I went in for the first time today for a gel manicure and Earth Spa pedicure. I arrived about 5-10 minutes early. They were SO good about ensuring I used hand sanitizer and checking my temperature. They brought me back immediately after I signed in for my pedicure and it was amazing! It was so relaxing. I had my gel manicure done after and it came out really nice! For everything I had done the price was not bad either. The place is very clean and they are doing their best to ensure everyone's safety during this crazy time. This is what you get when you go in at 7pm for a pedicure right before vacation. They closed at eight and I thought an hour would be plenty of time. I had "Queenie" as a nail technician and she was visibly annoyed with me. She came and got me right away and made me put my feet in water that was scalding hot. I told her it was too hot and she ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! She then started mumbling to me about how it will get cold quickly so I dealt with my feet burning, I didn't want to make her even more angry. She left for about ten minutes leaving me just sitting there which I don't mind but I knew they were closing at eight and was starting to wonder... Then she pulled on my feet and man handled them like I did something to her. I was so anxious at this point I was sweating and holding back tears. I NEVER complain and I understand that it was near closing time but I don't think I deserved to be treated like this. She even YELLED at me to relax because I was stiff and it was making it harder for her to "work with" my feet. I apologized continually and she continued to mumble to her co workers in another language and they all were laughing and staring at me. At this point I couldn't wait to get out of there. So much so that when they brought me to the dryers (I was the last one in here at this point) and they began turning off the lights. I looked down finally at my feet in the dryer and saw a 45$ nightmare. I was also forced to pay before the service was done because they were closing down the computer system and I was CERTAINLY not going to complain to Queenie that I was unhappy because she was incredibly intimidating. I finally got up and left in tears and cried in my car for 20 minutes. I've never been treated so poorly at a nail salon ever in my entire life. I still tipped her 8$ out of fear. I also read the policy by the dryers that said I had to complain at my time of service and new I wouldn't ever gain the courage to face Queenie. It was a nightmare. Now I'm leaving for vacation the following morning with a mess of a pedicure that I spent $53 on. read more

Please do not waste your time going here. Came here for the first time with a 3:15pm appt, got accused of not having an appt. TERRIBLE! While waiting, people were being seated before me who came in AFTER me. Was not seated until 4:15 (AN HOUR LATER)! Once finally being seated, I asked for a simple ombré design and they told me they weren't able to do such a task. Bill broke all my nails off by popping the color off instead of soaking them. He blamed it on my nails. So instead of needing one tip, I would need 10. Not paying for 10 tips after he broke them off. He cut them square without asking (prefer rounded). He then filed every single one crooked. When I asked him to correct it, he laughed. I told him how unhappy I am. He said pick someone else next time. He forgot to have me pick my color. At the beginning I was picking my color and he came over and said that I can do that later (I was early for my appointment). Then he forgot until he had already started with the 1st coat of dip to have me pick color. Then he said he forgot and to go pick. He then charged 51.00 for what he did to my nails (color, no tips). This is the worst creative nails I've been to. I got a white gel pedicure and it legit was stained within the same day. It does not stay a solid white. This never happens to me anywhere else EXCEPT HERE. I've had pedicures from other salons last me a solid white color for three weeks straight. I went to get a gel manicure here and had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I had Jane and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She first kept trying to upsell the dip and though I said a couple times no thank you she kept pushing it. When I asked her to cut a couple nails shorter she was extremely rude. When my nails came out of the gel drying machine they were sticky (which has never happened to me before). When I asked if they were done she rudely said "didn't you hear me that I would be right back to wipe them off" in the most ridiculously rude tone. At that point I defended myself because I had enough! I have gone to this place a few times and every time the staff have been rude and unwelcoming. I'll never go back!!!! The lights are so dark, I've actually left thinking my nails looked good only to get outside and realize there is polish on my fingers. About a month ago, my cousin booked an appointment for all of us to get our nails and toes done for her wedding. She went IN PERSON to make the appointment and the young girl at the front was tapping away at the computer while she was making her appointment. She thought all was good all 7 of us showed up for the appointment today and when we went in there was no appointment. The wedding is tomorrow and would not accommodate us or try to make it right or apologize for what had happened. Maybe this place should get their sh*t together and stop having their employees all over the place and maybe get a designated person to run the appointments so a bride doesn't get completely heartbroken from someone who doesnt know how to do their job read more

