I have had multiple bad experiences at this nail salon. The last time I went, I brought four friends with me, and the service and communication from the staff were terrible. Because of that experience, my friends decided they would never return to this location. Additionally, there were extra fees that were not communicated to us beforehand. Today, I decided to give them another opportunity. I scheduled an appointment for 6:45 PM, but when I arrived, my nail technician was just starting to work on another customer. He then told me my wait would be 20-30 minutes, despite having an appointment. I am very unhappy with their service and the rudeness of the technicians. I always come here for any nail service, it's the only salon for nails I come to. They accept both walk-ins and appointments, but even without an appointment, the wait time is long. There are plenty of male and female techs available, so you're never waiting long. Upon entering, you're greeted at the front hostess stand. The salon is spacious, with a lot manicure stations up front and 8 pedicure stations in the back. Aside from nail services, they also offer waxing and eyelash services and many other services. The salon is always clean, with stations kept tidy. The staff is friendly and always engage with customers. Meela is my favorite tech, she's the only one I see, but all the technicians are excellent. If you're here for some "me time, " the hostess will come around to offer drinks (available for a small fee), they offer beer, wine, water, and coffee. If you're in the area or a local and haven't tried FNF yet, I highly recommend stopping by for a quick mani! read more

New to the area, I was looking for a simple gel pedicure. I walked in without an appointment during a holiday weekend, and they promptly took me in. A friendly lady, who appeared to be relatively new, performed my pedicure. However, it wasn't the best job. She was constantly looking around to see who was finishing before her, wasn't focused on the service. She wasn't sure what products to use when, and when it came to polishing, let's just say I've done a better job at home. I kindly returned and approached what seemed to be the owner, asking if the job could be touched up or redone. They quickly and without hesitation fixed the issue. If I could give this negative stars, I would. This place is disgusting. They don't clean anything they're using and they are reusing it from other clients without cleaning it and they reuse flip-flops and toast separators. They deliberately don't listen to what you want and no matter how many times you tell them, they act like they don't understand just to not fix it. I've literally never seen a worse nail salon and I like to try new places every month. They cut me and didn't even say sorry and used a dirty cloth to clean it. They ruined and stained my purse and didn't even say sorry. They messed up my dip and wouldn't fix it and then just fixed it with gel. They cut my mom's nails way below the length and insisted that clear French was the same as white French. Then had someone else fix it and left a whole bunch of streaks. It literally looks like a toddler painted our nails. They didn't even clean up the paint around our hands and feet at all. And on top of all this attitudes and dirty looks. Meanwhile, two mani pedis cost $180. I am literally so hurt about spending so much money on such a horrifying and disgusting experience. I am not want to write reviews, but I am beyond bothered, disappointed, upset, and disgusted about this Please save yourself the time, unless you want to get gaslighted that your shitty toddler manicure isn't wrong. Happy they were open on New Year's Day when my normal nail spot was closed in observance of the holiday. They were open special holiday hours from 11am to 5pm and had only a few techs working. Which turned out to be fine since there was only a few customers like me staggering in. No appointment was needed; I was able to just walk in and get taken care of. The pedicure message chairs are great. The tech did a decent job with my medi/pedi and they serve a complimentary glass of wine, soda or water with treatm. I was visiting my mom for the weekend and decided to bring my daughter and my mom along for some gel manis and my mom got a gel pedi. The next day, my daughters gel polish started lifting and one of her nails was already chipped. Mine were starting to lift. We went back on the second day to get it fixed, and the owner wasn't there. My nail tech came in and filed the edges down and said that's all that was needed, and a different tech reluctantly fixed my daughter's chip. We got them done Saturday. Today is Wednesday, so it has been 4 days and this is what my gel mani looks like. I paid $40 (including tip) for this sloppy job. I needed to get a pedicure and sns set towards the end of the day and I was able to call and get an appointment for 10 minutes later! The pedicure was thorough and relaxing and I was able to get my previous dip powder soaked off and redone to perfectly match my toes in about an hour and a half. The manager Vinh was the one who did my nails and they are simply wonderful! He even added a tip to a nail that I had broken earlier this week so I didn't have to cut all my nails down. I don't even know where to start. Anything that could have went wrong did go wrong. The lady who was doing my manicure had a really nasty/unfriendly attitude. My nails were filed unevenly and jagged. She left dirt under my nail and didn't clean it even after I asked. The pedicure made my heels rough. And the polish job was just horrible! I asked the manager to please help me fix them. He said if I wanted it to look nice I should have chosen a clear polish. I felt like I was in the twilight zone! I had to go to another nail salon right after to have them fixed. read more

The lady who did my nails was fast (which is a positive for me, i'm not there for enjoyment, I simply can't paint my own nails). I can forgive a little coloring outside the edges too - that usually comes off after a shower. The reason for my negative review is because my nails were cut when i requested they not be. i'm not sure why she decided to do it. distracted maybe? she asked me "cut?", I said no. and i shook my head no. she finished the hand she was working on... started on the other and then cut those nails. lol. by the time I realized it, she had already cut one nail so I just let her cut the rest. I then had to ask her to cut the ones on the other hand. I wonder now if she would have just left one hand long and the other short. This is a brand new salon that opened near the Sawgrass Mall! I can't speak to any more elaborate nail treatments, as I only get a basic manicure, but my nail tech did a great job taking the time to give me a great manicure. The nail salon is spacious and has ample manicure and pedicure stations. Each station is equipped with phone chargers, too, which is very considerate! The staff are very friendly and accommodating, as well. You can tell they want to have a successful business with customers who are satisfied with the service! My manicure has held up very well for the last 10 days, too, and for not being a gel manicure, it's lasting longer than most other manicures I've gotten before. They also have a great color selection, which is always a plus! I think FNF is a great addition to the community and I look forward to going back to get another manicure! read more

I've been looking for a permanent nail salon close to my house for over a year now, but haven't been happy with what I've found- either dirty, loud, overpriced, long waits even with an appt, etc. But ecstatic that I finally found one that will be my go-to nail salon!! The salon just opened last week, so everything is SUPER clean (and new) inside. Very easy to find too (right next to Pier 1 Imports). They have a WIDE selection of colors (largest I've seen actually; several brands as well), AMAZING massage chairs (massage your back, sides, and butt), and they have a variety of pedicures (+5) to chose from. The staff is friendly and talkative, and I was really impressed with the prices (for an upgraded pedicure (extra lotion, hot stones, etc.) and gel manicure I paid $60!! This was my first and Only visit! Horrible! I received the worst pedicure ever, leaving with uneven nails and sloppy paint job. Upon entering I was a little perplexed as to how dirty and unorganized the place looked. The nail polish colors had all separated and dust was collecting on the bottles. I should have left right then and there but I gave it a try anyway as I had a last minute event to attend. The lady who did my pedicure did an awful job. The scrub was put on with one hand and then wiped off. I asked to trim my nails. She partially clipped them and then used a flimsy file. The end result was that my nails were all uneven and sloped rather than straight. The nail polish was applied sloppy and on my cuticles. When I pointed all this out, the nail tech got annoyed and proceeded to grab my foot and remove the polish, all while speaking about me in another language to her coworkers, who all looked at me. She attempted to fix it. When she was done, I was still not happy but just wanted to get out of there as I had to get ready. Do not go there! read more
