I am very disappointed in the service and quality of the cookies. This was my first time frequentling a Crumbl and was told that the cookies would be amazing. They were overpriced but I was willing to give it a try. The two ladies were busy talking to each other more than helping me to understand how it 'worked' as I had never frequented a Crumbl. One lady did not have gloves on for part of the time she was handling the food. The store itself was plain looking, nothing to say about the ambiance. I had ordered the mini 6 box and chose 6 different flavors. The brownie was hard/stale and clearly had been sitting around all day. (I came in around 4pm). The cookie with the orange frosting was undercooked, tastig very 'doughy'. I ended up only eating 2 1/2 cookies as the others were simple not edible. Very disappointing with the cost. read more

A couple caught my eye, so I went with the sticky toffee cake and the raspberry cheesecake cookies. Both were just okay. A solid 3/5 for me. Service at this location can be pretty hit or miss too, which doesn't help the experience. Stopped by to try their Halloween weekly flavors. Ordered the mini 3-pack cookies and their single cookie. Got the Halloween cake batter blondie and the blue monster ft chips ahoy for the mini cookies and the semi-sweet chocolate chunk single cookie. Only the semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie tasted good. The other cookies were too sweet and not good. The mini size was perfect tho. Their single cookie is too big for one person, you will need to share it with someone else or eat portions of it separately. You order thru the self-checkout kiosks and wait for your cookies to be ready. Don't forget to join their loyalty program for rewards. This location is located off Caruso Ave. and Brand Blvd. It's toward the end or entrance of Americana at Brand. Easy pick ups. And clean place. Parking maybe a little tough if you're just going to pick up the cookies but they do have a parking structure in the Americana if you don't mind a little walk. Cookies are always changing. Some are too sweet but that's obviously based on each individual's palate tolerance. Crumbl cookies are one of my favorite cookies. They change every week so it always tempts me to go every week. I don't but I honestly go at least twice a week. Maybe that's why I keep plumping up lol This particular location is not local to me but I visited it when I was in the area. I'm not sure if all locations are the same but the ones I've been to are all self service so you really don't get any interactions with employees which I'm ok with. Since this location is right where the Americana/Galleria is I'm sure it can be busy at times but when I went early afternoon on a Saturday it was not too bad. Absolutely stunning cookies!!! Each cookie is the size of my hand toooooo!!! Don't even get me started with the burst of flavors in each bite!!! They also have amazing customer service as I was bummed my friends birthday delivery to my house came to the wrong address yet within 20 minutes after my friend called the manager my replacement doordash order was at my door!!!! I've always wanted to try Crumbl cookies and I was delighted with every flavor!!! My ultimate favorite was the hummingbird cake cookie which has chopped up pecans and buttercream frosting. It must be the hint of cinnamon that makes it my favorite. The snickerdoodle is standard I just didn't like that it tasted underbaked in the middle. The cookies and cream cookie has chunks of white chocolate inside!!! Also a favorite. The birthday cake cookie I couldn't find on the menu but it was my second favorite as it was coated with sprinkles and chucks of white chocolate!!! Their milk chocolate chip cookie is soooo decadent definitely some of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had!!! As for the Twix one was my least favorite. Not that it was gross it was simply too sweet for my likening but I'm sure if you love Twix you'll love this cookie. Super elated that Crumbl has made it to the Americana in Glendale!!! Who doesn't like cookies? If you do, like me, you should check out this place. They usually have 5 or 6 different flavors each week. The only sad part is that they rotate these flavors and you would have to wait weeks for them to bring back your faves. Some of the cookies come in smaller sizes 'cause let me tell you those cookies are on steroids, good for sharing unless you don't want to. I have tried a few of their flavors but my faves so far are the French toast and chocolate chip. The people working here are as sweet as the cookies even when the place gets packed and busy. Place is small but there's the option of ordering online or on their self-serve on site. Nice addition to the Americana for sure. read more

This crumbl is in desperate need of at least one more staff member or some type of training to the workflow of the store. Granted I came at a busy time on a Friday night and the staff was overwhelmed with orders, there was essentially no one working the front counter to accommodate any guests. You'll see in the attached photo the tiny store filled with almost 15 people inside not accounting about 20 people behind me and of the door. Everyone here had already ordered their cookies and had gotten a notification that they were ready for pickup but no one was handing them out? I could see my pick up order with my name on it across the counter alll of the staff was essentially ignoring everyone with questions and kept busy frosting their cookies. I'd reco they put finished orders on the counter for guests to just grab them when they're finished if they can't have staff to accommodate. They desperately need a better system or perhaps just one more hire to stand at the register ,? read more

Solid three stars. Here is why. Encino Location. Fantastic cookies. The chocolate chip cookies were gooey, full of chocolate chips, inside and out, and huge. Just how I like my cookies. Here's the problem...inconsistency. I went to the Glendale location, tried the exact same cookie...and was given a product that used an entirely different recipe. The chocolate chip cookie from the Glendale location had chocolate chips only on the inside, and the cookie itself was crunchy, not gooey or soft like the Encino variation. Why? Why have two different types of chocolate chip cookie recipes and not advertise this online or in the physical store. Other cookies I tried. Butterfinger Cookie: Peanut Butter cookie with Butterfingers infused into it. Chewy and generous on the crushed Butterfinger pieces. My second-favorite next to Encino's Chocolate Chip cookie. Caramel Shortbread Cookie This cookie is just a weird concept. A tasty but very weird concept. A chilled shortbread cookie drizzled with caramel and topped with crushed Twix pieces. Again, a tasty cookie, but I have never been served a cookie straight-out-the-fridge... I have yet to try the other, rotating flavors, which almost range in the hundreds. I'll be back to try more flavors, but Crumbl needs to stay consistent with its chocolate chip recipe. The Glendale variation was not enjoyable at all. Employees are nice, no complaints there. read more
