Service was horrible. Waited for 10 minutes and never saw a server. Bar side was busy, we were the only table on the restaurant side.

Wings weren't breaded and prepared without seasoning. The fries and onion rings were okay and the amount served was very small. My expectations were greater than what I experienced as a first time customer from New Jersey. The atmosphere was nice! The waitress was sweet. I hope my next visit will be better. read more

Just tried it 1 day for something different on door dash and have ordered probably 8 or 9 more times since then in a month or 2 to try some of there other dishes and I have yet to be disappointed. Would recommend to anyone that asks. Everything is always made right and they haven't left out of anything I have ordered and we never have small orders. We stopped in for lunch and there wasn't a crowd. We were greeted and seated as soon as we entered. The staff was very friendly. Our server, Kimberly, was very kind and attentive. The food was GREAT! We wanted to try the gator bites but they were out. Everything that we ordered was great. The calamari & mac and cheese were the superstars! The Creekside Breeze was mixed just right! The food was very good & large portions. The first mate platter surprised me. Bailey was a great & attentive server.

Don't let the outside fool you. While the building may look older and a little disheveled, the inside was a welcomed surprised. Very clean atmosphere. While the menu doesn't have a lot of different choices, the food we ordered was fantastic and cooked to perfection. We had the gator bites for starters, which were delicious! I ordered the shrimp and fries. The shrimp were very plump and had a wonderful taste. The fries were thinly sliced and had just the right amount of batter, making them very yummy. My boyfriend had the sirloin steak and said it was also cooked exactly to his liking. Surprisingly not a very busy place. We will definitely be back. read more

Have heard that the food was good but from first glance, the place is basically a bar. Very basic but very clean ! Great place to drink, shoot pool, watch sports - we got the Fried Shrimp with grilled zucchini and baked potato along with the Shaved Ribeye Philly with the fries. First and last visit. Decided to try it out recently after an early movie on a weeknight. Barely any vehicles in the lot should have been a warning, but we thought maybe it was due to the early time and being mid-week. Nope. Walked in and stood for almost five minutes before being greeted by a man clearly in his cups who informed us he didn't work there and he wasn't sure where the hostess was but we could be seated wherever we wanted and he'd send a waitress over for drink orders right away because they were "tight" and "everybody that worked there knew him". Right. The restaurant side had one other patron. The bar side was crowded with music so loud we had to almost shout at one another and we were all the way across the restaurant. Fifteen minutes later we still had not been approached. I got up and went back to the hostess stand where the aforementioned gentleman was still hanging out. Still no hostess, no waitress in sight and the sole bartender was clearly over their head as the bar was three deep. I asked the other restaurant patrons how long they had been there and they said over 45 minutes and they just got their drinks about ten minutes ago. They said the waitress was supposed to come right back and take their food order and they were still waiting. I walked around the entire establishment and could not find one soul who worked there besides the bartender. We left. All the great food in the world doesn't make up for crappy service. All the great service in the world will make up for crappy food any day. I really wish I could have tasted something, but after a half hour with not even a drink order placed, it was time to go. read more

The food I got was awful! My gator bites were tough and very salty. My entree was disgusting. The only decent thing was the french fries. They were out of a lot of items on the menu. The service and indoor atmosphere were ok. They definitely could do more to improve the exterior. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and definitely will not be returning. read more

We ate here yesterday for the second time. Our first experience was not good and wanted to give them another try. It will be our last for sure. We were only ones in restaurant side and had to listen to loud drunk people on the bar side. Waitress was very nice but very inexperienced. Got drinks and took order. I had simple 10 oz sirloin steak and baked potato. I asked for it medium well, but came out near raw! Inside hadn't even been cooked so sent it back. After about 5 min brought it back on a smaller plate. It was ok but was not a 10 oz lucky if was 6 oz, plate and steak were very small. Waitress didn't come back and check on us just sat at desk. Inside is nice and would have potential. Food is terrible so would advise dining elsewhere. Really wanted to give good review as Florence has so many chain restaurants would like to see private place do well. However, after 2 tries this is not the place. Outside looks rough. Could do more to clean up the area. read more

A group of friends and myself had a great time good was great drinks were great. Ally is awesome!! But the guy whoever owns the pool tables and the jukebox is extremely bad for business. Told my friend not to play certain songs which were already chosen on the jukebox, she asked for her five dollars back for the music which he came and canceled and told her he didn't have sh** for her proceeded to tell her f*** you and played music he selected instead. read more

OMG, literally the worst dining experience in years. They had NO RIBS, NO STEAKS, NO MAC AND CHEESE, NO SHE CRAB. There were out of so many items on the menu. The gator bites were tough. The thousand island and ceasar dressing was not good. The salad was just lettuce and croutons. Really wanted to walk out but my behind was comfortable. Took over 45 minutes to get the entrees. I've been coming to Florence for over 30 years and the past decade this property has struggled to maintain a business. When Creekside opened I purposed to give it a try. While the food was good, I found the breaded fried oysters and gator bites extremely salty for my taste. I also found the oysters rather small, but there were plenty. Due to the size, it was mostly bread and not a meaty oyster I was expecting. It was a Monday evening so I wasn't expecting a packed housed, but there was only about 4 other patrons in the place, unusual for an early evening. I do drive by Creekside often and at various times, I've never seen it packed out. My suspicion is that if some subtle changes were made, it would raise the expections enough to make it a go to place any day of the week. read more
