I have no idea why this preschool only has a average of 4 stars! I grandson loved his teacher so much, when he thought she wasn't there one day, he ran back to me crying saying, "I don't want to go to school! Ms. Sienna's not here!" Her students love her, and you can tell she loves them. The staff are absolutely the best bunch of people you could ever have being in charge of your kids. This "childcare" facility doesn't deserve the one star. Aside from the rude and incompetent staff my child was looking rough every time I picked him up. Messy face, dirty hands, dry boogers etc. I understand kids will get dirty throughout the day, they're kids but this has been every single day! My baby boy has had a dirty dipper every time I picked him up. And let's not talk about the punctuality... it says they open at 6 that's a damn lie. Every time I've addressed my concerns I get brush off and it continues to happen the next day. The list goes on on why this "daycare facility" is not up to standard but I'll keep it simple. The turnover rate is extremely high. You never know who your child will be with by the time you pick them up. The teachers never introduce themselves and if something happens to your child, it is never documented and on the random occasion it is, by the time you pick up your child, the front can never find the incident report. No one in that establishment has answers when something goes wrong with your child, especially if you notice some sort of mark on them when you pick them up. They'll try telling you that it "must have been there" when you brought them in that morning. The owner is great at shifting to blame to anyone but herself. Let me just tell you, My daughter started here in July, the only reason I chose to look into this child care was because of a great yelp in regards to the infant room. I breast feed an was very nervous about putting my daughter into any childcare, but Ms. Liz and Ms. Bobbie are lifeeeee!!!! I love the whole staff honestly!! Marisol and Leslie great my daughter every time we walk into the facility. They are patient with my baby due to her not wanting to take the bottle, but we found a method that works for her. I feel like the whole staff has a special relationship with each child there. You cannot fake energy. Also prior to choosing this childcare I did go to 7 different chilcares and yes they were all nice but the connection with the staff wasn't there. Yes they had great reviews but when choosing a childcare provider for you baby/child you want to make sure the energy is genuine. I wish I could give 10 STARS. I purposely waited 2 months to write my review just to make sure, but since the 1st day I've felt secure with my choice to have my daughter here. They also update all day on their app with my daughter and all kids there. They post pictures so I can see her and anytime I need to call and just see hows shes doing when she wasn't feeling well, they went to check on her and I was able to talk to the teacher. I'm telling you, this is the BEST experience I've had with a childcare, and I used to be a preschool teacher at a facility in the past. I cannot be more appreciative of everyone that works here!! My 4 year old only went here for a few months and it was his first daycare ever. I really wish I had done more research prior to signing him up but I thought I had done enough. This daycare is so unorganized that when I put my sons 2 weeks notice and had been gone for over a month the school director called me (she's the one I handed the letter to) and asked why my son hadn't been going to daycare. There's so many little things I didn't like and for the same price I found a much more organized one. I really wanted to like it but felt so uncomfortable leaving my son there every day he had to go. My son loves this place. He talks about it for a good hour from pickup. They provide meals and snacks and a lot of care. I can see they support emotional behavior as well, which is really nice when there has been a lot of transitioning this past year. I love this center although it really feels more like a second home for my LO. It was really hard for me to go back to work after having my baby, but it gives me real peace of mind to leave him with these wonderful ladies. This is the best child care facility/ preschool ever . I found this place a few years ago. I'm a single mother and I was going to every daycare in the neighborhood to see about childcare because I had no one to watch my kids. I came to this place and I looked no further. Mrs. Gloria was telling me the prices and everything and she could see in my face that I couldn't do it so she led me in the right direction of all the programs that help with child Care and my kids have been coming here ever since. My son was 6 weeks and my daughter was 2 . It was hard for me at first to bring my kids to a place where I didn't really no anyone ! my kids are 4 and 6 now and still go here even though I live way across town. I rather bring them here then anywhere else.These are people you can trust and will grow to love like I did! They are my family now! One of my children attended this daycare for a month or so in 2016. We are a military family and were told a military discount wasn't offered from the get go. There were a few things that made me