As a frequent customer of 4 years, yesterday afternoon I got a manicure at the nail salon and have been in pain for several hours since leaving. This was the absolute worst manicure I have ever gotten in my entire life!! The nail tech was obviously annoyed when I sat down and was a bit aggressive removing the old nail polish. All of my nails are very sore and uncomfortable. Cooking dinner last night was torturously painful. Sleep was also uncomfortable throughout the night. My cuticles were over cut and my nails over filed. Mai did my manicure it was the first time she had ever done my nails since Jimmy and Jay were both unavailable. I am in severe pain and discomfort. Spoke with Rosie the Manager of the salon who offered complimentary services next month with my habitual team as a resolution. I have soaked my nails in warm salt water for 10 mins increments and using antibiotic ointment to assist with pain releif. read more

If I could genuinely give this place 0 stars, I would. They rip off my nails with another nail extension (illegal and extremely damaging) to save time instead of proper and safely soaking off. When I have a request about the nails I am getting or tell them what I want, they called me "picky" not to mention the 30+ minute wait time with every single appointment. For example, if my appointment would be scheduled at 1, and they'd only take me at 1:30. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Came in and got the worst manicure and pedicure of my life. I have been to a million different places and even when the service is subpar i usually never say anything. But this is the first time i had to speak up multiple times. I got gelx and told him the shape and length i wanted. I asked for the length to be at my natural nail. It's way past that and not only that i cooked dinner and there is such a gap between my natural nail and the gel that i can't even clean it. The file shaping was the worst I've ever received. Hard to see in pictures but the color is splotchy and there's bumps throughout. I got here at 2:30 and left at 5:30. I've never had such a long session when doing a mani and pedi even when I've gotten intricate designs. I asked 10 times to go shorter and fix the shape and eventually i gave up as it seemed there was just no effective communication happening. I don't know how this place is rated so high. read more

I came here looking for a decent price to get acrylic nails and wow I have never found anything less than 40 in south Florida. My full set with regular polish only cost 30 bucks and I have a 5 dollar tip for excellent service. My appointment didn't last over an hour which never happens although my request is super simple. The overall vibe inside the salon was great and everyone there was super nice. I def recommend getting your nails done here or another luxury! read more

The salon is very clean and looks like they take sanitation serious. They don't offer overlays, the woman who did my nails told me they only offered dip, I told her I don't like dip (I used to get it and I don't like how grainy it can look) She was persistent in trying to give me dip instead of overlay like I originally asked for, I immediately thought about saying I just won't get my nails done then but I have an event to go to and this was the only time I could get my nails done. I wish I stuck with my initial thought, I really dislike the shape and the quality of the work. She also cut my cuticle twice with the drill and didn't apologize or seem empathetic. I have finally found my forever nail place, they never disappoint. After my nail place was sold in plantation it was never the same, I started doing my own nails. Went here on a friend's booking and spa day and I have stayed ever since. The service is amazing, appointments are kept, the nails last, never had a even a broken nail, I get compliments all the time about my nails. It is just the best place ever and Jay is amazing. Personally, my nail tech Susan was amazing. She was patient when I requested a polish change during my pedicure. My girlfriends pedicure technician on the other hand was a little mean looking. Like she was always angry and less willing to cooperate. It's prom this weekend, so of course we're all over the place. And my nail tech was AMAZING.I told her I had drill sensitivity and she didn't cut me !! Not once !! Whenever she noticed I was a little more tense, she asked me if everything was okay. Loved Susan she was great. Super talented. I got a full set of French acrylics for 55 and a pedicure for 25. Which as far as nail salons go.. is a GOOD. PRICE. My girlfriends technician, Rosie, rose? I'm not sure but she was said to be good as well. My nails came out perfect !! Susan asked me before she completed the other 9 how the tip looked and I was in utter disbelief at her... perfection. I requested a shape change and she did it with a smile. Over all impressed, and thankful for the positive experience. The only con I have is the amount of time you spend there. Yes they are attentive, but it's a bit time consuming. Some (not all) nail techs take a very very very long time doing your nails to the point I was there for 3 hours just to get a pedi, and dip powder nails. I drove past the salon a few weeks ago but had already gotten my nails done at another salon. Today, I drove by and decided it was time to get a gel mani and deluxe pedi. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted and asked to sign in and choose a polish. Within a minute or so I was in a pedi chair enjoying a much needed massage. The nail tech was OUTSTANDING! Her name is Vicky and was able to help me relieve the pain of my big toe by removing some skin. My toes are polished to near perfection. Next, was my gel manicure. I am from out of state but had a nail break and decided to get another SNS manicure and since I was already booking, got a pedicure as well. No conversation from the staff, no massage during my pedicure, I was not in control of my chair so I was uncomfortable during the service. Then when it was time for the actual service I was needing, the tech cut off my natural nails when I specifically asked for her to take down my natural length and then said they can only do ombre/pink and white with acrylic. This place is horrible, do not go here! I got a dip powder last Friday and by Tuesday 4 nails had chipped and 2 had discolored. I went back and they told me it was because my nails were thin and I should get acrylic. I have been getting dip powder for over a year and have never had my nails chip after a week. They told me the discoloration was from my hair! I have never heard of such a thing. The lady fixed one nail and when I asked about the rest she said "oh you want them all done" then proceeded to pry not soak the remaining nails off. A gentleman took over and proceeded to cut me and make me bleed with the drill. I will NEVER go back there ever again! I should have just asked for my money back instead of having them repaired. I only chose one star because I had to in order to post this otherwise I wouldn't give them any stars! read more

Honor & Service. I went to Luxury (based on Yelp reviews) and ended up getting both a manicure and pedicure (I initially went for the pedicure only). By the way, I thought working on a calluses was part of a basic pedicure but evidently that's in olden days -- now you pay extra if you have a callus (and he didn't really "work" on it beyond the normal). However, my feet did feel better when all was done. I also went for a gel manicure, which was $17 higher than the combo regular manicure and pedicure but I was assured the manicure would last more than two weeks. However, in less than a week, I had massive chips and shrinkage of the polish so I went back to show the gentleman who had assured me it would last. He said he would fix it, and "Candy" quickly and expertly re-did my entire right hand and fixed a few nails on the left. I don't know if this will last longer than a week either, but the fact that they were willing to fix the problem and not shoo me away I respect and will go back. They told me the next time I should ask for "powder" on my nails before the gel goes on (I think that means acrylic powder) and hopefully it won't cost any more for it. Ben did my feet and nails the first time around; Candy did my nail fix. I paid $27 for the pedicure (which includes a $5 surcharge because of a callus) and $27 for the gel manicure. read more
