As first-time residents, we wanted to share our experience after living here since January. Shortly after moving in, our apartment was affected by flooding due to a broken pipe. During that stressful time, Janis in management was incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful. Since we had recently relocated from Bakersfield, she kindly allowed us to use the community room to store our belongings while contractors replaced our flooring and completed the repairs. We are also very grateful to the contractors who helped us throughout the process. They went above and beyond by assisting with moving our belongings, which made a difficult situation much easier to manage. We would also like to recognize the maintenance team for their hard work. Whenever we have needed assistance, they have responded quickly and have always been courteous and professional. One area we believe could be improved is security and parking. The entrance gates are often left open, despite residents being provided with gate key fobs. Keeping the gates closed would help reduce illegal dumping, unauthorized use of community trash bins, and access by non-residents. Parking can also be challenging, and we have noticed vehicles that do not appear to belong to residents using spaces within the complex. A permit enforcement system with more consistent monitoring could help ensure residents have access to the parking that is available. Overall, our experience has been positive, and we appreciate the support we have received from management, maintenance, and the contractors who helped us during an unexpected situation. In our experience, Janis has always been willing to listen and assist when concerns are communicated respectfully. I made a touring appointment for today at 10AM. When I first entered to the area of creekside I did liked it. However as soon as I arrived I saw the sign that says leasing office with an arrow pointing. I thought okay cool I'll follow the arrow, as I entered I noticed the parking lot was incredibly tight and tiny! As I'm driving in the arrows kept pointing for leasing office. As I'm following the arrows it kept leading me to the back of the apartments. I drove behind the apartments and could not find any parking that says for future residents or visitor parking. So I had to find parking outside which was a bit of a walk. My first impression was already more annoyance than anything else. As I'm entering inside the property. I do not see any signs that points leasing office. I passed by the big signage that says now leasing. I kept walking straight and noticed a playground and a pool. I was still confused to where the leasing office was until I noticed a smaller signage that says self tour here. So I approached to the door and noticed a small sign saying will be back at 10:20. I arrived there by 10:06 due to misleading signage and not being able to find parking at all. I left frustrated. I did liked the price of the apartments a lot but I'll just go elsewhere. Where I won't be wasting my time and be able to locate the leasing office better. read more

You don't want to live here. Manager Janis is incompetent. Soesn't listen to complaints. Decides what she thinks you're going to say and cuts you off after the first sentence with invalid rebuttals. With the fucking diversions you never get to the point. Then accuses you of raising your voice and getting mad. Wouldn't you, when somebody cuts you off with invaild arguments EVERY GODDAM TIME? For 15 years? Multiple PLANNED water cut-offs with no or less than 24 hour notice. Multiple illegal improperly calculated rent increases, always in owner's favor of course. Renter interface software doesn't do what it says it's going to do. Try to explain to manager and get the old diversion, "You always raise your voice like you did last week about the water shut-off" A: I didn't talk to you, so you don't even know what the fuck you're saying, and B: it's irrelevant to the current subject, and yes I'm irritated NOW because of your fucking prevarications" (I didn't say that out loud) So she gets you angry and then cuts you off. Classic manipulation and blame-dodging. So when she shut the door on me I did yell "FUCK YOU" with as much disrespect as she shows me. Just look at all the one star reviews this place gets. We've been living here for almost four years it was nice when we first moved in, the management were friendly whenever we would run into each other. The parking was not the best as it was pretty far however we were okay with it. However, as of this year they began cutting down all the parking in the back to about only 15 open spots available for the WHOLE community. The other spots were now reserved for tenants that were being removed from there previous parking as the company somehow thought it be a bright idea to make studios.. what the company does not realize was the parking issue was already hard enough as it was for the amount of people living here and now with the remodeling going on, there is NO AVAILABLE PARKING. Good luck to whoever gets here past 11am as by that time, there is no spaces available. People have been hoarding there vehicles here as well as saving parking spots for one another. Seems like this problem has been getting worse as the management noticeably don't care. We spoke with Janice and it was such an inconvenience to her as it was "past closing" she was not hearing any of our concerns and to take it up with corporate. She also suggested to get off work earlier to try to beat the parking issue however it seems she does not check the back parking situation going on it is not even noon and the area is full already. No body moves their vehicles for the reason that they know they won't get that spot back. This situation is getting out of hand. Money is all they care for here so good luck to anyone coming home by 4. No street parking either so you'll have to park a couple blocks away from your home. read more

