This is a very small and beautiful CL store at the VM mall which I had so much fun at 2 weeks ago. I was the only customer at 1 pm and the sales person asked if I needed assistance. I drove almost 3 hours with my mom to buy her a pair of shoes for her wedding and we had to have them delivered because they didn't have her size. They mailed us the wrong shoes and I called and told them and they wanted me to come back or mail them back. I mailed them back since we live so far away and have not heard back from them since. I got a notification from ups saying they received my shoes and I tried calling and texting them with no response. I called their mainline with no response. This is very upsetting because the shoes cost an arm and a leg. This was a once in a lifetime experience I was giving to my mom as she is getting married but it looks like she won't even have the shoes to get married in. This boutique has EXCEPTIONAL service: ask for Jack or Hieu Dao. Jack and Hieu Dao are the most lovely and helpful of people, and they go above and beyond in every aspect of client service. They're incredibly patient (especially when asked to bring out 4 different sizes in 4 different kinds of shoe), knowledgeable about all of Louboutin's offerings including made-to-order shoes, and they never create any kind of pressure to buy in the way that many other luxury salesmen do. I was lucky enough to meet them after having purchased just one pair of Louboutins in my lifetime (I was NOT a high-spend client), and have since purchased many more as a direct result of their care and attention. Jack and Hieu Dao have located pairs of heels for me that couldn't be bought or ordered anywhere else, have stored boots I ordered to the store while I was away for months traveling, and have been steadfast guides in sizing and selection. In this boutique, you are treated like family. I am moving out of the Bay Area next year, but rest assured that I will fly back out to Santa Clara anytime I need to purchase Louboutins-- just for the service. read more

(Really Really LOVED their Valentine's Day invitation only soirée too!) Made it in time tonight! (I'm always fashionably late. Indubitably. Haha!) I bought my very first Louboutins here! This time, it was my second visit. I came in one earlier in the afternoon and Maurice helped me try on shoes. The style I wanted didn't come in the heel size that I wanted in store so Maurice informed me that if for some reason I needed to make a return, it would be best to order through the boutique rather than online because it is a whole hassle. He helped me find my correct fit and gave me a a similar shoe so I can try the heel height. I left the store really wondering what I should do. We had dinner and finally I convinced myself to pull the trigger we the shoes were for my wedding. I definitely signed up for the Westfield rewards program because louboutins aren't cheap. I went back to the store and Maurice helped me order them. I was expecting them to take long but they came in a week. I asked for them to ship it to my house but just know that route, you need a signature for the package. read more

Came here with my guy and decided to look around despite having a little "bodyguard" in the front. Surprisingly had an awesome experience with the sales associate, Maurice, who not only showed us appropriate styles for the occasion, but was able to give insight as to the upcoming styles and which styles would be going out of season too. He was friendly, not pushy, and didn't make us feel less than human. Haha. I know, it's not a big ask, but so many of these high end places judge accordingly and despite being able to afford such accessories, we didn't feel like we had to be anybody else but ourselves. He helped us ultimately choose a couple pairs of shoes, showed us what was in stock, offered to pull sizes in from other locations, and was even transparent with the styles. Mom is in her early 60, still weight 110 lbs as she was 18 (yup tell me about it), loves fashion and has always been a beautiful queen! If there's a new boutique opens, she wants to check it out! Tried to sell me a pair of brown dress boots covered with scuffs due to it being a display pair. They tried to have me sign a sheet saying I've seen and inspected the shoes before purchase. I asked for a specific size and I did not get to see the shoes before they neatly packaged the dress shoes. I thought it was strange they would have me sign something like that. I then asked them to see the shoes that they've already nicely packaged for me. They unboxed the shoes. One of the shoe's were filled with scuffs on the leather. When I asked about the scuffs I was told that they were just blemishes from the leather. They were not blemishes from the leather. I have a lot of leather goods, including other pairs of louboutin's. I then refused to sign anything and I rejected the shoes. They offered to ship me a new pair and asked me to sign the sheet once again. Why am I again, signing a sheet that says I've inspected the new pair of shoes if the new pair hasn't even been delivered, moreover, even shipped yet? There were too many red flags so I asked for a refund and walked right next door to Nordstrom instead. Service at Nordstrom was perfect. Walked in, asked for my size, paid with my card, and didn't have to sign anything. They also have an incredibly lenient return policy in which there is no time limit, as long as the product is still in new condition. Do yourself a favor and just go to Nordstrom. They have more sizes, better service, and none of the sketchy sales tactics **after looking at the other reviews on Yelp, there seems to be a somewhat common complaint. I too, have been helped by an Asian man with glasses and colorful sneakers. This man has single handedly ruined my experience at a louboutin store. I will not be returning. read more

