I don't get my nails done often. This was actually my second time doing a gel light thing with UV I think. But I was running late, and they took me anyways which I really appreciated. I asked for a refill by mistake, but I plan to go back and have them remove my gel and do my real nails next time. I chose a silver color and she suggested a better quality shimmery color. Took her time with my nails and made sure that the shape was perfect. I'm not really accustomed to having longer or painted nails, so I've been obsessing about them. Hannah really is it. Even my pictures are awkward but they don't do the nails Justice. I think someone said I have long nail beds so my middle finger especially--usually comes out a little thick or weird looking but I think the shape was done very nicely here. Went for a regulars mani and pedi. Thuong was very gentle and extremely detailed with ensuring I had proper service. I didn't request any fancy design, maybe next time. I felt comfortable, not rushed and left feeling happy with my nails. read more

I got a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure went good but then came the manicure. My nails were decently long, the lady cut my nails so short to the point where she cut me. Also at the end there were many missed spots and my nails were not fully painted there were gaps between the painted part and my cuticle.I will not ever go here again and I do not recommend going here. read more

I hate to leave this review but I'm very dissatisfied with my appointment today. I was cute deeply during my appointment, to the point that I was bleeding, yet I was still charged full price for my appointment. While my nail tech was empathetic, this was very unprofessional considering that I was cut and cut deeply and still charged full price!!!! read more

Worst set of nails I have ever got. I went in yesterday for a pedicure which went well but I had came in to get SNS as well. My friend also had wanted SNS. We were both confused because we asked if they did dip powder French ombré and I'm not sure if they miss understood but they did acrylic on my friend and told her you can't do SNS dip powder Ombré. I have been to three other nail salons and have gotten SNS French tip ombré. It would have been fine and just a misunderstanding but my nails are uneven and I got nicked 3 times on my nails and as well on my toenails. I will have to go somewhere else to have them fixed because they just look absolutely terrible. read more

This facility is incredibly clean. They asked me to wash my hand before I even chose my colour which I was very impressed by. Technicians have plexi glass on front of them and masks.The technicians were on time with myself as well as other clients. I loved that they put a liner in the pedicure bowl and then threw everything out. Reasonably priced. Professional. Would absolutely recommend and will be going back read more

I decided to try out Hanna's due to the reviews. I went in for a manicure. I was attended within 10 minutes which is fine that didn't bother me. I was drying my nail 15 mins later. This is was most rushed and fastest manicure I have ever received. I was not even asked what shaped I wanted. My nails came out crooked and the nail polish was applied in such a rush. Some nails were painted to the edge while others there was a gap from the cuticle to the polish. In one nail, a fuzz landed and the tech noticed it but decided to paint over it multiple tries in order to cover it. Once I arrived home, I had to take off the nail polish and apply it myself. It's too bad because the place is very cute and I would have loved to have been a returning customer. read more

Enjoyed getting my eyebrows done at this place, was welcomed right in and taken immediately. There is no actual room for waxing - so just be aware that you are pretty much putting on a show in the middle of the salon if you prefer being in a waxing room. I use to come to hannas all the time for my acrylics, before she became well known. The more we'll known & busier they got, they didn't care how they do nails they're just worried about getting it done fast, they don't know how to accordingly book appointments and they book them too close to each other to the point where they rush. Every time I get my nails done here it's never what I wanted and I've said something a few times. Paint would chip after a few days as well. I definitely do not recommend this place read more

This nail salon is amazing. My first pedicure was handled with efficiency and professionalism. The set up is clean and the workers know what they are doing. There is a language barrier, but that does not interfere with the work. A woman friend who is a hair professional referred me, and that in itself is a compliment. Equipment is up to date. Not from this area, I was recommended by someone to try out this place. I'm very picky and like my nails done a specific way. I called and asked for either hanna, hong, or hongs daughter. I show up and ask them if they can do a certain nail, this lady, i'm assuming is hanna, helped me. She directs me to an older lady and as she's doing my nails, i start to realize, there's no way someone recommended me to her, she was no doing a sharp shape, going extremely slow, and my nails were very thin. I've been getting my nails done since i was a sophomore in high school, i know if the nail tech is good just by the way they hold the tool. So i stopped her very politely and asked for the HONG , HANNA, OR HONGS DAUGHTER once again. then who i'm assuming is hanna comes over and i guess i look stupid and tried to tell me i was with hong- "lilly" what ever that is. when hong was sitting behind her the whole time. the lady hanna was sitting there not doing anything anyway when i asked for her to do my nails. it was my birthday and i guess they thought i was dumb and didn't know what i was talking about but i will definitely not be returning. The 2 star is actually for being a clean place and they do a good job on your nails. I recommended my friends n family there all the before. But after today I really wanted to give this place a good review but I just couldn't. They have their own website to book appointments... perfect!!! But that's was the downfall. I made appointments all 3 times. First time 10AM when they open.. can't go wrong right... nope nail technician came 25 min late. Understandable as she was at a dr appt. Second time I waited 15-20 min from my appt time. Okay understandable they are busy. Today was the final straw ..30 min wait...appt was 12:00 by 12:30 my nail technician was still busy with another client. There was 3 other clients. I gave them 3 chances and I just can't support a business that doesn't respect people time. Appt are made for a reason ... I'm sure if I was late they would hate it as it ruin their business time. Hanna's is the best place! The spa is clean and sanitary and the staff is friendly. I have been seeing Hanna for years and I'm so excited for the opening of her new place! She is meticulous in all her work. You will never feel rushed or sit around waiting too long. She doesn't overbook her schedule so she always has time for details! She does a fantastic job and listens to what your likes and dislikes are. She has trained her staff to work like her and it shows. Huong did my nails yesterday and she was great too! Her hand and foot massages when applying the lotion are some of the best I have gotten. Hanna's uses fresh opened sterilized equipment for her manicures and pedicures and is the most sanitary I have EVER seen a nail spa. The place is immaculate. I have always been particular about my nail shape and Hanna and Huong nail it every time! My entire family goes to Hanna's! Look no further Hanna's is the place to go!! read more

I have been coming to this nail salon basically since they opened, one of my reasons being that they only charged $30 for dip (powder) manis at the time. Today they lost my business. Not only did I call ahead to make an appointment (which I highly recommend doing if you want anything from here, they are too busy to do walk ins). They kept me waiting for 1/2 hour after my appointment time, then the lady wrapped my nails to soak and then disappeared for another 25 minutes. I smelt food and saw her eating in the back. The only reason she came out was because she saw me taking the foil off my nails bc I was about to walk out. She rushed through, didn't even put lotion my hands then I go to check out, which is when I realized they raised the price to $35. The $5 less difference is no longer enough to keep me here. I understand they get busy, but this has happened plenty of other times that they keep me waiting like 45 minutes. Not worth it. If you don't mind the waiting and have no life, then this is still a nice place. read more