Community amenities are nice... Janice is always micromanaging the tenants after hours.... other tenants have been seen urinating around the facility. The unit photos on yelp DO NOT advertise the units correctly... my unit is extremely outdated white old appliances and carpeted throughout. PROS: * I was immediately intrigued by these apartments because they were remodeled (new appliances, flat stove top aka easy to clean, hardwood floors, updated countertops, etc.). * Compared to other places, their prices were relatively cheap. It's almost impossible to find a nice updated 1 bedroom apartment for under 2K a month in SJ. * Location is good. Not the best area to go walking around at night, but you're literally a 5 min Uber ride to Downtown Campbell. Also on the plus side for me, I was walking distance to my work. This is why I was willing to move in here regardless of the so-so reviews. CONS: * If you're in a bottom floor apartment, get ready to be kept up all night if you have loud neighbors. The ceilings are low so you can pretty much hear every little thing your upstairs neighbors are doing (including having sex, talking on the phone, walking around - which sounds stomping, or watching tv). When I was originally shown the apartment, I was shown an upstairs unit because the previous tenants hadn't moved out yet. Now I'm wondering if they just showed me the upstairs unit because they didn't want me to know how loud it would be in a downstairs unit. I literally have to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones on and play white noise in them so I can fall asleep. Not comfortable. * My unit SMELLS so bad like Indian food, I'm assuming from the previous tenants. It's embarrassing to have people over because even after living here for almost a year, I can't get the smell to go away. I've tried burning incense, wax melts, and candles. The smell is stuck on my clothes from sitting in the closet, so when I go places you can smell it on me. If you move in and your apartment smells, I'd ask for a different unit or ask them to do something about it before you move all your belongings in. * The garbage situation is the WORST I've ever seen. I don't know why management doesn't have a better way of monitoring/managing this. Maybe people who don't live here are dumping their garbage or something because even RIGHT AFTER the garbage truck comes, the dumpsters are almost full again because of all the trash that was just left off to the side. It's pretty gross and embarrassing (once again) to have company over and the first thing they see driving into the parking lot is smelly, overflowing dumpsters. There's also dumpster divers on a regular basis who will sit with their flashers on in the parking lot and literally dig through the trash seeing what they can find. * The parking situation is not the best. However, I understand why it's as bad as it is and unfortunately I don't think management can do much about it. I do wish they would have security constantly checking the parking lot to make sure everyone actually has a permit. I've seen many cars parked with no permits. * The parking lot gates are NEVER closed. I think there was a short period of time when corona first started where they were shutting the gates and you had to use your clicker to open them. I think they need to start doing this again and maybe it will start to solve the problem of dumpster divers and people parking here without permits. If you're getting food delivered the delivery person can just walk through the front entrance because you don't need a key or clicker there. TL;DR: Not a horrible place to live for the price. Insides of the apartments are good quality and nice to live in. If you have good neighbors and are in an upstairs unit the noise won't be a problem because it's pretty quiet otherwise. If the garbage situation and parking isn't an issue for you, you'll love this place. read more

Lived here for about 10 months, anytime we have had a problem the management is helpful and kind. Just be a good tenant and they treat you right. I don't know what all these other reviews are talking about with the water being shut off, or stinking of rats, or whatever. Just moved in this past summer and I love it! The company is repainting the buildings and it looks nice. A lot of these reviews/reviewers need to take into consideration what the apartment property as well as management is capable of controlling. You get one assigned parking space and anything open and uncovered is first come first serve as long as you have a permit (typical of any property). Some residents park in the red zone and others complain, then they turn around and do the same thing. Why complain if you're doing it too? They also complain about getting towed. YOURE IN THE RED ZONE. ITS COMMON SENSE!!! We haven't had a water shut off since I've moved in, but I've seen reviews of the plumbing. How do you expect things to get fixed with the water on? So far no issues with that. Skunks on the property from time to time? Is management able to control that...? It is after all Creek Side. There's wild life in the creek. My point is, give this place a chance and open up your mind about what can and can't be helped. read more

I absolutely loved living here for the past 2.5 years! The community is well kept, with lots of trees and a cute fountain. The amenities like laundry, trash cans, gym etc are well managed. Absolutely amazing complaint resolution by the team- kudos to Janis and Andrea, who are very helpful and always focusing on resident's comfort. The website for logging complaints is also very easy to follow, and all the complaints are resolved well within the communicated time frame. Inspite of being in San Jose, this community feels safe. We lived in a 1 bed apartment and it was spacious. The provided amenities are in good condition and everything works satisfactorily. We had no complaints staying here for the past 2 years! read more

