We toured so many schools in the area and this was the only one that felt right. The care the teachers put in and the director is absolutely phenomenal. The good: they have a small party room for birthdays that you can set up and order food and goodie bags. The pizzas are huge. We had 5 kids and 3 adults and we were only able to finish one pizza. The bathrooms were well maintained and like I said they work diligently to keep the facility clean The staff wasn't mean or overly friendly more nonchalant but very knowledgeable and answered questions promptly so they knew their jobs and met expectations. There are also about 9 four too tables through the facility so there are places to sit. The bad: very few arcade choices. Games take tokens recommended to bring cash but there is an atm available (charges about 3.99 + whatever your bank charges on top of that) 20.00 gets you about 96 tokens most of the games cost 4 tokens to play. Some of the game machines don't work. But if the machines take your coins the will help assist. They have a reward cash out in the front for the tickets that you earn from game play. Some of the games that do pay out pay out a decent amount of tickets prizes are fair. They offer bottled drinks like water, Celsius, sport drink (Gatorade/Powerade) and cold coffee(think bottled Starbucks drinks). They do have a fountain machine (however the knight we went the soda machine was broken and leaking) They do allow you to bring in cake but ask first. The laser tag games are spread out like approximately 20 minute intervals. The kids had a blast though they said inside the laser tag looked like a haunted library. Two teams go and all the kids play against each other. Overall I gave it 3 because of the games being more outdated and certain things not working but the rating would have been a 5 due to the amount of fun the kids had

They always take the time to talk through any concerns and make sure we're all on the same page both at home and at school. The engagement they have with both the families and the students is beyond words. My son has learned and grown so much at Kiddie Academy. This daycare has both strengths and areas that need improvement. The director has always been kind,…read moreprofessional, and genuinely cares about the children and families, and that has always is always evident which I appreciate. My biggest concern is the staffing. The turnover is noticeable, and the center often seems understaffed. Because of that, my daughter has had several different teachers, making it difficult for her to build the consistency and relationships that young children really need. The dilemma I have is, I have seen things fall through the cracks that were concerning, and I believe many of those issues stem from the staffing challenges rather than a lack of care. That said, I want to recognize Yasmine. She has been absolutely wonderful with my daughter and the other children. She is attentive, caring, and has been a positive part of our experience that she gave me confidence in keeping my daughter at this location I truly hope this location is able to retain more staff and create the consistency needed. I can see the effort being made, and I'm hopeful things continue to improve.
