Got a Sole Solutiins pedicure, they did a great job getting rid of calluses and cracked heels. I did not enjoy the orange scrub massage on my legs though, felt like I was being skinned! Hot stone massage could've been a little gentler but that's just me. My toes and feet feel great! I'd go back for sure but maybe skip the massage. Definitely recommend. They have DIP powder nails!!! I feel like it's hard to find places that have dip with ALOT of colors to pick from! The place was pretty busy which resulted in my nails being done kinda sloppy. Updated: This salon use to be great, but there are so many issues now that we no longer use this place. Even when you have an appointment they don't see you for 40mins to over an hour after your scheduled time. The 'Hot Stone Massage' has turned into a lukewarm hardly felt tickle. My wife and I are regulars - having both manicures and pedicures on an ongoing basis. They always do a good job, and will cheerfully repair a broken nail - I managed to break an acrylic a couple of weeks ago! The only downside is they are often VERY busy, and will work 2 or 3 customers at the same time, which is OK, but slows things down a bit... Have "Diane" paint flowers on your nails - she does a fantastic job! read more

Saw this salon while I was at the hardware store. We've just moved to the area and my old salon was now a long way off. Besides, my usual person had left and the new lady was not quite getting the job done. I dropped into Creative Nails and was instantly seated and work began. Leen did a fantastic job. My sister and I decided to get our nails done and didn't want to travel to salinas (we stay in Prunedale) so I read some reviews on this place, they seemed pretty good. We came in without an appointment and a lady said once the women who are giving two costumers pedicures are done, they will help us. So while we were waiting my sister got her eyebrows waxed, the lady took her time on them, but did a very nice job. We say back down on the couch they have in the front, when the same lady who spoke to us at first calls my sister to be seated, the woman files, cleans, and puts the "white tips" on my sisters nails, then a woman walks in sits and waits, the lady that was doing my sisters nails calls her over into the seat that my sister is sitting in and asks my sister to wait again while in the middle of getting her nails done! The nail tech then says "I can't keep you waiting!" To the lady who took my sisters spot. Keep in mind that I've been waiting to get my nails done also, then two more woman walk into the shop and the ladies who were suppose to do our nails, took care of them! So my sister waited to get her nails finished and I passed on waiting however long it would have taken for someone to help me. I believe that if you aren't a regular here, you won't be treated well at all. I will not be coming back. Horrible horrible service. At least the nails look okay, definitely nothing special enough to deal with such crappy service! read more

This place is Great! My mom and I always get side by side pedicures and they do a great job. They always remember us and are super friendly! They have a great color selection and keep everything very clean. They actually disinfect the tubes and not just the basins, which was the problem with that place in San Jose that had bacteria in their basin. They also sterilize all their tools. I have been getting my nails done every two weeks for the past two years. I cannot say enough good things about Creative Nails. The salon is always clean, restroom is the same way. The girls are always kind and helpful. I have scheduled appointments and may even come unannounced if a nail breaks. I may have to wait a bit, but Kelly is always very accommodating. The salon can be a very busy place with the walks ins and all. So if you can, call ahead of time to see if your nails can be done, this way you won't have to wait or return at another time. I find having appointments is the way to go! I have acquired other services, such as eye brow waxing along with pedicures, and flower artwork hand painted on my nails. I always get compliments where ever I go and people see my flowers. I love em and I have always left feeling I received the best service and am thankful that Creative Nails is close to home. About the products they use when doing my nails. Girls, I am here to tell you that the product is excellent and it may cost more than other salons, but you get what you pay for. I am very pleased with their product. I was getting my nails done at another salon prior to going to Creative Nails and when Kelly took off the old product from the previous salon, my nails were so damaged and it took approximately six months for them to look healthy again underneath. I highly recommend their services and the products they use. I do feel for the customers that weren't as happy as I am and have been. I can only say to those customers "Give them another chance" it may be the best decision you've made in a long time. You just may find yourself going back and back again. Kelly cares a great deal about her customers. I know this because of the longevity of getting my nails done as well as being able to say that I know Kelly on a personal level. I am only giving this salon one star because I have to. I own a nail salon and the conditions of this salon are unsanitary. They do not clean the pedicure spas correctly and use pumice stones for callus removal, which is not Board standard. Massage was mediocre and not one person could actually speak english except for the owner, so trying to convey what you wanted was difficult. Overpriced for what you get and they didn't give full disclosure on the price when it was quoted to my niece who just wanted a fill, but ended up with a full set that cost $50.00. Would not recommend this place and will not be going back. read more

I went in for a regular manicure. They were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance was nice. The regular manicure was about the worse I've had in years. I don't like acrylic nails and I think that being their specialty, they don't do a god job at old-fashioned manicure. I had to re-do the whole thing. They barely touched my cuticles and the nail polish peeled off two days later. They never cleaned out the nail polish that went over the skin! I will not be coming back. read more

I spoke with Kelly and she was so warm and kind so I went ahead and made an appoitment. My nails look so nice and shiny and she reassured me that they use nothing but good products that wont turn your nails yellow or be effected my any lotions.
