I was waiting for my car to be serviced and decided to go for a walk and happened upon this nail salon and decided to get my mani and pedi done. The salon was empty which worked for me as I got seen to right away. Laura did a great job with the mani and pedi. She cleaned up my nails and painted them a shiny, bright red which will look wonderful for the holidays. I know prices are on the up for everything so getting your nails done these days is a luxury. I got gel done for both and it was $85! Thank goodness I only get my nails done for special occasions! This salon is a bit of drive from my home but I think I will return. read more

WARNING Don't waste your money!!! They over charge for terrible work and horrible customer service. They kept pushing things without disclosing that the things that they were suggesting were extra (Like my dip color among other things). I asked for a basic French tip for my hands and feet. the least complicated basic thing ever. They chose a neon pink dip. before she even got to the second hand, I voiced that i did not like the color can we please do something natural or lighter. Then showed a reference photo of a basic French tip white line on top and clearish pink dip. normally I would never speak up but I had family photos the next day and really wanted my nails to be perfect. They told me at the very end they could fix it and continued using the same color on my other hand. I trusted them and three hours later they were even worse! they painted over the dip with white splotchy white nail polish. I couldn't believe this was "fixing it". Whenever I get a pedicure I ALWAYS get deluxe. Now the "deluxe" pedicure they kept pushing was anything but deluxe. It was worse than a half a$$ job each leg was massaged for maybe two minutes tops. The rocks weren't hot. The towel wasn't hot. I did not receive the massage that you normally would at a nail salon. My nails didn't get the detailed cleaning like they do at every other salon I've been to. when it came to the actual work the lines were crooked, and it looked nothing like the reference photo. I chalked it up to maybe this person was new and thought to myself, I won't be getting a deluxe here ever again. When they finally finished my manicure. I could not believe that I'm actually leaving the salon with this. I figured it would be $120 or $130+ tip. I would just take the loss pay the money and never come back but the grand total was $190 not including tip! insane!! she dropped it down to $170 the best she could do was $10 for signing up with rewards and an extra five dollars off. The manager rung me up I asked her to take a closer look at my nails and see that they definitely were not worth that much money. she thought otherwise. I made a review on Facebook and the community messaged her saying I deserve a refund for such a terrible job. She has been messaging people back making it look like it was my fault and lying to cover her butt. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! These nails aren't worth anything even close to $200! I haven't had my nails done in almost a year. as a stay at home mom I was really looking forward to treating myself and enjoying some self care. If I got the service I paid for I wouldn't have batted an eye at the cost. The service was unbelievably terrible from beginning to end. I left crying feeling robbed of my money and time. read more

DO NOT COME HERE I came in for a full set and pedicure 2 weeks ago with tech Laura for my first visit... service was good until it came time to pay. I had a 20% instagram coupon and my total increased once I mentioned the coupon. I was unimpressed with the lack of professionalism but her nails were nice enough to come back. 2 days ago I came in for a scheduled kids mani pedi and a fill. First they did a terrible job on my daughters polish and didn't give her any longer then 2 min working on her toes then charged me full price for an adult mani pedi. It was explicitly scheduled as a child's, they spent no time, did a TERRIBLE job and charged full adult price, $45 for her pedi and $25 for mani. My fill wasn't filed and when I asked her to straighten out the jagged edges she said "later". The polish on my fill didn't even cover my whole nail, the sides were left bare and terrible looking. I asked for a polish change on my toes ( I was told it was $5 at my first appt) and was charged $25. No soaking, rubbing, cutting or file just a color change. The girl you speak with to schedule is polite . Terrible business practices and dishonest when it comes to pricing. read more

I've been on the search for a new nail salon to go to and after breaking my nail, I knew today was the day I check out a new place. I called Creative Nails and Laura answered and happily took me in to take off my old set and apply a new one. Let me tell you, she is AMAZING. She took her time, checked to make sure the shape, color, design, everything was good. She is also an extremely sweet person. I went for my 2nd appointment the week of Labor Day weekend. Laura did another phenomenal job. She followed the picture but in my opinion did a better job with the French manicure. She hand painted it instead of using the steel cut outs. I must say that it's pricey but as long as it lasts a minimum of 4-5 weeks, it's worth it. read more
