This place isn't worth the money you spend there. The appliances are old, lights are always flickering, and there are bugs everywhere. There was a gap between our front door and we had bugs in our entry way all the time. They never sprayed for pests so I ended up doing it myself. I will say that when we had an issue with appliances the maintenance team were on it! They worked super hard. They don't have good signage on the apartments so if you are moving in or ordering something count on it getting lost. The doorway and stairs are super narrow for some reason. The parking and trash is really bad there. The trash is always overfilled and if it's windy the trash will be all over the complex. Not enough parking and if there is it's a spot in an alley behind the complex. My car had been broken into two times when I parked back there. If they try to sell you on the fact that they have balconies make sure you see it for yourself. The upstairs apts have wooden planks that haven't been cleaned or refinished in a long time. Ours had some drawings from the previous tenets kids and we would get splinters from the wood. Management is a revolving door someone is always in training and doesn't know the answer to your question if you call. They are friendly and nice but not super informative. They have made moving out even harder than moving in. It's better to spend your money on a nicer apartment :/ read more

I found crap behind the oven and drawers from a previous renter. Yes, I had two dogs, but I had my carpets completely steam cleaned. What do they do? I wish I could give zero stars. The manager here, Carrie, hand-wrote in rent rate changes on our lease after we signed it. Whatever you do make copies of everything they give you. It wouldn't hurt to have any documents notarized, too. I would avoid this place. They are not honest people. The apartments themselves are very average. The amount of noise from neighbors is horribly disruptive. They put toddlers on the third floor without any consideration for people living below. Huge dogs are allowed here, people do not clean up after them. People park their huge trucks blocking the sidewalks and you can complain until you are hoarse, nothing gets done. Nothing gets fixed. I had a broken cabinet door the entire time I lived here. Nothing done about the noise. I was told to call the police because they won't do anything about noise. Our upstairs neighbors put speakers facing outside on their balcony and nothing was done. Horrible place, horrible management, horrible neighbors. It's truly the worst of Greeley. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I admit I'm furious, but you would be too if you got over a $1000 in charges and for things you would never expect! Learn from our mistakes. Be anal retentive about every little thing that needs cleaning and does not look brand new. You will get charged!! If you do not want to pay EXORBITANT charge back fees I would not suggest living here. If you go-- literally for every teeny tiny thing you notice, TAKE A PICTURE and REPORT on move in!!! We got charged $112 for "damaged" blinds that had teeth marks or something that were already there! But because I was foolish and didn't report or complain about it, we paid for it--literally it was a very minor thing! They expect stuff to be in 'brand new order/excellent condition' - NO CONSIDERATION of time you have lived there or wear. Two years for us. No other complex has given us a bill, and we lived in some nice places. Charged $280 for replacement of glass top for stove. I'd show you a picture that would demonstrate clean/decent order with minor wear and tear. Charged $270 to replace a microwave in good working order but told it was damaged. They failed to show proof of damage. Had I been thinking of it, I would have asked for the "damaged microwave." Just so flabbergasted by what they charged! I am serious when I say be the annoying tenant and complain about every single issue with the neighbors vs putting on your 'big boy' pants and talking to your neighbor directly. Billed for labor and fee on patio-- we were on first floor and had talked to neighbors above about grease and other debris that had come down! And unfortunately there was something left from that that we apparently failed to clean. Billed, cha-ching. We lived there for two years and had a decent living experience despite annoyances. There were dog owners who couldn't bother to pick up after their animals in spite of baggie stations placed all about. Spouse even asked a lady if she was going to pick up after her dog, and she responded she didn't have a bag. She finally got one, and cleaned up that day, but the very next day found dog doo doo under our window. There was never parking space near rental, and only a couple handicap places - very miserable if we had elderly with placards visit. Tons of moving that blocked parking - new tenants all the time. They will increase your rent without telling you, but most of my complaints are about the other residents. Noise is a problem due to residents' diesel trucks parking too close to the buildings. Lazy residents won't pick up after their pets. The same lazy residents will put their trash right outside their doors rather than take them to the dumpsters where garbage belongs. read more

Creekview apartments is hands down the favorite complex I've ever lived in for so many reasons. The staff is amazing, the complex is great, and they're always on top of it. Carrie is such a friendly sweet lady who will always say hi to you and ask how you're doing (she genuinely cares). Vanessa is such a sweetheart and is great at remembering any issues you have and will always work to resolve them, she loves chatting with people living at the complex and seeing how things are going. And Julian is also amazing at his job. He will genuinely laugh at anything you say and will shoot the breeze with you any time of day. The apartments are a great value for what you get! The quality is nice and I loved being able to rent a garage and a storage unit, both at reasonable prices. I loved how smart the storage was, the apartment never felt crowded because of how much storage there is. My husband got deployed for a year and I was scared to be a young female living alone, and not once was I scared or worried about my safety. I would not have left this apartment complex by choice but due to being stationed in a different state I had to and I would move back in a heartbeat if I could. The only minor complaint is that my tub always made an obnoxious creaking sound, but there's not much that could've been done about that aside from replacing it. read more

