Their appointment system is very convenient, and they were gracious with me when I was running a couple minutes late because of traffic. They also offer complimentary snacks and drinks during your service! On my second pedicure there, they cut my nails shorter than I would've liked, to the point that they looked a little awkwardly short and I could feel him almost digging into my skin to get a shorter cut. Came here to get my nails done by recommendation of a friend. She said I need a MOMMY day and I definitely took advantage. She recommended Alice so I bought an appointment two days before hand when I arrived. I was greeted by the front desk and immediately seated to work with Alice. Alice was kind fast professional, and did a neat job. I absolutely love it. We had coffee and tea and snacks and water for their customer and they also had items for sale such as cuticle oil, lotions, foot mass hand, mask and Tumblr water bottles which I purchased because mine has broken. I have been getting my nails done with my mom here for a while now in order to spend more time together. However, today I had a pretty bad experience and I will not be returning ever again. I made an appointment for 12 pm for me and my mom so that we could get our nails done at the same time like usual. When we get there I see the guy I booked with is still doing someone else's nails and the man at the front desk informed me that my nail artist will be done shortly. My moms nail artist started her nails about a minute or two after we arrived while I waited almost 30 minutes for my nail artist to be done with his client even though the guy at the front desk said he will be done shortly. I even went up to the receptionist and said I was fine with switching to someone else and he told me don't worry your nail artist is finishing up. When my nail artist finally got to starting on my nails he didn't even apologize he just asked me what color I wanted and started on my nails. During the service he kept getting up multiple times and doing something on his phone so I am assuming there was something personal happening in his life. However, this is no excuse and if it's an important matter the receptionist should cancel his appointments for the day or move his clients to other nail artists since that's the profesional thing to do. By the time the service ended it was almost 2pm and my poor mom had to wait there for an extra hour after her nails were done since we booked together. When he was finished I got up to pay expecting there to be some kind of discount or something to make up for the inconvenience of this situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case because the receptionist informed me that my total was $65. During my service I had the removal of my dip nails and he did structure gel with gel polish on top which is usually 50 dollars but with the removal of the dip im guessing that's where the extra 15 dollars come from. After I was told my total I told the receptionist "even though the service wasn't good and took way longer than it should I still have to pay for the removal of the dip? Isn't there some kind of discount or something to make up for this?". The receptionist looked shocked I was even asking that and just said no sorry we don't do that. So I just said okay and paid but helped myself to snacks and drinks on the way out to make up for it. Every time I have come here even when I try different people my nails never come out that good and there's usually a good amount of imperfections. This time was even worse than usual since the nail artist was rushing and I will probably take these off myself. I never usually write reviews since I'm 24 years old and I try to put myself in other people's shoes but this was something I feel like people should be aware of if they choose to go here because there was definitely a better way for this situation to be handled and this establishment clearly didn't care about customer satisfaction. read more

My appointment was 15 mi late. She stained my 250+ dollars designer pants by giving me a pen that bled when wetted. Presented to me an OPI colors selection but didn't have any of the colors I wanted. Tried to lie telling me that OPI was put it into another brand container, so, due to lack of choices, I was forced to choose the same original color I had. Cut cuticle too much to the point of making bleed one of my toe nails. The dip was fine, the pedicure mediocre, and both messy. I have to tell her to at least clean the cuticles on my dip! Bad experience overall, more expensive than other Too Spas, very small so techs and customers have to change seats all the time. Didn't offer or saw anyone with any beverages. In conclusion: I am never coming back. read more