feel "off", but the breaking point was when Gloria approached me in a nasty way about how I was being "too loving" when dropping my child off and needed to "flee the scene" instead. No, no, no. So that night I found a family member that could watch my child and put in my two weeks notice with the company. A few months after leaving I began to receive calls to my cell phone-decline, then to my WORK phone where I was told that a military discount would be available to me if we came back- decline. THEN Gloria began to corner me AT MY JOB! It was total harassment- unwarranted. I now have a hefty collections fee from her. TWO YEARS after my child had care that was paid in FULL! Interesting most of the 5 star reviews are by people with at most a few reviews, THREE of them only have one review....so...fake news. The only employee at this establishment worth keeping is Marisol, she's friendly, attentive and belongs at a better school. My son attended here for a year, he was constantly sick due to the room not being cleaned not only on a regular basis but probably ever. When I say constantly, I mean EVERY week. Since we moved him out he hasn't been sick in about a year. My wife is a teacher and we kept him at home all summer, in the fall when we returned to have him go back we were told by the director Gloria they had "lost" all of our information and needed us to fill out a new application and all the paperwork like we were new customers. So somewhere floating around is all of our info on those papers and nobody seemed to be all that concerned to find it... just fill out new papers. Ridiculous. So we decide not to reenroll him as we aren't going to fill out tons of documents again, we were already hesitant because we knew he was going to get sick again. To top off the whole experience we get a letter from a bill collector telling us we owe $450 for some unknown reason. My son was paid in full, he wasn't even enrolled due to the loss of my personal information....we weren't customers. They seem to have "found" our info as they gave our address to a bill collector. Avoid this place, there are much more professional daycare facilities very close to here. read more

I feel a background story is in order. My son was previously at one of those large (300ish children) Day Care facilities. It very much had that "Mad Max Beyond the Thunder Dome" type of atmospheres. There wasn't any real structure in their day to day activities, particularly the toddler room. Overall, it felt like an 8 hour holding facility for the kids. God help you if your kid did not fall within the 'norm', i.e., my son has a non-mediated diary allergy. There were countless times when they would give him food that contained diary proteins. Of course we wouldn't find out until we got home and my son would start vomiting and writhing in pain. Not to mention he would come home with some serious looking bite marks and bruises. I understand that can and will happen with kids in daycare, but some notice would have been nice. Long story short, a change was definitely in order. I wanted to place my son in a smaller facility and most importantly find a caregiver that really enjoyed being around kids. When I first encountered Bring'em Young Academy, I was a little apprehensive due to the name. I mistakenly thought they were a Mormon Day Care (They are not) due to the name sounding very similar to Brigham Young. Not that there is anything wrong with being Mormon and/or having a day care ran by Mormons, I just figured that a Mormon Daycare facility would want to primarily cater to Mormon families. Back on topic, the initial interview went very well. My family (especially my son) clicked very well with Mrs. Gloria (owner of the facility) and her philosophy on children. Most importantly, I could feel how much she loved children. It was a welcome sight to see someone so passionate about the welfare and well-being of the children in her care. Most often you see caregivers who treat their profession as just a job. In the beginning, I was a little embarrassed when I dropped my son off at Bring'em Young Academy. The children were way more advanced than my son. If my memory serves, there was a little girl (15 months) that was already potty trained and (from my perspective) knew a lot of words. My toddler was a bit rough around the edges. Hey, he just came from the Thunder Dome what do you expect! Right?!! Right?! ... *sobs in corner*. The awesome news was that I was able to witness the transformation of my little wild man into a respectable member of toddler society. Translation: He went from 'Destroyer of Worlds' to 'Destroyer of Cities.' Let's be honest here, there is only so much good behavior one can expect from a toddler. *opens up bottle of scotch* In all seriousness, Mrs. Gloria had him potty trained at 18 months, increased his vocabulary substantially (from a handful of grunts and what I imagine passes for sign language in chimp society to one that makes mama and papa very happy to say the least), and improved his behavior greatly. All in all we are very happy with the development of our son. We also have a baby in the infant room. I am a big fan on the amount of different stimulation they do for the babies, e.g., flash cards, painting, crafts, sign language. My recommendation is to