Another great shopping experience with the help of the amazing Jacquline . Love the shoes and the services matches.

Miguel was amazing! Walked in with a thought in mind not knowing if they had what I wanted in stock. Very helpful and attentive. Gave us full care instructions, champagne and a good experience! Thank you!

Where do you go to buy a special gift? You could go to a jewelry store or one that is close enough...the Louboutin store. I remember going to the one in the city a long time which was a little hidden and looked nondescript from the outside. This one is different. Looks great from the outside but the insides of both locations were similar. It is like a jewelry store the way it is laid out and the attention on the shoes. The staff were very helpful which was needed given how clueless I was.

My fave pairing. High heels and cupcakes!

The vibe is ultra chic boutique! Love how warmly Michelle personally invites patrons to attend the special functions. Tonight's fun was a Mothers' Day Celebration theme! Moms rock! (Really Really LOVED their Valentine's Day invitation only soirée too!) Made it in time tonight! (I'm always fashionably late. Indubitably. Haha!) Queeny was fabulous and warmly greeted all the invited guests. Had to say hi to Raphael before spotting some eye candy accessories in the back! Asked him if he thought the belt matched my boots. Had to get it because it did! Haha! Also had to say hi to Huey too! He's always superhelpful. Eve assisted me with the purchase. She also recommended a cobbler to get the most customization for my purchase if I wished. C'est une magnifique idée! Had a great funny conversation w/ Queeny about fashion as well. She agreed high heels may pair well w/ cupcakes! Of course, the very best part was the custom flower bouquet that Mimi created for every guest! Beautiful arrangements! Thanks, Mimi! It's always an epic time at the CL special events! Great seeing you, Michelle! Would buy everything again! Woohoo!

I bought my very first Louboutins here! This time, it was my second visit. I came in one earlier in the afternoon and Maurice helped me try on shoes. The style I wanted didn't come in the heel size that I wanted in store so Maurice informed me that if for some reason I needed to make a return, it would be best to order through the boutique rather than online because it is a whole hassle. He helped me find my correct fit and gave me a a similar shoe so I can try the heel height. I left the store really wondering what I should do. We had dinner and finally I convinced myself to pull the trigger we the shoes were for my wedding. I definitely signed up for the Westfield rewards program because louboutins aren't cheap. I went back to the store and Maurice helped me order them. I was expecting them to take long but they came in a week. I asked for them to ship it to my house but just know that route, you need a signature for the package.

Came here with my guy and decided to look around despite having a little "bodyguard" in the front. Surprisingly had an awesome experience with the sales associate, Maurice, who not only showed us appropriate styles for the occasion, but was able to give insight as to the upcoming styles and which styles would be going out of season too. He was friendly, not pushy, and didn't make us feel less than human. Haha. I know, it's not a big ask, but so many of these high end places judge accordingly and despite being able to afford such accessories, we didn't feel like we had to be anybody else but ourselves. He helped us ultimately choose a couple pairs of shoes, showed us what was in stock, offered to pull sizes in from other locations, and was even transparent with the styles. Awesome experience.

Mom loves it here that red bottom shoes.... I don't bother... those designers days are behind me.... I wear what I think make me look skinny and good, but most of all be able to walk in it :) HA! Mom is in her early 60, still weight 110 lbs as she was 18 (yup tell me about it), loves fashion and has always been a beautiful queen! If there's a new boutique opens, she wants to check it out! She loves her designers shoes, not as much as my mentor Lori (300s and counting)! Hieu was our sales associate and he was wonderful, speaks Vietnamese to mom and super helpful. 2 pairs later... Mom is on a mission to the next boutique just open... but that's another review! Happy shopping guys!

