The terrible facial mentioned in the previous post was by Jaclyn - not Leanna. Have had Leanna after I asked to see someone else and she was wonderful, professional, clean and lovely. Jaiden I continue to recommend for massage. I continue to visit as outside of that one very negative experience with that one facial with Jaclyn, I have had a very pleasant and worthwhile experience with Leanna for Facials and Jaiden for massage.

They told me they don't keep records of gift certificates and if I didn't have the piece of paper there was no way they could help me. They told me to reach out to the person who gave it to me to ask if they could find the email - which felt like an awkward ask. So I lost out on my gift, but they still got their $$. No loss to them. Really unhelpful and really poor customer service and business practice in general. Who doesn't track gift cards?

My experience was so positive, I started mixing in some private sessions for various physical ailments in my shoulder and leg. Went in for microblading in May of 2025, worst decision of my life. When Doreen did my eyebrows…read morethey were uneven, not on brow-line and misshaped (one higher and arched the other extremely low and straight)and a huge gouge which still isn't healed. I asked her about this and she said don't worry they look fine. Called a few times expressing my concerns about the appearance and that I was having a reaction to the pigment. Doreen was very off putting and said she didn't care about their current appearance that I just needed to wait for follow up appointment. The redness and pain kept getting worse so I went to Dermatologist and was told it appeared to be an allergic reaction to the pigment and not to do any follow up. I told Doreen about this and once again she dismissed my concerns and insisted I do the follow up. Now, 5 months later I still have scarring and pigment "blotches" nowhere near where my brows should be. I will not follow up based upon my Dr. advice and recommend NO ONE let her butcher their face. She is uniquely gifted and offers a creative, soothing, and individualized session. Jennifer has an amazing touch and great pacing. As she works, she skillfully uses hot stones, heating pads and hot towels to help soften up your tight spots and soothe your nervous system. She also uses the Ashiatsu bars to walk on your back. The only downside is having to peel yourself off the table at the end of the session. I could have just drifted off to sleep for hours. The office is easy to find and conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Today I was able to get an appointment in just a couple hours' notice.
