They let you bring in cake. Everyone in the party gets jumping socks. I think the limited time you have the party table is crazy when pizza arrives 20 minutes before you have to be out of the table area and not even opened presents. There was not a party scheduled after ours and would charge us more if we were there past our time allotted. The areas our clean. Pizza is from Costco across the street. Workers are helpful and seem to be watching jumpers closely for any dangerous activity on the equipment.

According to the manager, the employee at the front desk told him that I became "hostile and threatening" when I was told about the $30 charge. The manager also informed me that the employee claimed he removed the $30 fee as a courtesy to me and allowed my son and me to stay and jump that night. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. We left. Let me also point out how contradictory this story IS. According to management, I was supposedly so "hostile and threatening" that the employee felt the need to report my behavior - yet in the very same story, that employee supposedly waived the $30 fee as a courtesy, allowed my son and me to jump for free, and allowed us to remain inside the building. They said they reviewed employee information "along with the available camera system information." That's more ambiguous. As a person visiting the area, I didn't have a regular climbing crew - I came solo and the autobelays were more than enough to satisfy my climbing need. The autobelays covered a solid range of levels and there were more than enough to cover my climbing needs. The other routes also looked interesting - and it's clear that the route setters have done a very good, thoughtful job in their setting. I'd advise taking care with fish- they use RO water, so drip acclimation will be necessary if you're on KC tap water. The Pygmy's cories I got from them were healthy, but they needed a slow acclimation to be put into my quarantine. They're now in the display. They're knowledgeable about their fish and plants (I'd assume salt water as well, but I don't have a saltwater tank, so I can't say one way or the other). The plants I've purchased from them have been great, except for one buce brownie tissue culture that melted and hasn't come back, but apparently my tank doesn't like buce, because I've tired multiple times, and buce melts and never come back, so I don't fault them for that. Their plants are nearly always in good shape and happy. I did buy some downoi that was super leggy, and so I trimmed it to use only the best of it. It's there, in the tank, and I'm watching to see what it does. But the tissue culture of the downoi I got from them really took off, and is propagating just fine. Their cost is in line with online sellers when you factor in shipping. I'll continue to use them. I've been pleased with the knowledge of the employees and their locality.
