Now that is no longer true. The last 3 times I've ordered, their regular crust is now the crappiest thin crust you can imagine. It's an extremely poor imitation of NY style pizza and tastes like it is premade dough that is then frozen. While it probably still is the best chain pizza, that's not really saying much seeing how far Pizza Hut and Papa John's has fallen. The amount of toppings put on has also been cut, likely as a cost savings measure. Overall, the pizza tastes completely different than it did a few years ago. Obviously the cost of everything has increased, but I would rather them raise the price of the pizza rather than reduce the quality of the pizza. It is quite obvious that cost cutting efforts has changed the taste of the pizza for the worse. I will now pay a little extra and get pizza at either Brenz or Tony & Enzo's down the street for a quality pizza.