Couple of my pals live there and I come by to visit. I literally had to park far from this apartment and it took at least 10 minutes to get from the area I parked to my friend's home. When we came in Feb, they told us that the pool is heated, and they will start heating it from start of spring. Not really sure if Spring has started or not :-). May be it cames late at Creekside. 05/01/07 ----------- Mail box Keys -- You don't get the keys from management. You have to "order" it at the post office. And then it takes 2-4 days to get it ! First time I am hearing this. 04/27/07 ----------- Changed from 2 stars to 1. They don't have Comcast which is fine, cuz we thought we will get Dish. We were told we can't put it on the roof, even thought there are so many dishes there already, some new rule. So, we tired to put in Patio, and there's a tree which blocks the signal. Even after special request and under the circumstances the management did not budge. So, now we have no TV !!! I guess they don't want to make people making long term relationship. We stayed for 5 years at our previous apartment. I am just waiting for the lease to get over. 04/26/07 ------------ We just moved in last Saturday and there are so many things to write about. One, the manager wanted to charge us $50 extra to give keys the night before, even though on Saturdays they open at 10:00 and we had movers coming in at 9:00. Then on sat when we went to get the keys, it took us 2 hrs to get paperwork done !! Why couldn't they have done this before ! We were hoping to complete move by early afternoon and it got over at 6:30 pm. Very inconvenient. To top that, my wife found that her keys don't fit. Found out that the emergency key at office too was wrong and was mixed up during changed locks with old keys. We had to make a new one on Sunday as they are not open on Sundays. The toilets were clogging. Had to call the maintenance to get that fixed. I mean common, don't you check it before handing over ? ! Also the A/C and Patio screen was on order, which they could've done as soon as they got the notice from previous occupants just like Franciscan apartment did. They are installing new automatic gates with remotes and place is nice, but with starting hiccups, the rating is low. May be after a while it may be OK. read more

I was a little hesitant moving into this place based on the Yelp reviews, but decided to go for it anyway since the reviews weren't current. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful & we haven't had any problems yet. I think management changed recently, too, which is probably why the past reviews don't compare to what I'm currently experiencing. This place is the worst apartment complex i have ever been cursed residing in. The water is shut off weekly, the internet is not stable which makes working from home impossible. The management are completely and utterly incompetent. There are kids running rampant screaming all day long. You can't even use the pool because the kids never get out of it and they don't allow anyone to relax near it because they are splashing and screaming the whole time. Their parents allow this to happen and the office doesn't come out to stop it either. They have been "fixing" the plumbing for about a month now which means strange men have been walking in and out of my apartment daily. No knocking, just waltzing in like they own the place. They even left our door wide open while we were at work for anyone to come on in and steal our things. This place is awful, just awful. I've lived in this complex for eight months and have enjoyed it thus far. I understand some people have their complaints about living here, which is understandable, but I think Creekside can be a very nice place to call home. The units are in overall solid condition. The insulation is great during the colder months and, despite the heat, you can keep your apartment fairly cool in the summer. I've had a couple instances where I had to fill out maintenance work orders, but there hasn't been anything major plaguing me. Creekside is in a pretty safe neighborhood (near Campbell in west SJ) and is very close to a couple key destinations (Pruneyard shopping center, CVS, Chipotle, Gamestop :), etc.). The actual creek trail behind the complex is a great place to walk or run up and down on a weekend; you can take it into Los Gatos on a bike, which is awesome. The grounds are well maintained and, for a fairly large complex, it's generally quiet throughout the day. Summer and early fall are noisier times since the kids are running around and people are hanging out by the pool. That's pretty typical of most places though. A couple things I don't like are the parking situation (they're very strict about you and/or your guest displaying permits or else you're car is going to get towed by a notorious towing service) and the lack of $ machines in the laundry rooms. The fitness room isn't much, but you can still get the job done. Another thing to keep in mind is that there isn't much security going on, so you still have to be pretty safe. I had my license plate stolen a couple months ago, and once in a while I'll see a cop car blocking one of the driveways. But generally speaking, this is a safe place and one that I'd recommend. read more

