I used to love coming here. After I sat for an hour and half they had closed and realized I wanted my nails done not just my sisters. So she just rushed through it and it turned out horrible. So before you go in just be prepared they might forget about you. So now it's my job to fix my nails. I have glue all over my hands. So fair warning. I started using Creative Nails this summer and have been very pleased with the services each time. I always get a pedi and a gel mani. Tina and her staff always issue a warm welcome. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Everything is clean. Prices are good. I receive lots of compliments on my nails. Creative Nails new location is excellent! They have great services for men and women and a filtration system that means you can't even smell the acetone in the air! Today will be my 4th visit. I get gel mani and pedi every time. My gels have lasted 6 weeks without raising, peeling or cracking. The ladies are super sweet and do an amazing job, paying attention to all the details. They get busy and sometimes are short on staff but it's so worth it!! read more

I am so very disappointed in my most recent experience with Creative Nails. My first visit 3 weeks ago was fantastic and I left loving my nails and feeling like I got exactly what I paid for. I wrote a great review and booked my next appointment with them for exactly the same service I had previously (dipping powder). When I arrived, Tina began picking off the dip powder from my NATURAL nails with some kind of tool. I have read numerous articles saying that dipping powder should be removed by soaking in acetone FIRST, then scraping the remaining off. While literally making me cringe as she popped each dip powder nail off of my natural nails, I could see that a whole layer of nail was now gone. I then proceed to trust that she knows what she is doing (considering she is the owner of the salon) and i turn my head for one minute (probably day dreaming) then realize she has put fake tips on all of my nails on left hand!!!! What?!!! We never even spoke about fake nails. I have never had them and never planned to. I told her this was not okay so she removed them. She then said she could not put dipping powder on my nails because they were took weak. WELL YES, THEY ARE NOW TOO WEAK BECAUSE YOU JUST TOOK A WHOLE LAYER OFF DURING THE REMOVAL PROCESS!!!! So she said she would put a clear base of dipping powder then put gel on the top. This was apparently now the ONLY away she could do it. Even though 3 weeks ago she did a fabulous job at just the dipping powder. So I let her go on and was fine with my end results. UNTIL she told me it would be $45!!! Are you kidding me? $45 for a gel polish change that will barely last 2 weeks? I didn't even get a manicure out of it!!! I am honestly still in shock and think this place is the biggest scam I have ever seen!! Do not be fooled!! read more

Just got home after getting a manicure and pedicure here. The ladies there were very thorough and did an amazing job. Additionally, I had a cough that I couldn't get rid of, they were so sweet and brought me water and a cough drop. Really great experience here I would recommend Creative Nails to everyone. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows waxed and they made them too thin. I have been to a ton of salons ( to say the least )my eyebrows done and I have never had someone wax them so thin. I wouldn't get them done here again and to top it off hey charge 15 bucks! Which is the most expensive I have ever paid for a wax. So not worth it. read more

Gel barely lasted a week before it started peeling off. In a hurry and didn't do a good job of cleaning up cuticles etc. sloppy

This business used to be fantastic until recently. Now only the owner and her husband work there. The last time I went she cut me twice while hurriedly cutting my cuticle nails and also made my toe nail bleed while trimming it. I will not be returning. read more

I love, love, love this nail salon!! I was a first time customer and I went in for a mani/ pedi and was immediately greeted when I walked in-- even though they were pretty busy!! My pedicure was wonderful, but my mani service with Tram was the best I've ever had! I had a pretty bad manicure at another local nail salon and she went through and made my nails perfect. I've had so many compliments on them already. I'll be sure to recommend Creative Nails to everyone and I will definitely be going back!! read more

I'm not sure if the salon is under new management since they moved by hobby lobby but today I went in with my toddler, I'm heading out of town Tuesday and wanted to treat myself. Anyways I was going to a full set and pedicure and my daughters nails done which she was super excited for. The shop maybe had 3 customers around 1pm. A lady with her table at the front of the shop said she'd help me so I sat at her table and pulled my daughter up a chair. First thing she said to me was if my daughter cried I'm going to have to leave. I repeated the statement back to her because I could not believe she'd say that to me, but I heard correctly. I took my daughter and left and got our nails done elsewhere. It was just very unprofessional the way she told me, I was going to pay for our services and have never had a problem anywhere else. I'd say put a sign up if you do not want kids in your facility. I will not be returning. read more

I've been here a few times, and I've never had to wait. Manis and pedis are good and affordable. The pedis last me about 5 or 6 weeks. I question the cleanliness of the tools, but haven't had an issue with anything. The massage chairs are better than any other salon I've been to. read more

My Aunt, cousin, mom and I went here to get our nails done the day before my wedding. the guy my mom got was rude. He did a terrible job. Her  massage was very short compared to my aunt's and mine and on top of that he rubbed so hard she got bruises on her legs.  Her nails bubbled and on some it looked like something scraped it while it was drying. When she asked him to fix them, he sighed like she was a pain and just did another coat. It didn't fix the problem . The women that did my nails did a sloppy job. I brought in my own OPI polish and when I asked for it back, they had to search for 10 minutes because they put it on one of their manicure tables and were using it on a different client. My nails looked like they had been scraped and when the girl tried filling them in, she used a different color polish. When it dried you could definitely tell.  I had polish all over my finger tips and hands. It lasted a week before all of the polish chipped off. They even did a gel coating. My Aunt got a French manicure on her toes and they made the lines WAY too big. My cousin got fake nails and they used a different color than what she had picked. They put some of her nails on crooked, and when they cut them, the lines were angled. When they waxed myeyebrows they rushed through it and since they didn't use hard wax, it hurt really bad. one of my eyebrows was shorter and thinner than the other. When we paid, they charged me 25 for my nails and my mom got the same exact package as me for her nails but they charged her 40. The grand total for pedicures and manicures for my mom and me and an eyebrow waxing for me was 140 when she should have only paid 115. I will NEVER go back here. I could care less about the "cheap" pricing. they are overpriced for the slop they do. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I came in and they sat me right away (I was pleased), but when Cuong (the guy who was doing my nails). He didn't even greet me or anything. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, which was short & round..he completely was doing the opposite of round, they were square and crooked and on top of that he was being rough and cut my thumb & then I asked if I could get someone else because I was already frustrated and was paying 45$ for a full set. Anyways I waited 15 mins till I could get someone else that was a little better, but my nails were still not how I wanted them. Some of my nails were still crooked and she said my nails were naturally crooked haha I laughed and said my nails are not crooked then I asked if the nails that he had done w were acrylic or gel powder and she said its acrylic and will put gel polish on top..I said I didn't ask for acrylic, I asked for gel powder. She didn't know what to really say. So I just left it at that, at the end I asked for a discount for all the trouble and they only gave me a 10% discount which only took of 5$ off not even close for the job they did. I paid 40$ at the end. I'd not recommend this place to anyone because of the experience I had. read more
