What has caused me to not go back is I was charged TWICE. If the employee does not know how to use card terminal they shouldn't be allowed too: I was charged twice, had both receipts, even the only guy employee apologized and mentioned coming back the next day once owner was there to get refund. I go back the following day and they act like they have no idea what I was talking about. Mentioning they would check w THEIR bank yet had nothing to do with it. All I wanted was my refund. End of the day I had to dispute w my bank.