Lived here for four years and had a good time. I don't feel a lot from my complex, except that it's safe and quiet, which creekside does fit the bill. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, management was friendly and helpful, I had a good price for the amount of space I got! The stairs to my second floor were creaky, for which I feel sorry for my downstairs neighbors and finding parking for guests are the streets can be difficult. Lived here for three years, with very few problems. Ladies in the office are very nice and always remember our names. Our main issues are the neighborhood, we'll get strangers making all kinds of racket in the middle of the night from the next complex, that sound carries over to us. Five or six police cars figuring something out. Mostly the complex is quiet during the day with kids playing in the pool in the summer. My neighbors are all polite and pleasant. Our only reason for wanting to move is that we are tired of the apartment living lifestyle and are ready for a home where our bedroom window doesn't face out into a parking lot. Best part of living here is that you can pay rent with your credit card! We have already gotten a free flight! Worst part of living here is the laundry is $1.50 a wash in a washing machine that smells like mold and is forever dirty. read more

What a great place to live in for the price. I heard they may have changed ownership in the past year or two, so that may explain the previous reviews, which I think they should delete since it is technically a new business. Anyways, my girlfriend and I moved in here mid-last year and have enjoyed it thus far. Janet and and Marrijt (spelling's off) are great. They greeted us as soon as we got into the leasing office and made us feel very welcome. They were straight forward and told us everything we needed to move in. They showed us the different types of units and even offered to show us the exact available unit they had as soon as the tenant moved out (sometimes a rarity in the apartment complex game). None of the below reviews apply. I have seen no cop cars, no constant loud noises, no issues with payments, deposits, or towing issues. Zero. They allow pets, huge plus since we are currently thinking about getting a dog, and they have a small pool and fitness center, not to mention Los Gatos Creek Trail right behind the complex. I love it. Some items I have to highlight. 1) Marrijt was totally cool the whole process and up front. She told us exact pricing and even guaranteed it if we signed by a certain date as long as someone didn't rent the unit we wanted. She also emphasized with us since it was our first time dealing with an apartment complex (Landlord's in SF are way different and sleazier). She even allowed us to provide pay stubs instead of checking our credit (saving us an assessment of points off our credit score). Her and Janet are awesome. 2) There was a glitch in our payment since they offer the online-pay. It didn't charge us some odd dollars. Instead of giving us a delinquent payment notice, etc. They just gave us a letter stating we're short. This late payment notification I appreciated rather than the run-of-the-mill make you shit your pants Delinquent Pay Notice. 3) They accept credit card. Rack up the points while you can, then pay it off right away! 1-Star off because it is a little pricy for what it is. read more

I lived here for 8 years, I wanted to move here even though  the reviews were horrific. The water got shut off almost every other week due to the old plumbing,the power went out every month. one time it went out for 5 days and we lost everything in the refrigerator which they blamed PGE. Janice the apartment mgr wanted to tow my U haul with my stuff in it she called Rebello's towing, their company. (the worst). I had a locksmith come out because we lost the key.I almost got sprayed by skunks daily coming home form work.There's no parking I had to pay tow fees from Rebellos 5 times maxed out two credit cards.My mountain bike got stolen right off my front porch even though it was chained. Our place got broken in twice also. After paying a 1800 security deposit they kept it after making up bogus claims. I moved out about a year back. my original plan was to not give my review, but i feel bad for not warning people. please do not ignore my warning like i did before moving in. read more

We lived in these apt for 13 months. We are currently in the process of moving because we purchased a condo. Didnt have any problems here. Any issues we had they were fixed quickly. And they were not major issues. Our porch light out and a leaking window. The only thing that is horrible is parking!!!! You have one assigned and then open for your second parking pass. Also depending on where you live your open parking is all the way in the back of complex. And parking gets full fast when the apartments are rented out close to max. When we have friends over they have to park down the block. Managment is nice and friendly. Janice and Miret are nice. ( not sure how to spell it ). Repairs seem to go on endlessly. With a lot of noise and strangers coming in your apt. on a continuous basis. The water is off constantly with rent increases at every opportunity. The property itself is very unsafe! I have had my car stolen and many others have as well. The "security" gates are easily opened by hand. Cars are broken into regularly. Cars of tenants are towed nightly, after 2am of course. They sneak in and take any car that is questionable. It matters not that you live there. The pool is frequently dirty and cold. I am thankful that renters have some protection as these new owners would surely be major SLUM LORDS If they could get away with it. read more

