They had to run back to the shop to get additional items and I expressed concern that they were doing unplanned work. They assured me if things went outside the scope of the estimate they would let me know. I didn't receive the invoice until many weeks later--almost 6 I believe. The Superstore sales person was great. The delivery and followup was not so great. We were the last…read moredelivery of the day and it was obvious that one of the delivery people was in a hurry. When they pushed the refrigerator through the doorway of our living room (the best way to bring it in) they took a chunk out of the wall casing. They assured us it would be fixed. To fit the refrigerator into the opening between our cupboards the one anxious delivery guy pushed it so hard you could hear the hardwood floor scratching. I haven't looked under the refrigerator, but there is a noticeable scratch that is in FRONT of the refrigerator. That one makes me angry every time I clean the hardwood floors. The nicer delivery guy said he would make note of it and make sure it got fixed. We never heard from them. We called the Superstore and they said there was no note, but assured us they would take care of it through their delivery service. A few weeks later we called Superstore again. Nothing happened. My husband finally fixed the gouge in the wall board himself. He is not a handyman but since it is low to the floor it is at least white like the rest of the wall board. The scratches in the wood flooring are still pretty annoying. That said, I would probably buy from them again only because the local box stores are worse.
