What an exquisite visit. Please see Kimmie for your luxury perfume needs. I was able to identify some perfumes/colognes for my needs so I am so happy I got to smell and try a lot. However, my nose did get a tiny bit overwhelmed, I would bring a tiny zip lock bag of coffee beans to smell in between to help as many of the Creed scents are strong. They are made and sourced with the finest I ingredients, so it's a IYKYK.

I came to the store today in order to look for a specific brand of perfume, when I asked this guy about it he was on his phone constantly ignoring me and even left his place just to get away from me, I dont why he acted like that, that was very unprofessional and impolite from him and I hope the manager and Creed company knows about his actions.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience shopping here. Pablo was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and did not push us to buy anything (which made us comfortable enough to buy something so expensive). The service is top notch, the quality of fragrances smooth and well blended, and they come with free engravings to add that bespoke touch to your special new fragrance.

What an elegant and unforgettable experience at Creed in Valley Fair Mall! Peter, who is such a gentleman, assisted us & was incredibly knowledgeable and classy, truly embodying the sophistication of the brand. He knew every detail about each scent--the ingredients, their origins, and even fascinating historical references about the company. His expertise and refined demeanor made the visit exceptional. The scents for both men and women are absolutely exquisite. I'd heard my fiancé and his brother rave about Creed for over a year but hadn't taken the plunge until now. I surprised my fiancé with a limited-edition scent that's so delicious even I'd wear it--completely worth the investment. This visit has me eager to return and find the perfect scent for myself. If you're looking for luxury, quality, and an elevated shopping experience, this Creed boutique is the place to go!

    Love the details!!

This place has new management and improving their customer service. We were looking for a wedding scent, and we found the ideal sent here. Pablo was so helpful from start to finish and never pressured us. He was such a pleasure to work with and it's great to see amazing people represent this brand. He was well knowledgeable and was very passionate about what Creed has to offer. We were very excited to make this purchase and we love the finishing touches as well where Pablo added a custom printed ribbon. We were able to engrave our wedding date on site which was an added bonus. Creed is definitely a high-end cologne brand and we loved how many of their products are unisex so we were able to share the wedding scent. We will definitely be back for more to purchase gifts! Look for Pablo when you go in! He's such a pleasure to work with.

(Chris Helmsworth disguised as Tom Cruise voiceover) The vibe is THE place for fragrance at the House of CREED! Alondra warmly greeted me! She is so personable. She indulged my desire to sample the newest female fragrance! It was very alluring and the black currant really sets it apart. The limited edition Aventus was fabulous as well. The display case with the fabulous limited edition work of art pretty much mirrored my own collection. And Alondra was wearing my fave fragrance, Silver Mountain Water. Although I always want to say Silver Back...comme moi. But I digress as I often do because I'm Australian and I just love America. But back into character...what I needed was a new bottle to replace my empty second fave Millesime Imperial which come to think of it doesn't make complete mathematical sense in that it's my second fave but obviously used more. Math. In any case, what was key for me was how Alondra indulgently went out of her way to satisfy my whims to sample the other fab Creed fragrances that I'd overlooked. Thank you, Alondra! Ciao for now! Would buy everything again! I have! Woohoo!

Great Location. Fantastic customer service. Creed is a fragrance you must try. IYKYK. If you are looking for a classic yet unique scent go see Fernando. Glad there is boutique close to home.

The interior is atmospherically lit--not too bright, but bright enough that all the labels are still easy to read. Though inevitable for a fragrance store, the air is strongly scented, especially because its doors are usually closed. It can make smelling some of the more subtle fragrances and items a little difficult. The service was wonderful--I was promptly greeted, and my questions were all answered quickly and succinctly. I had a nice time browsing, and there are testers for nearly all their products available for perusal. I will say that they can be a little too eager to induce you to buy more items (I think I was asked about four times if I wanted to add anything to my purchase). You're able to watch the creation of your fragrance in a little booth to the side (it is mixed upon your ordering, which I like), and the label can be customized, making it a fun choice for a gift. Because it is constituted upon ordering, though, I was advised that the scent would need a couple weeks to mature for use. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here, and I highly recommend it to fragrance fans. Their products err on the expensive side, but I found most of their scents very attractive and think there is something here to appeal to everyone.

Upon arriving no one welcomed us; which initially wouldn't be a problem but as we continued walking in they did great other customers. Customers of a different race. My boyfriend and I are African American, so it's not hard to pick up when people are choosing not help purely because of what we look like. We even walked past a worker with a terrible bob and clearly botched filer job. Not a peep. I was looking for a vanilla scent that day so we went to the fragrance area. As I was looking around no one asked if we needed help, which once again I said would be okay if the primary reason didn't seem to be because we were black. They asked other people if they need help and completely ignored us. I had to ask a worker who was about 50-60 years old with a blonde bun (which I recommend she loosen because baby it's snatching your edges) . She was not friendly at all and seemed to not understand what I was asking of her. There was another lady with glasses and red/brownish who was also no help. At this point customer service needs to be worked on and maybe teach about discriminatory practices, unless they lack range. Either way it doesn't take rocket science to work at Sephora as shown with your choice of employees; I found the scent I was looking for and ordered it through the actually company online. Next time I'll just go to Ulta Beauty. So yea-1000/1 I would avoid this location at all cost. Sucks when workers make the environment unwelcoming, especially when not one in there gets paid enough to be that rude.