The Fix Kicks - Where the Sneaker Game Feels Like Home…read more I still remember the first time I stepped into The Fix Kicks in Santa Clara it was like walking into sneaker heaven. I opened that door and boom instant chills. I was surrounded by walls full of heat: Jordan 1s, Yeezys, Dunks, pairs I'd only ever seen on Instagram. Then I turned the corner and saw the Funko Pop wall, and I swear, it felt like I was in the middle of a dream. But here's where the story gets even better. It wasn't just the shoes or the collectibles it was the energy. The vibes. The people behind the counter weren't just employees they were sneakerheads like me. They greeted me like I'd been coming there for years, asked me what I was into, chopped it up with me like we were homies. From that very first visit, I knew this wasn't your average shop. This was family. Since then, I've bought kicks, sold pairs, and each time I leave, I walk out with a smile. Not just because of the shoes but because of how I was treated. They take care of you at The Fix Kicks. They're real ones. Fair prices, honest deals, no funny business just a team that truly loves what they do and puts their heart into every interaction. It's rare to find a spot like this. They've created more than just a store they've built a community. A place where sneaker culture is alive, respected, and celebrated. So if no one's told y'all yet: Fix Kicks, I'm giving you your flowers today. Thank you for the good vibes, the unforgettable experiences, and for always holding it down for sneaker lovers like me. Much love to the whole team y'all are legends.

They are usually firm with prices. Another thing that is a downside of this place is selling your things to them they will lowball the hell out of you and resell it 2x higher than what they ask from you. So I advise you not to sell to them either. Honestly if you wanna buy or sell sneakers I prefer a better sneaker shop 3 miles away from this place which is called Sole Priority.

They're expensive, and when you need them for comfort and support, you really don't want to get it wrong. I spent over an hour here and never felt rushed once. The store started getting really busy, and there were a few customers complaining, but she handled everything like a total pro while still making sure I felt taken care of. The shoe selection is carefully curated - and by that I mean that you'll only find higher-quality footwear, but also that your selections are going to be limited. For the men's shoes, there very limited choices for dress shoes, needed for my work, and I'm on my feel for a lot of the day. In fact, on a recent trip there really only was one pair of Eccos that would have worked. There are more casual, non-athletic men's shoes, and a larger selection of sneakers like Hoka. They have an okay rewards program - you get a point for every buck you spend, and when you accumulate 300 points then you get $20 off your next purchase. Essentially it's about a 6.7% rebate, and it hooks you back in to spend even more money! Be aware of the expiration dates of the rewards, however. Look out for brochures or emails with a 15% coupon as well.

