Scott and Sammy are the cleanest and most detailed painters I have ever worked with! This year they did both the complete exterior and interior of our home and we couldn't be happier! After my wife selected 16 colors she thought she just loved...and prior to her meltdown in picking just one color, Scott agreed to paint a wall or two for us so we could be sure. They have lots of experience from watching eager homeowners visit paint display racks and how mistakes are made. Scott can help narrow the decision so the final result is both something you love and not a huge waste of everyone's time. Each day they arrived at the appointed time. Each day they cleaned up the mess so we could live. Each day they gave us a plan for where they were working next so our livelihoods were not overly impacted. Oh and let me mention, all their work was done professionally without a lot of shields or sticky tape on the floor. I contacted Brightview via Thumbtack after a botched job with another painter. The other painter…read morewas a total joke; lines as squiggly as drunk, paint smears and drops all over the place bc he didn't bother using dropcloths, damage to my stair handrail, and paint bleeding under areas he taped. To add insult to injury, he didn't bother showing up the next day or respond to calls/texts. On the 3rd day, he was late 2.5hrs after the agreed upon time. I was nice and gave him an ultimatum: fix everything or walk. He walked. I began searching for another painter and got 2 more bids. The first was outrageous (more than double the price) and then there was Juan from Brightview who worked out a great deal with me and offered to fix all the mistakes of the previous joker. He listened to my gripes as I showed him the shoddy workmanship and what I expect. He understood the assignment and to my amazement he offered to bring a crew of guys the next day (Saturday) to get everything done in 1 day! This was no easy task as I have 20-ft ceilings, a stairway, many windows, and have a couple accent walls. As promised the guys all showed up the next morning and the entire crew went right to work! Everyone knew their role and worked diligently to mask everything off, throw plastic sheets on everything, unroll resin paper on the floors and add drop clothes on any other exposed flooring. They were true professional painters in that they were able to freehand paint my textured walls to produce sharp edges. The clown painter before gave me an excuse that textured walls cannot have sharp edges. This was about the stupidest thing I've heard. If you hear this, stop, drop, and roll the guy out the door before the paint dries. At the end of the day, Brightview made sure I was happy with the results and asked me to walk all the rooms to make sure I was satisfied with the work and point out any imperfections so they can touch anything up before they leave. They also cleaned up all the mess they made and helped to move back everything that was touched. All the guys are Brightview were polite, talented, diligent, and very skilled. Juan and his crew did an amazing job and I'm glad we turned an unfortunate situation into a fixable one.

They were very nice working with our scheduling as we had to move it a couple of times because of our remodel. Once the date was finalized, Denise came out again and was able to go over all the options we have. Alonso then came out to do a sample patch for us to ensure it's what we wanted. The painters were great, power washed and patched the exterior. Did some repairs on rotted woodwork as well as re-hammering back down some wood siding to eliminate gaps on the wall.
