The young lady who initially helped us was very kind, and we ended up spending about $25. My kids decided they wanted to sit and eat inside, so I grabbed two small sheets of wax paper to use as makeshift plates so they wouldn't make crumbs or leave a mess on the tables. As I was taking the two sheets, an older woman working there aggressively confronted me and nearly smacked my hand away. Her reaction made it seem like I was reaching over the register and stealing money rather than taking two pieces of inexpensive wax paper for food we had just purchased. There were other customers inside, which made the whole interaction even more embarrassing and unnecessary. I had just spent $25 at the shop and was simply trying to keep the table clean while my kids ate. If taking the wax paper was an issue, she could have politely said something instead of reacting so aggressively. We watched the lavash being made right in front of us, from balls of dough to machine rolled out and baked. The owner barely speaks English and there is a small charge for credit cards or debit so try to pay with cash. Our bag was $4.50. I did not notice their business hours, but I inquired on my second visit. They are open everyday of the week including Sunday with the exception, they are closed on Saturday. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00. p.m. The nice man order offered us some Turkish coffee but we already had our coffee for the day. They have a few tables in the breezeway where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee.