give this place a look through. I toured Bring'em Young Academy as I am in search to find the best day care in north Las Vegas and I now see why this child care provider is rated top three best schools in the area. I want to start off with the best asset to facility and that's the assistant director Marisol, she runs a tight ship and makes this place bright and welcoming, I can tell she really cares about the kids, loves what she does and has years of experience under her belt, thank you Marisol for a great tour and positive experience. I have never written a review but I feel Bring'em Young Academy and its team lead by Ms Gloria and Ms Marisol need to be recognized. We chose Bring'em Young Academy for my 21 months daughter Olivia after touring 3 daycare/preschool. She stayed there until she was 3 years and 4 months before we relocated to the East Coast. Olivia did have some adjustment period like all kids but she absolutely loves her teachers. She had Ms Tavia, Ms Gina then Ms Tatiana and Ms Brianna. Ms Tatiana is very informative which I really appreciate. Ms. Gloria is so warm, welcoming and very accommodating. Ms Marisol is just wonderful, fun and full of energy. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. My 14month old son started going here about a month ago and let me tell you.. I was very nervous at first. I interviewed 4 other places but didn't feel right. Teachers are so sweet and welcoming all the time. Mrs. Marisol always welcomes my son every morning and Miss Tatiana adores him and so does my son. The funny part is that she is not even his classroom teacher lol. Mrs. Bobbie, Miss Erica and Raeven they all are so so sweet. Every time I go pick up my son I get a daily report and he seems very content. He eats well and takes naps well there. He goes outside and plays. Sometimes, I get to see my son's cool art projects too. I am very happy that I can focus on my job without worrying about my son all the time because I know he is well taken care of. I have nothing but positive things to say about Bring'em Young Academy. I interviewed several different daycares and checked out the facilities but nothing compared to Bring'em Young Academy. From the moment I walked into Bring'em Young, I knew that this was going to be the perfect place for my LO. I was greeted warmly by the front desk lady who walked me into the infant classroom for a tour as well as outside playground area. As I walked around the facility I could feel the loving and caring environment that was being provided by the Bring'em Young teachers. My LO is 10 months now and he has been attending this daycare for about 2 months. Seeing how happy and excited my LO is when I drop him off every morning goes to show he is being treated very well. All the teachers and staff are exceptionally nice and very passionate about their professions. I love how they greet all the children by their names it really goes to show that they care about the children and it's not just a job for them. Bring'em Young has made daycare feel like a 2nd home for him and I can reassure you that he will not be leaving Bring'em Young anytime soon. My daughter is 4 years old and has never been comfortable going to anyone but myself or my husband. When I went to this preschool I was a little apprehensive about how she would do. We had visited SO many preschools and at every one we tried, she would cry and cry until I would come and pick her up. It was heartbreaking and I feared we'd never find the right fit for her. From the moment we walked into the door of Bring Em Young Academy, everyone from the staff to the teachers was so welcoming and since the day we signed up, my daughter has LOVED going to school! The classrooms are ADORABLE and you can really see that it's set up to be very fun and hands-on while also being safe and child-friendly. I trust Bring Em Young Academy whole heartedly with my daughter and would recommend this place to EVERY SINGLE parent looking for the best quality preschool in town! Ms. Gloria truly cares about each student and my daughter loves to hear Ms. Marisol's happy voice greeting her each morning. My son is 22 months old and has been attending Bring Em Young Academy since he was about three months old. He has several food allergies (some he has outgrown, some he hasn't) so we have to be very careful about what he's exposed to. Like most toddlers, he's also a picky eater. His teachers, Ms. Liz and Ms. Bobbie are so amazing with him. I've never had an food allergy scare with him and even though I pack him food just in case his teachers always let him have food that is safe for him so that he doesn't feel different from the other kids in class. Because even at his young age he notices if his classmates have something he doesn't. If there's a party they let me know so I can make him special cupcakes and treats...again so he feels included and not limited because of his food allergies. He loves coming to school every day. He walks in on his own happily and smiles when he's greeted at the door by Ms. Erica, Ms. Marisol, or Ms. Gabby. When he sees his teachers he gives them the biggest and sweetest hugs and buries his head in their necks. They do activities like painting and coloring that he brings home regularly. There are spring and fall events for the kids and picture day twice a year as well. Finally, my husband calls every day to check on my son. Every. Single. Day. And everyone who answers the phone is so patient and kind. He talks to either Ms. Liz or Ms. Bobbi who answer all of his questions about how his day is. We absolutely love this daycare. They were referred to us by a co-worker of mine when I was pregnant and I can't imagine having him anywhere else. We're feel grateful and happy we chose them. