I am visiting the island and spotted this place near to where I am staying. Dropped in and had the Deluxe Manicure for $60 total before tip. There are less expensive choices available but this included callous removal and massage, etc. Looks beautiful in the end and was an excellent service and experience. So happy with the results! The nail tech kept trying to push me to upgrade my pedicure to the most expensive one, so I did, and she didn't even bother to do a good job. She barely paid attention and would look around, away from my feet, while scrubbing and filing my toenails. Sometimes she didn't even scrub or file the toenail - she was doing the motion, but she wasn't even touching my toenail, because she was looking elsewhere, so she would be doing the motion in the air right above my toenail. And if and when she did pay attention to cleaning my nails, she also barely put any effort into that, and it was done very softly and very rushed, so she didn't really help take care of any dead skin or cuticles. When it came to put my feet under the blue light for the gel nails, they took away my sandals and placed it next to where the blue light is, which is under a table/desk across the pedicure chairs next to the entrance, and they didn't have any temporary sandals for me to put on - they had me walk bare foot on their floor to the table with the blue light. I was so grossed out because I literally got a pedicure to have nice, clean feet, and then they want my bare feet to touch their floor that everyone's been stepping on with their footwear. I was in disbelief and I tiptoed my way there, and tried my best not to let my feet touch the ground again (so I was basically holding them up for what felt like a long time). I tried to leave early because I was so over it and disgusted, but they wouldn't let me leave til they thought it was okay for me to leave. I ended up feeling that my time and money were wasted, and that the pedicure was a waste as well. I wish I had spoken up at the time, but I just wanted to relax and have a good day especially because it was just the start of the morning. I didn't want to have any conflict. I regret not doing so and getting a refund. I ended up going back home right after and took a shower as soon as I got home. I vaguely remember what the nail tech I had looked like, but I believe she had short red hair (pixie or bob now). read more

I was looking for a mani-pedi and a quick eyebrow wax while I was visiting my relatives in kaimuki. I got a wonderful gel manicure and traditional spa pedicure along with an eyebrow and lip wax for a decent price-point. It's really well located and next to some quick bites and great eats if you're looking to have something done before or after lunch. It was smaller than I expected and there were quite a number of clients. I made an appointment same day in the morning before it opened and they helped me right away. They separate pedicures with a plastic curtain, wear masks and have a divider for manicures. They also have a separate station for drying/curing. I love the color of my toes and nails -- both of the people who worked on me are phenomenal and super gentle. I love the smell and how soft the products left my skin. The wax was also super gentle on my face and only left minimal redness (I have pretty dry and sensitive skin). Their pricing is standard and the time they spend with you is well worth it. It's also important to note that they do prefer cash payment over card as they charge an additional percentage using card. They also only take venmo/cash for tip. I didn't have that much cash on me but there is an ATM across the street. Overall, great time and experience - I recommend it to any visiting tourist or locals nearby looking to get their nails done. read more

First off we had an appointment at 230 they took only one person at a time starting at 300.. then after starting my daughter they stopped mid way and took all other customers leaving her unfinished and sitting in a corner. This is by far the worst service I have ever had here.. mind you my daughter is a 5 year old and they just continued to push her off to the corner. A little bummed we didn't get to sit together but we both had really nice people do our pedis and everyone working in there was so nice. We got the deluxe pedi. Needed a late night, last minute mani and pedi and they were very accommodating. I requested Christmas lights on a nude background and I love the end result. I went with 2 other people, the 3 of us each had 2 technicians one for manicure and 1 for pedicure. All 6 technicians were very sweet and helpful, one of then even recommended changing the polish after 1 nail when she noticed it did look as expected. I got my nails done here and it was honestly a pretty good experience. However, I booked my appointment for their only availability which was 9am and when I got there I was greeted by a lady who didn't speak English. It took 30 minutes for someone else to come and speak to me, and another 15 for the woman who was gonna do my nails to come. Don't book your appointment first thing in the morning when they open. Book it an hour or two after. But my nails were so nice and it was only $99 for them to do nail art, french tips, and an aura. read more

My nails were cut too short and filed unevenly but it looked okay, I guess. Also, the woman rushed through my pedicure and then when she was done, she just pointed to the front and all she said was "you can pay up there". That's it. Very rude, trying to hurry me out of the shop. They were not nice or welcoming whatsoever. I will never go back and I definitely will tell anyone I care about not to go there either. If you're going to take my money, at least say "thank you". Shame on this place, do better. read more

Appreciated them taking really great care of their customers. Superb service! It was my bf's first pedicure and he had a great time. There was also a torrential pour that started in the middle of our service, and a younger client pulled up on her scooter. They helped to wipe her down and gave her some blankets to cover up with.
