I've been a longtime customer of Creed but I have never had such a poor experience in one of your stores before now. I hoped to see if I preferred another scent than my usual and asked for help, but the employee continued using her phone at the checkout and even after I asked her questions, she was extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate, as if annoyed I had a single question. I love these perfumes but I cannot say the same for the Santa Clara staff. I did not get the name of the employee but she was a middle aged-older Black woman. I'm very disappointed and hope you can train your staff to be more professional to your customers. I do love this brand, but it's too bad the people representing it don't seem fit for the role. read more

However, my nose did get a tiny bit overwhelmed, I would bring a tiny zip lock bag of coffee beans to smell in between to help as many of the Creed scents are strong. I wish I could left as 0 star. Shocking, offensive, and completely unacceptable for a luxury brand. YOU WILL BE ACCUSED OF BEING A SCAMMER by the store manager for their mistakes. As a frequent customer who has purchased room sprays, perfumes, and other items from this Valley Fair Creed location multiple times, I am deeply disappointed and frankly appalled by my recent experience. Last month, I bought a body shower gel. When I opened the packaging at home, I was shocked to find that the bottle was only two-thirds full. On a later visit, I returned to the store to explain the situation to the manager. Instead of acknowledging the issue or trying to help, she completely deflected responsibility. Worse, she accused me of pouring the product out myself to scam the store, repeatedly stating, "we won't sell things in this condition." The reality is that she DID sell a product in that condition, and the mistake we made was so trusting that store based on previous experiences, one lesson learnt is never trust a store like this. Rather than fixing the store's mistake, she chose to make a baseless, highly offensive accusation against a loyal customer without any evidence. This lack of accountability and terrible customer service is completely unacceptable, especially for a luxury fragrance brand like Creed. My advice to future shoppers: make sure you open your packaging and inspect your items thoroughly before leaving the store. This place has new management and improving their customer service. We were looking for a wedding scent, and we found the ideal sent here. Pablo was so helpful from start to finish and never pressured us. He was such a pleasure to work with and it's great to see amazing people represent this brand. He was well knowledgeable and was very passionate about what Creed has to offer. We were very excited to make this purchase and we love the finishing touches as well where Pablo added a custom printed ribbon. We were able to engrave our wedding date on site which was an added bonus. Amazing amazing store. I own a ton of colognes from a lot of different brands and buy most of them online but Creed is the one brand I only go to in person. The in-store experience is a must. Pablo and Peter are the best - knowledgeable, professional, they'll take good care of you. Whether you're just browsing or actually buying, the whole experience is great, from sampling to getting your bottle engraved (which doesn't cost anything extra and is really cool to watch). She indulged my desire to sample the newest female fragrance! It was very alluring and the black currant really sets it apart. The limited edition Aventus was fabulous as well. The display case with the fabulous limited edition work of art pretty much mirrored my own collection. And Alondra was wearing my fave fragrance, Silver Mountain Water. Although I always want to say Silver Back...comme moi. But I digress as I often do because I'm Australian and I just love America. But back into character...what I needed was a new bottle to replace my empty second fave Millesime Imperial which come to think of it doesn't make complete mathematical sense in that it's my second fave but obviously used more. Was really excited to check out this new Creed boutique as soon as it opened! Attractive presentation, although the store itself is small and the layout is a bit awkward. Unfortunately the employee who assisted us was extremely snobby and spoke down to us in a condescending tone. Somehow she didn't know anything about the prices, concentrations, or details about the range of Creed products. She ended up either pulling out her phone to look it up online or just spewed some made up nonsense that I already knew wasn't correct. It was pretty apparent that she didn't know much about their products, or perfume in general. To be honest, Creed took a massive L by hiring this person to represent their brand. Our experience was highly awkward and uncomfortable since she had this lazy dismissive attitude as if our questions were dumb and not worth her time. And, funny enough, when we passed by again later that afternoon, we saw her totally ass kissing this couple who were dressed in loud designer clothing from head to toe. Talk about stereotyping lol. Today I was very apprehensive when going to the Creed Boutique. i was introduced to the high-end fragrance by a very close friend and decided to personally go experience the fragrance personally. Once I arrived, I was greeted with a comforting smile from the salesperson, Bekki (Sorry, I failed to get her last name). She asked me how my day was going and was genuinely concerned. This is an art lost in the Customer Service field. Bekki was very knowledgeable about the history of the creation of the creed. She helped me define the differences in the many fragrances Creed has to offer. She was pleasant, engaging, and what all men like, she listened to my stories. Most of all, she was very patient. I was delighted to purchase three(3) lovely masculine scents from Bekki and will definitely be back to purchase more. If you haven't been there, you should go just to experience what a Customer Service / Sales Rep. should be. Bekki exemplifies all of that Customer Service should be and more.