=== Most comfortable pair of running shoes I've encountered thanks to Chris ===…read more For context, I got more seriously into running 4-5 years ago. Since my first pair of shoes, I've started learning a little about what seems to work well and what doesn't. But there's still so much to learn and SO many shoes out there. I've been to a number of sports stores (Sports Basement, Fleet Feet, Footwear Etc.) so was looking forward to trying out Roadrunner. +++ Chris was incredible. Greeted me immediately but made sure that the customer he was working with was taken care of. Asked if I had been there before (no, I hadn't), offered feet analysis (yes, please) and while we were doing that, asked great questions about context -- activity level, any injuries I had experienced, shoes I had run in before and my experience in them. He made some measured suggestions about what might fit my feet and running style, did the measurements, and then modified his recommendations. He brought out his recommendations, even offering a sequence in which to try them. Then he _gave me space_ to take time with the shoes. He let me know that he was available any time I might need him, and would very periodically check in, but was great about giving me time with the shoes. After the first round of feedback on the shoes, he went and got one or two more, after which I made my decision. +++ I ended up with shoes I LOVED. After trying out 6-10 different shoes recommended by experience salespeople, none of them felt great. They were all decent and I was getting used to the idea that that's just how it was going to be. I had tried Brooks, Hokas, On's, Altra's. Based on my experience with my previous shoes, he brought out Brooks but also brought out a Hoka and an Asics. I LOVED the Asics (Gel Cumulus). Felt like putting on a glove but with space, felt secure on the run, just the right amount of padding. I didn't know running shoes could feel like this. Did Chris just get lucky recommending these? Maybe, but he's the only salesperson that suggested these. Note: even AI hadn't come up with this which goes to show that sometimes People 1 AI 0. * Yes, he offered custom insoles that other reviews have talked about. But he wasn't pushy about them at all, and in fact, recommended that we start with the shoes and see how those were before diving further into the customs. + He talked about their VIP program. But it wasn't high-pressured, and in my case, it made sense. $20 for the first year of the program with an immediate 10% off your purchase that day (which was already $15). 10% off purchases in the next year. Plus, he made some mention of $20 in store credit in the first year. It's $20 -- I pay almost that much for a burrito (well, burrito supreme and maybe a drink). + Don't let their narrow storefront fool you -- the store sincerely feels big inside. Can't compare really to Sports Basement since that's just a section and SB is devoted to lots of different activities. Sunnyvale RR feels larger than Menlo Park's Fleet Feet. Don't know how Sunnyvale's RR compared to Campbell's RR (would be curious to hear from those that have been to both.) What's particular nice is you actually DO have room to run in there. + They make you wear their socks for both measurement and trying on shoes. That's actually pretty awesome because it means they're taking care of their shoes. I thought this was clever. They're nice socks so they do simulate what an actual run would be like. - They don't let you take the shoes outside, or least don't seem to. He offered me a run inside the store or on one of several nice treadmills (I've never found treadmill running to approximate road running so I stuck to the store running.) -- He seemed to indicate that WITHOUT the VIP membership, you can't return the shoes after you've worn them. This is very different from Fleet Feet, Nike, and other stores I've been to where they will take shoes back as long as they're in decent condition. * You don't need to check in or put your name on a list when you get there. I don't think that's positive or negative -- this is just about what to expect when you get there. (When you get to Fleet Feet, you put your name on a list so they know whom to help next. Just different ways of doing things.) Super super impressed with Chris. I hear about people falling in love with their shoes -- grateful that this might happen with my next pair due to him.

I usually shop at the Campbell location, and my…read moreexperiences there have always been great, so I was surprised by how different my visit to the Sunnyvale location felt. My boyfriend and I came in to return a pair of shoes, but we were apparently confused about the return/exchange policy--or perhaps it wasn't explained clearly when we originally purchased them. We were under the impression that returns and exchanges could be made within 90 days of purchase. When we arrived, we were told that our shoes could only be exchanged, not returned. That wasn't the issue. Once the policy was explained, we understood it. What made the experience frustrating was the attitude we received from multiple employees. The staff kept repeating the policy over and over, and it started to feel less like they were helping us understand and more like they were talking down to us. One sales associate, Vlad, was especially condescending. He compared our situation to buying a used car, driving it around, scratching it up, and then expecting a full refund. He repeatedly pointed out scuffs on the shoes, even after we acknowledged and understood the policy. The comparison felt unnecessary, and his tone came across as rude rather than helpful. Later, after Vlad went on break, we were assisted by Chris at the register. He was able to process the exchange onto a gift card, which we appreciated, but he also seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn't particularly friendly. Maybe it was just an off day for the staff, but the overall customer service at this location was disappointing. If you have the option, I'd recommend going to the Campbell location instead. I've consistently had much better experiences there.

We booked the bike about a week in advance for a full day for $65, and it was ready for pickup when we arrived. The staff did a safety inspection and let us know that helmets are included with the rental and that we could return the bike to any Sports Basement location. My friend also asked if they could leave their backpack there, and the staff kept it behind the desk, which was really nice. The bike was in good condition! We rode it for 4-5 hours with no issues. A few things I wanted to point out - the seat was pretty narrow and hard, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. It had been a while since I last biked, so I'm not sure if I just need to wear padded shorts or if the seat wasn't the right fit for me. Another thing is that I couldn't sit in the front because the seat was too tall for me to comfortably reach the pedals, and there didn't seem to be an easy way to adjust the height. Lastly, it would've been nice to have a phone mount on the handlebar for navigation. We turned in the bike at the end of the day. Overall, the process was very smooth, the staff were friendly, and the rental was affordable. I would do it again, but I'd wear padded shorts next time :)
