When I first arrived, everyone seemed very friendly, including the owner, her husband, their two children, another employee, and the young woman named Sabrina who performed my pedicure. During my pedicure, Sabrina accidentally cut my skin and removed a piece of it, causing it to bleed. She also cut my left big toenail much shorter than my right, and it continued to bleed after I left. Since my appointment, the area has become infected. As someone with diabetes, this is especially concerning and has caused me a lot of worry. I was also told that Sabrina is 18 years old and about to start her senior year of high school and is not licensed to perform nail services. If that is true, it raises serious concerns about customer safety. The owner did my eyebrow waxing, and I was very disappointed with the results. My eyebrows are uneven and do not match. She didn't trim them with scissors or clean them up afterward, leaving them looking unfinished. I don't even know how to fix them now. I spent a lot of money expecting professional services, but instead I left with an injury, an infection, and eyebrows that need to be corrected elsewhere.
