I brought my son on the next visit. He had been in pain from practice, and the lady not only helped him with the soreness, but also explained the stretches he needs to do at home. The rooms are a bit small, but nicely decorated with a beautiful clock, beautiful candles and relaxing music. The front desk guy and the blonde lady are always friendly and helpful as well.

It is the best way to find a good doctor. Then we started looking at reviews, and just like that...Cody got hurt! He is a young man, dear friend of our family, and one of our son's buddies at school. When I talked to his Mama about his injury and treatment, she recommended Dr. Michael to us. I am glad I asked, and trusted her. We saw Dr. Michael today for a mysterious shoulder injury that my Husband has. We knew after seeing Cody recover, that Dr. Michael was going to be very skilled. He took his time with us, talked to us, explained what may be causing the pain and mobility impairments. We never felt rushed or confused. After the initial interview and some primary adjustments, my Husband had improvement in his range of motion. I know every case will be different, but we were so happy to see such quick improvements after just the first visit. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before getting started, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I had a TMJ and deep tissue full body massage, and she did an incredible job working through all the knots with the perfect amount of pressure. By the end of the 90 minute session, I could feel a noticeable difference -- I left feeling relieved, relaxed, and much better overall. The location is great and the building is always super clean and pretty. It is a bit pricey, and if you ever have an emergency come up and need to reschedule your appointment, they are pretty unforgiving and will always charge you. Thankfully it's only happened to me once. Otherwise, having a membership is pretty simple and worth having.

When I contacted Cari(the owner) she was nasty, said she sent an email with the information and proceeded to hang up on me as I tried to explain that something in writing would have been more appropriate. I went to her location to get her business card and her name. She was very nice til I gave her my name. She immediately told me to leave the premises. I ask for her name again and she threatened to call the police. I would not take a dog off the street to this piece of crap business.
