HORRIBLE. I came in excited ready to get my nails done having a event this week. Homegirl rushed through everything and would slice my nails I came to get my nails done not damn near sliced open. In this industry passion is key clearly the spark is gone and is seeing this as a easy money grab people come to relax and enjoy there time and leave with nails that were taken time with and not just seen as a easy money grab you charge way too damn much for something I could have done with a knockoff nail kit from Walgreens for more then half the price and damn near same results chunky and sloppy. hell a middle schooler would probably have more patience and not rush through. Then was hit with the no refund if your client is unhappy with there nails and how they were treated to an unpleasant experience come on all that money wasted. your gonna willing charge all that money and give me a half ass job. please honestly stop doing nails if your not gonna have the passion and spark find something better to do. read more

I went in for a soak-off to remove my acrylic nails. Instead of soaking them off, the technician immediately began cutting the acrylics. While she was doing this, I felt a sharp pain in two of my fingers and noticed she had broken my natural nail on my thumb. I immediately reacted and pulled my hand back.The technician then grabbed my hand and told me she wasn't finished and continued doing what she was doing. At that point I was crying, irritated and in pain. I decided to stop the service and went to the front desk to explain that I no longer wanted their services because the technician was being reckless and insensitive.This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I ended up going home and it took me about four hours to remove the nail myself because it was extremely painful. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. read more

The service quality was NOT great today. It's my 6th time here. I called in to book in appointment last minute and they were amazing to fit me in last minute. Overall I had to wait for about 15 20 min the wait was honestly longer then the actual pedicure. I do not recommend holly she did not have attention to detail she went over my toes with the filler very quickly not, one by one. She was not taking her time , she seemed rushed. Service is genuinely the worst I've ever experienced. The staff always rush and the nails are always horrible. I'll ask for a simple design and it comes out horrific and sloppy. At my recent appointment, I was simply asking for a letter to be put in the heart for valentines, and the lady could not understand what I wanted and kept doing it wrong and then ended up giving me the brush to do the design myself. She then charged me $75 for the set after doing them horrible and nothing close to what I wanted. I'd never recommend this place. Go somewhere else or find a private tech if you can. My one complaint: when getting a fill if you need your nails shortened, even just the amount of grow out, there is an additional $6 charge!? And my nails are on the shorter side. If you're looking to walk in, this place is set up with a dozen or more nail techs to meet your needs. The inside appears clean and is well equipped and decorated. We wandered in here mid day on a Friday for mani/pedi's (2 people) without an appointment and were seated in massage chairs for our pedicures in about 15 minutes. The nail techs did a good job, made us feel comfortable and overall we had a Good experience. Fast forward 7 days and my gel manicure is peeling off already. I'm not sure why, perhaps they didn't do enough coats? Regardless, I paid $100 for my mani/pedi and would sure expect it to last me more that a week. This is my reason for deducting two stars. Would I try them again? Yes! Giving the benefit of the doubt I'll give this place another try next time I'm in the area. But, you better believe I'll ask them about why my mani didn't last and see if there's anything they can do differently the second time around. read more

I have come here many many times over the years for pedicures and they are always spot on. It's typically just the sounds of people talking and the drills going. It's really nice to relax and lay back. The nail techs always get down. The pedicures could last well over a month. I typically get mine done monthly They also offer a discount when you pay in cash!! The second time the tech barley put any nail polish so you could literally see through my nails. And the third time my nails came out clumpy. Visited this spot, only because I accompanied a friend. Got a pedi. My previous polish was filed off way too harshly, to where I had dents on my toe nails after my pedi was complete. Within the next 3-5 days, 3 of my toes had chipped or peeled off polish. For the luxe vibe and prices they try to portray, this was probably the worst quality pedi I have ever gotten. I did call manager and they offered a $25 dollar credit for my next pedi.... Which in reality I should've just been given a refund... because why would I want to return? I really really wanted to love this place. This salon has a super upscale vibe to it. But after I have spent $75 for my pink and white acrylics with chrome for my wedding, after 1 week the nails started lifting from the cuticle area. Then about 9 days after my nail service I had nails popping right off, it was very embarrassing and I was so sad. My pedicure with Gel was $50. After one week one big toe wasn't shiny anymore and the other big toe polish shatter to chip... I'm not sure of the quality of the products they are using. I've never had acrylics lift up and pop off like this especially after 1 week!!! When you are looking for a gel, polish color, be careful because whichever one you choose on the nail swatch does NOT look the same when they put it on your toes... They should update their nails swatches to look more accurate to the actual color that it will come out to . read more