I recently went to this salon with my friends we each had on gel acrylics. instead of wrapping the nails and letting the acetone sit for a while like they do at any other nail salon I have been to they used the filing drill and attempted to file the nails completely off. this obviously did not work and hurt really bad because they were drilling down my real nails and every time my friend said ow or flinched the lady would laugh at her. They just painted over it too which looked terrible. It was awful but i figured it was fine and left. Now my nails are so thin and destroyed they're cracking down the middle. I've been going to Creative Nails & Spa for a couple of months now. I've even recommended it to friends. I have gone to the Shrewsbury location and have always liked the way the staff at Millbury better until today. I got a pedicure today and I usually have a glass of wine. Today I was not asked if I wanted anything to drink which I let slide because we all forget. Then I went on to get my nails done .. let me tell me IT WAS AWFUL. I had the powder already so when he starts buffering my nail it hurt so bad I told him and he said," okay" and confused doing it. Then he kept on pulling on my hand and fingers telling me to relax my hand (I had my hand relaxed) and at that point he was hurting me so it was harder for my to keep it relaxed. My SNS powder nails came out TERRIBLE. I had them fix one nail which was the worse but it still came out terrible. I was so upset and angry that I paid $72 (pedi & mani) for a shitty unprofessional job. I must say I don't think I'll go back to them. They are way to overpriced which I wouldn't mind paying if they did a great job and had great customer service. Rated poorly for: Professionalism, Quality, Value This was my first time here. 12/31/19 The entire time I was getting my nails done with Jenny- she kept whining and complaining that she wanted to leave early, I wanna go home, I wanna leave early, it's New Years Eve....etc..... At least 15 times I heard this. Made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience to her. When I asked a question because something my usual nailtech does wasn't done she got snippy and said she'd do it , and to stop asking questions. No...... I'm paying you money for a service and if I have a question on what your doing regarding that service you should answer it. The nails came okay okay looking I guess but very thick and bulky. I was told the acrylic fill with gel polish was 36. I asked for an extra clear coat and was charged an extra $4 for this. My salon and any other I've been to has NEVER charged for a single extra clear coat. I would not go back. I went to try to save time on a Holiday but learned my lesson, Fast is not always better. read more

This place sucks. They only got one star because I can't give them zero. I went in to get my acrylics filled. I was told it would cost $21. I was getting them filled for the first time so they weren't even old. After I sat down, the guy started to file them down. He then dug his finger nail in between my nail and the acrylic, ripping it off. Ow. "Oh." He said. Then he did it to the other 9 nails. He then said they were too old. He asked me if I wanted him to be give me new ones for $49. I said no. Then I had to pay $26 to finish removing the acrylics and paint them. I had French dip with the tips. They were all bumpy! I went back and had two of the worst ones fixed. Three days later one tip broke in half. I called to ask if I could come in and they said NO they were all booked. They couldn't fix this one broken nail that was poorly done to begin with? So bad! Now to my pedicure. The lady that did it was way to wild cutting my cuticles. I never like writing a bad review, but honestly this place has not been impressing me lately. I generally get the same thing every time I go. Either the SNS Dip for my nails or a gel pedicure. Every time I go they charge be something different. Why am I getting the same services and being charged more than the last time!? The service is pretty inconsistent as well. I find that they constantly rush through. My nails are never shaped right and most of the time they don't bother to clean the the powder from under your nails. For $55 I expect a lot more. The pedicures are also pretty lacking, $72 for a gel pedicure and my feet still are rough when I leave. Don't waste your money here. read more

Over priced for poor quality pedicure. I went for a pedicure yesterday and it took all of 15 minutes for the whole thing. Even though I opted for the extra of a paraffin dip. Then I paid an extra $5 for high shine polish that looks exactly like regular polish and I took it all off today because it looked like my 2 yr old son painted it on for me. There was more on my skin than my nails and what was actually on my nails was just horrible. I have been to dozens of nail salons over about 15 years and this one was by far my worst experience. Ironically my nails and toes came out great, but my nail tech was unbelievably rude. All she did was complain and argue with me the whole time. She spoke negatively about her coworkers and tried telling me she knows more about my nails than I do. Everything that cam out of her mouth was an argument or an insult even after I stopped responding. Went on and on about how she is the best nail tech and anybody else I went to does horrible. I don't know how this is acceptable in a work place. I was there prepping for my friends wedding and I left totally stressed out when I should have been relaxed. Never going back.....also they charge to remove your polish before they have even done anything to your nails. Never heard of that in my life! read more

I've been going to all the creative nail and spa locations for years. I am constantly satisfied and always very well taken care of. I currently go to the Millbury location and could not be happier. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and very clean. I am a regular with Linna and always get the SNS dip. She and all the technicians are extremely courteous, careful and attentive to my needs. I always leave with beautiful nails and the polish lasts for weeks. read more