I lived here in 2005 -2006, moved out and came back to the same complex. Management is great (Janice rocks!!) and they get the work done same day. They are attentive and work with you! The layout of the oned bedrooms apts is great. Regading parking, I have parked my car at someone else's parking spot w/no parking permit and my car was still there in the AM - was not towed. My partner and I lived here for about 11 months (got out just before having to sign on another lease). We had a ground floor apartment facing the main street. Overall I give it a solid 2 stars. When I first came by to look at the apartment it seemed OK, was not run down like the others and didn't have a popcorn ceiling like the place we were moving out from. I asked the manager if there was any asbestos or lead paint used and they said no. Upon moving in they informed us that there was in fact lead paint and asbestos used and we had to sign a disclosure form for it. On the day we moved in the bathtub didn't drain at all, we had to bail water out with a bucket to finish showering. It took an entire bottle of drano and an hour or so of sitting before it started draining. The bathtub here uses a drum trap which is about the dumbest plumbing invention ever devised, so it clogs or drains extremely slowly all the time and no amount of plunging or drain cleaner will fix it. The toilet clogged on a Friday night from flushing a few flushable wipes and wouldn't unclog with a plunger. Had to call maintenance who came by, made a mess with a plunger and snake and couldn't unclog it either. Had to get a key for a vacant apartment on-site to use its bathroom until Monday when real plumbers were available. Not a fun weekend. The AC unit in the apartment went moldy, maintenance came by and complained about smells in the apartment and said they couldn't tell and would have to speak with the manager. After calling the manager they agreed to replace it and ordered a new one. The new one did not show up for 2 months "because it was not hot yet". After pestering them they ended up replacing the AC unit with one out of another vacant unit. The air quality overall was pretty bad, after moving out it's clear just how stifling the air was in this place. I think there may have been some mold or pathogens living in the carpet that caused it. By the way if you ask for any maintenance make sure to call and pester management at the scheduled time, don't expect them to come on time or at all otherwise. Expect them to be 15-90 minutes late even when calling and asking. This seems to be standard practice for landlords. Daily: toilet clogs 1-2x Daily to weekly: bathtub clogs, sink emits smell of dead plague rat Monthly to semi-monthly: water main shuts off Less frequently: sink clogs or leaks Daily: 3-50 termite swarmers invade bathroom There was also a fun month when the laundry machines were being upgraded and there was only one laundry room for the entire complex available. Those laundry machines quickly broke, and the last time I used it was a complete disaster, only one washer worked, after using a broken washer with no spin cycle which left my clothes completely waterlogged, and no dryers worked, and to add insult to injury the machines ate $7 or so in quarters without any return. Crime is a pretty major issue here. There have been break ins and one neighbor was talking to the police about a stolen vehicle. Have witnessed arrests here as well. Had someone pounding on the door at 11pm and acting suspiciously. My very old road bike was stolen off the patio (1st floor, not street facing). I've had 3 or so packages stolen as well. I think our neighbor for around 9 months was an actual prostitute, she had some arguments with unruly types and had witnesed/called in arrest(s). Overall, what you would expect for a high density living situation in San Jose. Not good but not the worst we've stayed at (Park Kiely), it's not next to a freeway or directly downwind of a factory, but it's also a pretty crappy area and the place looks like a cheap hotel suite, and was built without sensible plumbing techniques. Parking was ok since we only had one car, but if you have a guest over on a weekday/weekend evening you won't find a free spot within 3 blocks and an hour of searching. I've since heard that getting a covered parking spot now has an extra monthly charge over base rent. At the move out inspection I was told that there were some stains and touch up painting to do that would covered by "wear and tear", and a full cleaning would cost $135. Sounded reasonable, but when the security deposit came back $600+ was deducted. An additional $75 for carpet cleaning respectively, which was not mentioned, $111 for "partial paint" from having to patch and paint over tiny holes from thumbtacks we used to put up posters, and $281 for a new freezer door since it was dented. At least they were able to move me out a couple days ahead of schedule and refund me those days of rent. The security deposit return came about 30 days after move out, and it took 2-3 weeks from then to get them to send me the itemized deductions list. read more