RUDE STAFF!! I went to the store today to try on a shoe I already had in mind. One of the staff told me he will go and get them, 10 minutes later I went to check on him and noticed he is helping another couple which came after us. Last Sunday, I returned with an appointment with my favorite associate, Hieu. I came a little bit early when Hieu was helping another customer. The security guy nicely let me in and told me Hieu was busy. After that, there was a skinny lady who wore black leggings passed by me and talked really laugh to me. She said, "I will be there with you just a second, on the floor just 2 of us!!!". No Greeting or Asking me nicely! I told her that I was waiting for Hieu. BUT she stared her eyes at me and yelled that " I SAID I WIll BE THERE WITH YOU SHORTLY"!. I said " No, I have an appointment already!. But she didn't stop staring at me. GIRL! DID I SAY ANYTHING WRONG TO YOU? I felt really uncomfortable and upset. I had to reschedule with Hieu for another day instead because I don't want to see her face and her attitude when I come to this store for my shopping trips. I just didn't understand how RUDE she was! I use to shop here all the time along with other Christian Louboutin stores. Maurice who use to work there was my go to guy, however he is no longer there. Today, we're waiting in line to get in and people had walked out and the security guard wouldn't let us in still. At this point, I'm getting annoyed but still waiting, until the people behind me ask if they can go in and the security guard lets them cut us off and go in. When we asked why they got to go in he said they left to go to the bathroom and were coming back. It became clear I was being profiled because I am a younger female and they clearly thought I didn't have it or wasn't going to spend money. I told them "it was absurd and they need to watch who they profile because I'm a loyal customer who has spent lots of money there." The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My wife and I came in to make a return. We were not greeted whatsoever and we sat patiently for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Finally we chose to ask for help, there were at least two employees working and only one other customer in the store. The employee immediately notices our box and says "we don't do online returns" and walks away. We asked to try on a smaller size so we could return them online and exchange for the popper size in store. We also were going to get my wife another pair! A gorgeous store! I came with my wife and an Asian guy with glasses helped us. Although I told him we just wanted to try, he was still super patient and assisted us in trying on 5 different pairs of shoes. The store was pretty crowded and understaffed so he had to go back and forth between us and another client. But he tried his best to give us all what we asked for. I also loved how detailed his advice was for every shoe that my wife tried on the fitting, color, etc. Overall, my best experience in luxury retail so far! My experience in this store was awful. service so poor it was laughable! Walked in to be stared at across the store by the two workers, Hu & a Girl with brown hair... A Mean Girls vibe if you really want to set the scene. Hu approached later as I browsed. I shared I was browsing for my birthday gift & was asked by him if I wear 4 inch heels..? I answered yes.. he then stated otherwise the heels will hurt... odd othering treatment and way to insinuate the shoes would not work for me? Obviously I'm interested in the shoes, sir, why the resistance? & said associate assuming whether or not I wear these heels on what basis but my looks? sounded & felt very prejudice to me! I was shocked, there was no attempt to pull a pair of heels for me to check out or find a style that'd best work for me. (& spoiler I own a pair of Louboutins already, I know they fit lol) He then said to try the boots or sneakers instead... I called the store today to talk about this experience, & Cass was very helpful. Offered to assist me on our next shopping trip. I have spoken with the manager who supplied me with a customer service number. However I will be speaking with the BBB about my experience because this treatment was unacceptable. Kudos to the Prada and Balenciaga stores in Valley Fair though! They provided great customer service.