She is pushy and rude, and her customer service completely down-graded when I let her know that I only wanted the "regular" pedicure. I love the location on Park Avenue in Worcester, the service there and professional staff. Queenie is a nightmare and because of her I will never come back to this Blackstone location. No tip today! I'm highly disappointed to have to leave a negative review today. Today I went in for a scheduled appointment and was asked to check in like usual. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a technician to bring me to the pedicure area I was told to soak my feet in the water and again waited 15 minutes for the tech to start. I am hard of hearing and the technician doing my pedicure was speaking in a very low voice in addition to the muffled sound of the Mask I couldn't hear what she was asking and she was getting frustrated with me for not understanding her. It was the worst pedicure ever Karma barely any massage, she was very rough with the filing and the paint job was haphazard at best. After my pedicure I was asked to walk over to the manicure area and sat down where I waited an additional 15 minutes for her to get ready to do the manicure. During this entire time she was huffing and puffing distracted by other workers and continued with the same rough treatment of my hands as she did with my feet. Most of my fingernails are crooked and have sharp edges that had not been rounded off when she was filing. The paint job on the manicure is even worse than the pedicure if you can believe that. I've never had a negative experience before regardless of the technician I had and I'm really hoping that it's just the stress of The COVID situation and all of the restrictions on their company right now that is causing all of that tension. My friend and I came here about a week and a half ago to both get full sets of acrylics. The website listed it as $30 but when we were asked to pay my friend paid $31 and I paid $51. When the technician was shaping my nails, I asked for coffin and she gave me a hard time and told me that would be an extra $5 charge. My friend got the same shape and wasn't charged extra. When she was cutting the nails to the length I wanted she said they were too long and charged me another $5 extra when my friend got hers just a hair shorter than mine and still wasn't charged extra. My friend's technician was complaining the whole time about how my friend's hands were cold. My friend chose two different nail polishes, one sparked and one regular, and a matte topcoat, neither were gel, and I chose that same sparkle polish and another regular polish, again neither of them gel polishes, and she kept trying to get me to choose a gel polish but it would cost $15 extra, when the sign in the front directly under the gel polish read "$5 extra charge for gel polish." I kept declining but she wouldn't stop trying to force it on me. When I showed my technician the picture i'd like her to replicate she complained about the worker would take, even though it was just an ombré sparkle down the tip of the nail. She also complained that she didn't have the sparkle to do that, but I showed her the sparkle polish I chose and had to tell her just to use that so I wouldn't get charged extra for her using something else. She basically made a straight line of sparkle on my nails, the complete opposite of what I had asked for, and put only one layer of top coat on them, so I could still feel the sparkles under the top coat when they dried. My friend's technician didn't even bother putting a single layer of top coat over her sparkle. Both of our sets of acrylics lasted about a week until they all started popping off. Absolutely horrible service and we have both decided we wouldn't be coming here again. read more

I had an appointment with my mother for a deluxe pedicure and manicure. My mother comes all the way from RI and I work 6 days a week so we both were really looking forward to relax and get pampered. They were almost 25 min late to take us which is inexcusable. In fact we were about to leave then they called us. Our pedicures were just ok But NO massage at all! My polish was not perfect And the very next day started to come off. Both our manicures were rushed. The file they used on us was extremely rough which made our nails jagged and all my nails were uneven! I even asked the lady to fix it but even then did a terrible job. There also was NO hand massage either! The whole point is to relax and get pampered. I do a better job at home doing it myself. Honestly we spent decent money for not so good of service. Both ladies doing our nails didn't even really talk to us. They didn't even ask what shape we liked nothing all they did was talk to each other. It appeared they were talking bad about where they worked. I called and spoke to a manger as I'm in the service industry and was appalled. She asked if I could come back. Worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. First, It's very expensive and over priced. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never paid this much. I paid $32 for regular gel nails which included removing the old color. I normally pay $25. My daughters full set acrylics with coffin style and gel color (both were extra) was $51. We went here because it was convenient, it's in the Blavkstibe mall and we were planning a day out etc. I would have even been been ok with paying extra because the quality was good but the technician Jane that did my nails was obnoxious. When we first arrived she was vaping outside on her break. Came in to service us. I didn't even see this my daughter did and she's old enough to know what vaping is. Then when I told her my daughter was going to get acrylics, she kept trying to push dip acrylics, even after we said no, asking us why not, going on and on about it and how much better it is for your nails. I kept telling her we were all set and just wanted the gel acrylics. Then when I picked my color she shows me another color that she said was better and more popular. I said no thank you I like this one. (I am in my 50's and not remotely concerned about a trendy color.) When the other technician came to do my daughters nails, she started telling them about how we didn't want to do the dip and how much better it was for your nails etc. etc. I should of got up and left but didn't want to ruin my daughter/Mom day out.
