I used to attend this place, and it was a nightmare. Any positive experiences I might have had are overshadowed by the negative ones. The staff shows little concern. If a child reports severe bullying, they hardly take it seriously. Things only deteriorated as I grew older. Misbehavior was often ignored until it escalated. Most boys faced minimal consequences for their actions, usually just a warning. I've kept quiet about my experiences, but it's important for others to understand how truly awful it was. If they've improved, that's great, but I can't say for sure. Just thinking about returning to the parking lot makes me anxious. If you want your child to have a positive experience, consider removing them before they reach an age where they no longer fit in. They seemed to care for younger kids, but once they hit FIVE, it was a different story. I used to consider legal action, but I'm unsure of their current state and I don't want to keep myself focused on the past and how absolutely terrible they were. The school in Belton at one time had really good teachers. However, when you don't have good leaders and leaders who actually care about students and staff, it makes it really hard to want to send your child there. The center had gone through turn over after turnover and its really all due to the fact that Corporate doesn't give anyone the time of day to work in the office. They don't train thier office staff and claim they do. It sets the whole bulding up for failure when high upper management does't do thier job. So natually this effects the teachers and it effects the children. This is company seems to have potential to be a place where I would want to send my child but I cannot do that knowing that they dont have good leaders to make great teachers. read more

This is by far the worst daycare I have had my son go to. Don't ever take your child there. They will call me within an hour of having my child and telling me to come get him. My son had once incident and ever since they have been knit picking my child. They constantly have sent him home. Then have not run my money back to me. My child has never had any issues at any other daycare but all of a sudden when he attends here and there are issues every single day. They have singled out my child because they do not wanna deal with him . read more

I should have listened and read more reviews here... they are terrible and don't deserve even one star! Too much to mention.. my child was crying every morning.. that never happened before at previous daycare, we moved from different state.. last drop was when I received a phone call from them that my child has a fever of 103.4!!! You just noticed?? The worst part that they don't administer anything like simple Tylenol to get the fever down .. I was half away drive away from them, imagine how fast I was driving to go get my child ! Oh, he also had wet underwear and pants because he wet himaelf as a body response to high fever (he is fully potty trained, that never happened before).. he did have spare clothes there, but yeah.. nobody bothered to change him?? the worst and worthless daycare.. don't take your child there! read more

We told staff and director KIM about my 5 year old daughter aggressive teacher Lilly Hobbs how she would yell at the kids and turn the lights off as a scare tactic to get the kids to be quite nothing was ever done so last Thursday on 09/21/23 My wife was attacked by my daughter teacher Lilly Hobbs for coming into the class and checking on her as my wife is talking to my daughter another student comes up and engages in conversation with my wife and daughter and the teacher Lilly comes over and pushes him with two hands and tell him to get to the table and my wife tell her that's kind of rude don't you think she then began to tell my wife that she needs to get the out of her class disrupting their schedule and my wife says no what's your problem Lilly then proceeded to get all in her face scream get the F*** out my class while my 4 year old daughter and the other kids was In there Lilly got so close in my wife face to the point another teacher who was in the class had to physically try to push Lilly back from having my wife pinned in a corner telling her to "do something about it" while my wife had my daughter and was telling Lilly to get out her face finally my wife is able to escape the room with the help of the other teacher intervention I come up there we try to talk to the director Kim she tells my wife who is white that maybe Lilly Did that because I look so intimidating and she says why because he's big and black and she says no I have a black boyfriend so what does that have to do with what just happened and my husband was not here she couldn't answer the question then she rufused to talk to us and her solution to my daughter not being comfortable around the teacher who just attacked her mom was to move her to a 3 year old class and isolate her as if she had did something wrong for the teacher unsafe crazy behavior I recorded both conversations with the director KIM in you can clearly here her unconcern about our safety for our daughter she yells at us, ignores us and kept laughing as if something was funny. We have called the state, made a police report and Called corporate nobody has reached out from the daycare or anything we got no refund for the two days my daughter missed because of this bully teacher this is a very sickening place and Im sure any other parent would be very concerned to send kids here if they knew what we have experienced a terrible experience for my daughter who will always remember this that teacher and director needs to be removed immediately read more

They accepted our non-refundable deposit telling us we'd have a spot, but knowing they would not actually have room for us. Then when we called to inquire about it, they hung up on us three different times. There are some pretty shady business practices going on here. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

Creative world is not a trustworthy daycare at all. The Director Ellie Davies is a habitual liar. I have medication logs that show how they don't give my nephew his meds at the times they are supposed to, some days they miss the meds altogether. A few times they even wrote he got the meds at 3:30 when his School doesn't even let out until 3:30. We've made complaints to the state, and confronted Ellie about it. We were disenrolled because they don't do their jobs. If your child can't speak, you want them taken care of, want a staff who actually cares about kids then PLEASE do not bring them to this daycare. I can prove and backup everything I'm saying and they know that ! I'm leaving a link to a story of another parent who had his issues substantiated by the State of physical abuse, only thing the State did was make the staff take a 2 hour training. This center isn't worth a single star. There is nothing consistent with them outside of lies. They sale you on the thought of operating like a steam school when in reality there is no real lesson plan. Children move from room to room daily without any structured learning involved. They feed the children bare minimal and don't offer any alternative when they don't eat what's being served. The teachers bully kids by calling them cry babies, yell at them, and call them liars when isolated. Lord forbid your child has to be administered meds, I have medication logs from the center that indicate they didn't give meds or gave them too late. I wouldn't trust this center with a child that isn't capable of talking and sharing what took place within their day. As a parent both myself and husband voiced these concerns with the facility that this sort of mis administration of meds is a form of child neglect and instead of addressing the issues/concerns stated the center decided my family was no longer welcome there. Save the time and headache and consider a center that will actually care for your family appropriately. read more