My wife and I have lived here for almost 5 years and enjoy the community and property management team. Janice and the team are very responsive to our needs as a resident and in a timely manner. Also, she is very friendly and informative about property issues and always shows interest for our needs as a resident. Yes, sometimes parking can be hard to find for people/families with 3 cars. In addition, corporate should along with covered parking add assigned parking spaces (# 123) for residents. This way you have two parking spaces per resident. Subsequently, allowing for guest parking on property. Furthermore, corporate could do a better job of helping the management of Creekside with the security of property by hiring a dependable and foot patrol security company to police their premises. We have been fortunate enough not to experience any break ins or violence. Yes, the police have been seen on premises but A that's normal anywhere. Unless, you are a sheltered individual. Overall, a great place to live and many freeway access routes, as well as, public transportation a block away. Many amenities and Dog friendly is a plus. KLINGIBELL do a better job of helping your residents by stepping up for your property management team. I get it, Janice can only do so much without your assistance.. I lived there over one year & I think the water was shut off around a total of 50 times per year. It is absolutely ridiculous how often they have to turn it off! It was never back on by the time they'd say it would be either. For some unknown reason (maybe just Murphy's Law), it always happened to be turned off on my days off from work (which are completely random...). I lived in one of the "remodeled" apartments. It was nice looking from afar, but up close everything was done very cheaply. They never hire any professionals to do anything (i.e. the electronic gate that took them about 8 months to get working, which promptly stopped working approximately 3 months later), so my cabinets are cut crooked, one of the cabinet doors is installed backwards, the paint was done sloppy, carpet in the hall closet doesn't match, etc. Also, don't get me started on the cable! Why on Earth you can't have Comcast is beyond me, but if you want just basic cable, you have to go through this rinky-dink company called Space Age. It is a very primitive company (you should see their "invoices"!) and some channels don't come in very well (major channels, like CBS). I don't get FSN (major bummer since I'm a huge Giants fan!), ESPN, FX, Bravo, and many others that are typical "standard" cable options. I have never been a fan of satellite dishes, and I do not need a million channels, but it would definitely be nice to be able to have a choice of cable providers. I used to live here. Spacious apts but sewer problems occur which can be nasty as you would see toilet paper and you know what floating around on the walkways. Not to mention tons of fleas with all of the ivy. Management doesn't rehab units until you move out so the residents that have been there 10+ years look like they are living in a time capsule. When I was here they had security patrol but they could just walk the weirdo's, and there were some weirdos to the end of the property so it didn't accomplish too much. Parking is hell as some folks just don't seem to care if they are parking in a space that is not theirs. Don't recommend. read more

Watch out for your car being TOWED AWAY. You may come out of your apartment one morning, and find your car missing. They are towing resident cars away at 2 AM in the morning when no one is around, by using this sleazy towing company in San Jose to do it. The security guy who works for Creekside must authorize the tow, and they dont even bother to check if the license plate belongs to an apartment resident. Instead of issuing Parking stickers that you can stick to to your window permanently - this complex gives your a "small plastic parking tab" that you put on your back or front window area. But Watch out if it ever drops from your window....every single nite the towing truck comes around after midnite. I strongly suspect they intentionally do this because they know that the plastic tab may drop down from the window or get blown around in the car, and that becomes their excuse for towing your car. I suspect that the towing company is paying off the night time security guard or apartment manager a comission for every car they tow. In fact the guy at the towing company office did not even deny it when I said it to his face. I was a single resident living alone. No dependents and I only owned 1 car. I parked my car in the general parking area at 1.30 am in the morning after coming back late, and they towed it at 2 am in the morning. They said the Parking sign had fallen-off from the back of my car. They broke into my car to move it out of the parking spot, and then towed it away. They could easily have moved my parking tab and put it under my car seat. To make matters worse, I was not even informed that my car was towed. I initially thought it was stolen. Eventually I called the police to find out that my car was towed. When I confronted the Apartment Manager - she claimed she didnt even know anything about my car being towed. She did not even bother to compensate me for the towing mistake. She never even offered. I ended up having to pay over $450+ to get my car back. By of way am paying a lot money for my 2 bedroom apartment I expect to have an open parking spot no matter what time of day.. 13 months my wife and I wish we could take back. After the summer we realized how bad things were and we wanted to get out of there as soon as posible. We tried to make the best of it but at every turn the worst was shown to our family and neighbors. read more

Safety and noise was our biggest issue here. Theft is frequent as our car was broken into twice. According to crimereports.com there have been over 40 police reports filed at this complex in 6 months. Most are domestic disturbance calls and car breakins. read more

This place is a huge cover-up. The apartment looked awsome during the showing so we decided to go with the place... Then we found the flaws. All of the "renovation" work was shotty and half assed. The dumpsters feel like a mile away from every apartment, the laundry room is dirty and the machines look like they havent been cleaned ever. The maintnence guys are lazy and do crap work and the only good thing about this place are the ladys in the office. They are nice and work with you when you are in a bind. Don't consider this place for moving in. OH YA ALSO, THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! read more
