experiences with Mr.; It is unfortunate what your niece witnessed and extremely out of character for Mr. However, we take your claims very seriously and it is strictly forbidden to handle children in any unsafe manner, regardless the situation. We have taken appropriate actions and Mr. is no longer employed with Learning Jungle." If nothing was found as the director stated then what out of character instances were is he refering to? What did My niece witness then? As for the male teachers years of work there stated in the email I'm slightly confused because I am pretty sure he started shortly after I came into the daycare. Between nothing being found to something being found I'm not really sure Coporate knows a whole lot of what is happening at their locations. For 4 years my niece and nephew, who have been there the longest, have loved going to learning jungle and have even went on days they didn't have to because something fun was happening. It's truly disheartening that my niece witnessed something from a place she has always felt safe and secure especially to an age group that doesnt really have a voice for themselves yet. What happens when an 9 year old that KNOWS right from wrong isn't in there to use her voice for those kids? I write this in hopes that maybe the parents of the kids that were in this young mans class ask questions. We are not sure if the kids parents were ever informed. I would want nothing but to know and to take appropriate action as a parent for our most precious people. So hopefully this makes it back to those parents. For the young man, this should not be his career choice. I have always believed that there are special people brought into this world that can handle and help raise other people's children and he is not one of them. He is young and his behavior definitely isn't acceptable AT ALL. At the end of the day, maybe he can take this situation, learn from it and grow as a person. I'm discouraged at the way the facility handled it. Seems fishy like it's being covered up. At the end of all of this, we do thank Learning Jungle for all the good years and help with our littles and truly wish them all the best BUT better management needs to be placed so that this type of behavior from an employee is not tolerated, better choices can be made when running the center and there is better communication with the parents regarding issues. read more

I went to tour this place and left very quickly. I witnessed a teacher forcefully grabbing and yelling at a child. I didn't continue the tour after that. Also, it is dirty, unorganized, and the trash cans were overflowing! read more

It is in a great location, very nice looking, secured ring bell entry only, responsible and professional looking staff. Clean environment. Offering one free week. I wish I could put my little one here but they are very pricey and do not offer half day/part time pricing only full day at a higher rate than other places I've gone. read more

Went there today to check it out girl at front desk unprofessional was rude. Place looked dirty. Children room were hot while the lobby wad cool. when i asked about potty training she told me my g.son would have to wait till he was 2yrs old before they will help potty train. read more