I have been a long time customer of TOI WD however, my last two visits I was tended to by a girl named Jessica. She was miserable. From her constant sighing to her clearing her throat to the way she held my hand or grabbed/placed down her tools. I could feel her dissatisfaction with her tasks, it was palpable. I was originally scheduled for gel polish change for toes and hands. The guy who did my toes wasn't able to do my hands and that when she came in, this was on 12/30. Sadly I needed a repair and I returned on 1/2 and I was placed with her again. She clearly recognized me and I think if she could've, she would've scolded me as to why my nail broke. I have never come across a more unprofessional nail tech at TOI or any other nail salon for that matter. I do like how clean the spa is and that you can reserve online. Just went back after a few years of not using their lash service because my current lash lady was not available and I had an event. I should have known it was not going to go well as soon as I saw that the lady took 30 mins to position the tapes on my eye. Then asked me where do I normally do my lashes to tell me that as soon as she was brushing them they were coming off and its because of their glue. I told her that no matter who does my lashes that since my skin is so oily that my lashes have to be refilled weekly. As she started to do my lashes she kept pressing on my eye and was a little too aggressive.. when she was finished they looked HORRIBLE!! All over the place, almost glued my eye shut that I had to open my eyes with my hand as well as take off the ugly straddlers she put on the edge. Not coming back for lashes. Got a basic pedi. Really appreciate that they took me in last minute as a walk in. However, that was the fastest pedicure I've had in my life. She started (meaning filling the tub and putting the towel down) around 12:50 and by 1:10pm I was letting my husband know I was heading back home. She was really rough. I told her i had ingrown on my toes and she took some skin off and now, day two it really hurts. I'm putting neosporin so it won't get infected. On my other toe i told her it hurt- the way she was handling it and she said that i couldn't handle it. Smh. They're really pack so i assume the other ladies are good just make sure Nancy doesn't see you. She did not talk nor look at me. I wish she would have offered water. Act like you want new customers. I'm a new mom and going to get a pedicure is a treat for me these days. I left and there was still sugar scrub on the back of my leg. Seems like she just wanted me out so she can get another client. I come to this place every time I'm home for the holidays and have never had any issues. I came in for a gel mani/pedi this time and I'm not sure if it was the top coat that was no good or the machine -- but the gel didn't dry properly on my toes and is now lifting up/coming off and there is red polish everywhere. The same thing happened to my nails but I was able to go back in right away and get it fixed. On top of that my nails were streaky and there was polish all over my hands when they were done the first time -- they just looked messy. I will be going in after the holidays to request my toes be re-painted. I normally leave very happy from here as I always go to the same tech Noemi. I was in a last minute situation and my tech was off. I had to go after work on Tuesday and i was put with Mimi, it was end of day (5ish). I always get dip with soak off, not only did they charge me before my service was even completed i absolutely HATED the job. I am a working mom who also does alot of volunteer work on the weekend so I had no time to call and complain since everyone at the front had already left for the day when my service was completed. I finally found time to call and email management. They wanted to offer me 40% discount for me to get my nails redone or i can have "the bumps filed down".... I was charged for a dip/soakoff, two chrome nails and coffin shaping. My hair started snagging on the nails, there was excess dip on the base of the nails, they where thick and uneven , even the final gloss coating strokes were visible! Nevertheless I scheduled my tech Noemi and she fixed ALL my nails! They told her she was only fixing one nail which astounds me that they lacked honesty about the atrocious work i was provided. I came to the spa to apply the Dazzle Dry nails, which is a great option if you're looking for healthy nail polish that lasts a long time on your nails. Unfortunately, the quality of service was very rushed, to the point where I had to redo my nails three times. Dazzle Dry is a delicate process, but there ended up being bubbles in the nail polish, some nails the topcoat was not applied, and some nails the way the nail polish was applied, just did not look good. I appreciated that I got a small discount. However, I shouldn't have paid at all for my nails. I think it's important that moving forward, no matter what service you're getting done, simply take the time to make sure the client is happy and double check that the product quality and application is of top satisfaction. Lastly don't rush a service because there are so many appointments in a day. read more

5-27-22 Noon Called this week for an appointment for a regular manicure and a gel pedicure. Note if you go on their website to make an appointment this is not an option. So one less star for that as all the Toi Spa chain this is not on website. This location does however answer the phone and gave me an appointment. They didn't get a name or number as my cell number as I must already be in their system. I did get a text message several times to confirm as well as a reminder day of. If they take me in time I have no problems. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and they were able to immediately assist. I chose my colors and the person taking care of me got a match for the gel. Once inside I was lead to a pedicure chair. This place was literally a factory with not a chair empty. So surprised since it was a work day for me and I was hoping for some relaxation. I believe they truly strive for it they even have a nice video of sealife and they tell you in the right corner of the screen to silence your phone and voice. However this place is literally body to body with all the employees in masks. I don't blame them with all these people you are bond to get something. My services were not relaxing nor was it a spa like atmosphere. The important part my nails got done and looked nice. I woke up this morning with the cuticle on my left hand in pain. I need to go and investigate in the bathroom instead of writing this review. I will probably make an appointment again here as I really just need my nails done during lunchtime so one less errand on the weekend! read more

I am not one to write bad reviews but today was so upsetting. I have been going here for YEARS, every two weeks, and not ever one complaint from me. Well today I made an appointment with a nail tech (no need to call her out) but I literally left with cuts all beneath my nail beds, and in so MUCH pain from the 5-7 times she nicked me with her nail file. Both hands and on my toes. When I showed the man and woman working at the front desk how cut up I was from it, all they said was "sorry we can't do anything." And "we will call you back after we talk to the owner and issue you a credit, don't worry!" I even showed the woman at the front desk how my fingers were all cut up and she just seemed more concerned with quieting me down than actually assisting me, or doing anything about it. Fast forward throughout the whole day....and what do you know....NOTHING. No call, no follow up, absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. You have lost a loyal customer and I will never be coming back. You better believe I will be letting everyone I know about this as well. Most importantly, please train your front staff how to deal with unhappy customers (when they are loyal like me) along with the nail technician that severely cut my nail beds up. For the $180 I have been spending here bi-weekly, you better believe I will be finding elsewhere to take my business, somewhere where they actually value their loyal clientele, and not treat them like garbage. This whole experience has left an awful taste in my mouth. Shame on you Toi Spa! Do better! read more

My favorite nail salon in the area. Once I found this chain, I have not gone to another salon. Every location is very clean and stylish. All technicians I have had all do a good job, you don't need to request one in particular. I typically go for a dip manicure and a basic pedicure. Their online booking system is very easy to use. I went right before COVID and when they opened back up after and they seem to be taking all necessary precautions too. As far as price, I think it might be about $5 more per service than other competitors in the area but you get what you pay for. Overall great nail place. read more
