We had a bad experience here. We liked it at first but our child's behavior deteriorated at home and it was apparent she was having a bad experience but, because of her age, she could not communicate to us exactly what was going on. We took her out immediately and her behavior improved over time. Obviously there's no way for us to know exactly what it's like there when we're not around but we trust our kid's reaction. We truly appreciate the staff at Creative Spirits Children's Center. Our child had a wonderful experience in the Infant/Toddler rooms with Miss Deb, Miss Tammi and Miss Kahlee. We were so sad we had to leave and find new child care when we moved out of state. Our child loved going and playing with her friends everyday, she enjoyed water play and the sandbox particularly. This place seems really nice at first but in all reality its a huge unfair inconvenience. their teach to child ratios are not correct for a licensed center. i'm the Infant room they have just one girl who is only 18 and not certified in anything to watch 4 babies. this place is constantly closing, i understand because the weather can be the cause of this most of the time but in my experience the roads have been completely clear and its still closed because the go off of whatever Westshire school next door does. They send new letters home telling us what we can and cant let our kids eat at school. Now if they were providing the food it would be completely different but they don't do that. the State pays for my child daycare which i am grateful for, however my child can only go 4 days a week so if school is canceled she still has to have her normal day off, so if they are closed the state is still paying them for that day which is $50 a day $250 a week. this place is way to expensive for how much of a hassle it is. there are much better places around. read more