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. My son has been enrolled since November and I've seen a huge improvement all around. He is 20 months and is speaking actual words here and there, he can count to 3, he enjoys playing with his classmates and talking to them (in whichever language toddlers speak) I was very afraid about enrolling him into a daycare since I've heard of all these horror stories but this place totally turned that around. The staff is LOVELY!!!! They are all very friendly, they know my son by name, every time we walk in he immediately gets greeted by Marisol or Ms Gloria. I couldn't have made a better decision then to have enrolled him to Bring Em Young. His teacher Ms Tavia and Ms Rosario are great!!! They are very kind, loving and patient. I would never bring my child here... I had talked with the owner and had the thought of possibly bringing my children. That is until I met who I can only assume is her husband. He is an older gentleman who I've seen driving a company van and outside the front of the daycare.. I've never met anyone more unprofessional or uncharasmatic in my life. The first encounter with him he nearly hit my daughter with the company van because he was not paying attention while he was driving and then proceeded to get out of the van and try and tell us we needed to watch her better, it was a more long winded conversation than just that. My daughter (3) was off of the road and not moving, completely out of the way, while riding her bicycle. He swerved the van towards my daughter when he saw us sitting with our son on the sidewalk and he finally looked up. The second encounter he tried to talk to us as we rode bicycles past the daycare and when we didn't respond ( for good reason) he proceeded to make rude and unprofessional comments towards me and my wife. Not someone I would want interacting with my children at all. Considering he apparently spends a considerable amount of time at the daycare my children when never enter the building.. read more

My son is three years old and has now been attending Bring'em Young Academy for over a year now and he still loves going there. I have become more and more impressed over time with what he has learned in that short amount of time he's been there. He knows his alphabets, his numbers 1-20, all his colors, and so much more. Last night he told me about astronauts going on missions to planet Mars. We are very blessed to have found Ms. Gloria. She takes care of the kids like her own and very involved with their learning and development. She has so many activities planned for the kids like visiting the fire station, going to the library, Halloween party, Christmas and so much more. If there were more stars available this place would get them all. My son has been here for three years. My son started here at four months of age. This is his second home, he even calls Mrs. Gloria mommy. :) Some moms would be offended but I see it as a great thing. Not only does it show how much my son loves her but that she is caring and nurturing. I have no worries while I am at work. I know that my son is being taken care of. Mrs. Gloria has a great learning program. At pick up each child is given a report of what they ate, nap time, potty time, the letter and number they worked on for the day, and an art project. The kids are on a schedule and learn so much! Even the play time has learning involved. For example, if the kids prepare meals they learn measurements, counting, colors etc. Each season she preforms these awesome plays. The kids all ages have a part, even the babies. I can not express enough how awesome and gifted Mrs. Gloria is. My son is now three and a half, he knows how to count to 20, he knew his colors (years ago), he knows the alphabet, he even knows sight words and numbers! This is all because of this daycare, believe me I was a stay at home mom with my older children and I did not do half the stuff this daycare does. Transferred my son over to Bring'em Young Academy with Mrs. Gloria and her staff. I was a bit nervous for the transition, but I am so happy with the results. This is such a friendly, patient, and positive environment. Every staff member always has a smile on their face and greets you upon your arrival. My son didn't adapt at his previous daycare where he was for 6 months; he has been at this new daycare for one month and is doing way better. He is actually taking naps, something he couldn't do before. Breakfast, lunch, and a snack is provided for all kids enrolled as well. My almost one year old does arts and crafts in his classroom and is being taught to walk.He is taken outside to play as well. Staff takes your concerns and requests in consideration and will simply do their best to make your kids happy and comfortable. The facility is clean, organized, and affordable.
