I had a pedicure appt today and 3 out of the five women in there talking bad about me and every person who walked in their doors and/or called in to make an appt. I thought maybe I was overthinking it, so I purchased the translator app so I could confirm and the app confirmed their pettiness. Attitudes were everywhere you turned. Well, my daughter loves this place. I do not know why. I have yet to have a good experience. The first time my daughter and I came, I got a mani and pedi. The pedi was okay. I learned to get gel paint because they don't dry regular polish. It was nothing special. My names were trashed. Paint was uneven and too much cuticle was taken off. My daughter confirmed they suck at manicures. Since the pedi wasn't "bad",I decided to bring my mom here for a pedicure and was telling her how great they are. Was greeted and sat down, and immediately, the tech took out a new fake nail to use to PEEL OFF every single extension I had on. No pre-soaking. It was incredibly painful. She ended up tearing half my thumb nail off until she finally realized that they needed to be pre-soaked, which she did with the other hand. They are always busy so it's good to make an appointment, even though I always walk in, especially if you plan on having multiple people or wedding party. They legit never break. People here are very friendly and basically a family business. I was just happy they made it through the pandemic. This place seemed very friendly at first. I got a pedicure which then got infected and required me to go to urgent care and have surgery done. I asked for a refund of my pedicure to put towards my medical bill due to the infection I got at their salon. She even gave me some eye rolls before throwing me cash (that wasn't the full amount that I paid) and told me this was the only time she could help me, as if it was my fault this happened. I was very lenient on the design and these ladies wanted to perfect my nails for me and give me exactly what I came in asking for. They did such an amazing job with my nails. I love my nails and look forward to returning to Roseville Nails Spa. I made an appointment by phone around 10am, she gave me the option of coming in now or around 3, 3:30pm. I had a few errands to run so said 3pm was perfect. I got there a little early, I waited 10-15 minutes, all of the mani and pedi chairs were full but there was a nice sitting area to wait in. The gel colors are on the side back walls but the regular polish is upfront. My nail tech was so sweet and caring, especially with my broken nail and even let me remove it myself because she was so afraid to hurt me. I appreciate her kind bed side manner. My pedicure was very relaxing and worth the upgrade. I went with the deluxe..I am very satisfied with the end results! This was my first pedicure after the covid shelter in lol! I had to see two other ladies I asked for a specific shape they argued with me. They talked about me right in front of me, ridiculing me and then proceeded to be horrible to me for the next 45 minutes while finishing my nails, I didn't know what to do. These are my natural nails. She screwed up the shape they're all different shapes. She screwed up the paint the paint is unfinished. She didn't finish them she didn't file off the extra stuff for my fingers I walk out of there after spending $170 and now I have to go spend more money to have someone else fix it. What an awful experience what an awful group of people almost none of them has customer service orientation type attitude at all. when you go into these nail shops, and you pay all this money, then they should be grateful to give you exactly what you asked for don't argue don't make me feel stupid. Was trying a new place, waited 30 min to be taken back. Pedicure took forever to start, sat in water for 30 min before anyone helped me. I got gel removed and nails filed and cuticles cleaned. After being there for 2 hours I didn't want to wait anymore so I decided against gel. They charged me for the pedicure (rightly so), then they charged $5 for gel removal and $25 for a basic manicure even though I never got a full manicure. Never going back, don't recommend. read more

I got there before all the other "appointments" but they too had to wait around 45 minutes before being seen. I got my pedi at 6pm but then sat and waited till 7:30pm and had to switch chairs 3 different times to get my fill started. Not only it was a waiting game, the owner was VERY rude. She told me my nails would be done in 45 minutes to an hour max but it took 2 more hours! At one point, I've had to tell this lady to not speak and yell at me like I'm some little kid. I'm in my late 30s but no matter what- that should never happen. No it wasn't a language barrier because I'm also asian too and well aware of that possibility but in this case, nope! All because my nail tech asked if things were looking okay and so I kindly replied with telling her that one of the nail is just a little bit slanted. The owner butted in and began to yell at me that my nails still needed to be buffed and that I should look at how horrible my nails looked upon coming in. Ummm no. Unnecessary and not even the truth and It was just unprofessional and plain horrible to treat your customers that way.