I've been here before to get a pedicure and had a good experience, however I got a gel french manicure today and absolutely hated it. Calvin was being very rough while cutting my cuticles and made me bleed on 3 out of 10 fingers. I had to immediately put a bandaid after because it wouldn't stop bleeding. He was very rough, even when I asked him to be a bit more gentle. He was very impatient when I was picking out colors and didn't seem to care when I told him to be more gentle. After the manicure, he put alcohol on my nails and made them burn even thought I said to be careful. I had to put antibiotics and bandaids when I got home because they stung. I called before to ask if the can do acrylic and a flower design and the receptionist verified on the phone. Once I got there and asked for acrylic on my big toes with a simple flower design they began to try and convince me not to, but I stuck to what I wanted. I was cut up and bleeding during the nail prep. Then they tell me they don't have someone to do the design. After a bit someone did agree and she did a very rushed job and had a bit of an attitude. The lady that did my nails said it would be 75$ but then I go to the desk to pay and the lady who did the design made me pay 85$. Not a good experience, will never return, bad massage and over priced for service given. read more

This place is nothing you would expect from the outside. I wish I took pictures. It is very clean, spacious and they have considered so many details for their customers. I enjoy coming here when I'm on this side of town or with my friend. It's busy but they do take walk in's. I always recommend calling ahead though. One thing I really loved was that they want you to leave loving your nails. When I wanted more top coat on my nails after they were finished (for some reason a few had some spots that did not set well) they gladly fixed it without making me feel high maintenance. Pros: Professional Clean Details - wrist rest for your hands while they work, holder for your phone if you want to read like I do when I'm getting services done. As a first time customer, I did not know what to expect. I was stunned by the beautiful interior. The outside of the building gave me no idea how beautiful and relaxing the interior is. I had scheduled an appointment and was seated almost immediately. Using the menu options, I selected my pedicure and sat back to wait and relax in the massage chair. Angie was my nail tech. She retreated to the back of the salon and returned with a gorgeous tray of creams and lotions that surrounded a deep purple colored blossom. The basic pedicure really is basic. There was supposedly a massage, however fist punching the bottom of one heel while kneading the other was not the massage that I was hoping to experience. The lady (named Ha) I had rushed through the whole thing and didn't care to pay attention to detail so I have a ton of uneven spots and particles cured into my nails. I asked for a simple black French with a heart on two of my nails and the heart looks like a child did it. It's my birthday and I'm extremely upset with how these came out. I'm honestly considering going and getting them redone tomorrow. On top of all that she was super heavy handed and kept hurting me when she was pushing down on my cuticles. I love going to Cindy. You cannot go wrong with her. She is friendly and takes her time. You get your money's worth with her. She is the best and does an amazing job. When I leave there I have no pain in my feet at all. I have been going to Cindy for almost a year and I will not have anyone do my pedicure but her. If she is not available, I go somewhere else. I used to come here monthly for years for gel pedicures. In the beginning the service was great. It is probably the nicest nail salon in the area. I stopped coming because the I felt the services started being too rushed. My techs started getting me out in 30 minutes for the whole pedicure, and rushing through the entire service. My toes looked fine, but I started to feel it wasn't worth it. Their prices felt slightly high for the area, but the facility is clean. Staff were always nice enough. Ist and last time there. I was disappointed in almost every aspect. I had an an appt yet had to wait for almost 25 minutes. I went for a pedicure and brow wax and only had the pedicure done. Water was cold, nail technician did the bare minimum, barely scrubbed my feet, etc. She seemed distracted and disengaged. I went because the reviews were good.