Absolutely AWFUL place to live. ESPECIALLY if you're disabled. There is no parking available in this complex and it's so bad that residents have to park outside the complex, lining the surrounding streets. There is only 1 handicap spot per building which is ridiculous and the office doesn't care one bit to install more because there's not enough parking as it is. The floors are wooden and upstairs neighbors walking around sounds like a nightclub subwoofer going off with every step. The only positive reviews I can give is there are no bugs and the place is clean and the office staff are very kind and professional. Other than that, this place bloody sucks!!! I love these apartments. We've lived here twice and haven't had an issue either time. They're really clean and fairly affordable for the fastly growing population. The front office have always been really nice and professional also. They allow my dog which is everything because she's my baby! Yeah there are some inconsiderate people that don't pick up after their pets and take up too much parking, but that's the residence not the apartments. They don't deserve to be degraded due to a few small things other people do. They have grounds people work year round and they do a hell of a job keeping up with the place and keeping it beautiful. They replaced a counter top because it had a soap stain on it... A SOAP STAIN, if that doesnt show they care about their apartments then I dont know what will. The stairs aren't super steep by any means makes things accessible. The views are very pretty too. Highly recommend! read more

We lived at Creek View Apartments for four very long winter months on the second floor. The carpet is so thin we had to be careful not to step on tack strips with bare feet. Ouch! Parking is an huge problem, particularly on the weekends. Spaces anywhere close to our apartment filled early and we walked some distance, sometimes with groceries in tow, to our apartment. Our upstairs neighbors was actually one of the apartment managers. We could hear every single step, morning noon and night! Our neighbors below liked to party on their patio and we could hear every word of their conversations. It was loud at 2 AM! Another neighbor slammed his door each and every time he came or went. Shook the whole building. He also liked to idle his loud diesel truck out front of our apartment for a half an hour or so at six AM, Monday through Friday. Traffic on 20th Street can be very loud. Last but not least, plan on losing a fair amount of your deposit for cleaning when you leave. Doesn't matter how clean you leave it. They'll find some reason to charge you for a complete cleaning. read more

I've lived here for almost 2 years now and the parking situation is getting worse and worse. I pay 1440 a freaking month and I can't even park in a parking spot I have to park on the street. They really need to have assigned parking and all the work trucks need to park on the street!!! Stuck here a whole year. Horrible insolation. You'd think new apartments would be quieter than older apartments. Wedged in the 2nd floor we can hear everything above us, loud footsteps, cupboards closing. Don't be fooled by these new buildings, and don't expect management to care that you haven't slept in months. I don't recommend these apartments at all. Even selecting one star, is being generous. I currently live at the Creekview Apartments. I've been a resident for a little over three years. Recently, we've moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment. Before we could move, it was requested we pay for damages, and we were told our security deposit could not go towards the damages either, due to the apartment having to be assed after we've moved. I even inquired about the non-refundable pet deposit going towards obvious pet damages. I was told the deposit is for allowing a pet and necessarily doesn't go towards anything. However I was told with uncertainty. Due to the issue of damages we lost out on an apartment that was currently available at the time, and was clearly communicated to me at the time that it would be held for us, leaving my dad without a place to stay. We notify the office that my dad will continue the lease agreement without us, however due to all three of previously applying, were informed the application must be re-done and now they have to run his credit and due to all the formalities that failed to be done in a timely manner previously , my dad is told once again he does not have a place to stay, and will not have a place to stay until the following week. Now, we're getting the run around once again. We submit "Vacate the Premise" form. And we were told before anything we must provide the check for damages before we move out of our current apartment. We hand the check in November 29th. Mind you we put our last day as the 4th of December. We are also told we would have a lease agreement the following day, December 5th, along with keys. Then the office informed us we would have the lease agreement and keys. Friday, December 6th. I visit the office December 6th, and there is no lease agreement even started and there are no keys to be given. I was told that Vanessa is handling everything, however she will not be back in the office until Monday, December 9th and everything would be ready then. I receive a phone call today 15 min before the office closes requesting that our application has to be filled out once again before a lease agreement can be signed and keys can be given. I go to the office at 5:55 to pick up the applications once again, and the doors are closed. I've been given the run around constantly and have been put on the back burner over and over again. I dread going to the office and talking to staff because two out of the three are unpleasant 90% of the time, and ultimately there is a lack of communication. As a community member of Creekview, I've come to the conclusion that we're not of any importance. I will not be continuing my relationship with any vintage corporation property in the future. read more

Parking is terrible, no restrictions on how many cars per apartment, 20-30 cars park on the city streets due to lack of, garages used for cars are storage units which adds to the problem, garages are undersized to cause damage to cars, rent is cheap, but after you find out W/D are not included and it's a stackable.. You either buy $1500 worth or rent for $50p/m, and storage is extra cost p/m so the cheap rent can increase to same price as a Luxury apartment (Lake Vista in Centerra 2b2b is $1550... With all the extra.. It's $1400..? Plus pool finally opened, NO HOT TUB, work out gym is poorly maintained, can not use club house amenities so far, mailboxes are not near office.. Far back corner of property.. And walls are so thin you can hear the toilets flush all night and it's disturbing.. And apparently you can dry your laundry on the patio hand rails if you want to.. Just like a sec 8 living.. I would look elsewhere before looking to rent here... read more
