I'm giving Jet'a a 5/5 stars because I want nothing less nor more from my experience. I've gone here for years and the pizza is generally always ready at the quoted time and it seems to always be fresh and hot when you receive it. Thus, I don't necessarily see how they need to improve nor want anything else besides me getting the pizza I paid for. The pizza is a detroit style deep dish, which isn't technically detroit style deep dish because the sauce isn't on top. But, the crust has the same buttery, light, yet crunchinesses to it. I chose to get the pepperoni usually, they have an ezzo pepperoni too which is better, but they definitely act like they come out of their paychecks. So, I usually stay away from order their ezzo pepperonis. Overall, the pizza itself is a 7.1 out of 10. It is exactly what you'd expect out of a detroit style pizza. It's pretty good for a chain and has the market cornered in Columbus as I can't think of any competition it has. I also suggest getting the jets bread as it's their best item on the menu by far. Jets bread can get a 8.6/10 in the garlic bread category. Their food is best hot and fresh so I suggest not waiting too long before digging in! read more

Admittedly I'm a bit of a pizza snob, that being said I just don't get what the hype is over this stuff. It's the same processed assembly line junk you get from Papa John's or Dominoes, except it's square cut and cost twice as much. Nothing about the taste of this pizza justifies the cost. The great thing about reviews is you can really help a business with positive, neutral, or negative reviews. I ran 11 restaurants in a large steakhouse chain for almost 5 years before changing professions. I know what the restaurants go through with busy times and how it impacts customer service. I may critique a little more harshly than others without this experience. However, I have moved on into IT Financial Management and have been doing this for the last 20 years of my life. My wife and I moved into a more well to do area of Columbus, Ohio, Powell about 4 years ago. I looked back on my email account, and we started ordering from the store at 8882 Moreland St, Powell, Ohio 43065 on 12/7/2020. I personally have placed 31 orders with this restaurant through the online ordering or text to order since then. We have also ordered the same amount or more from my wife's ordering. We have also ordered via phone call, Uber Eats, Door Dash or Grubhub (have not tracked which one we use). So, I am going to call it 75 times. We, as a family, share Friday night every week as pizza and movie night. We built a movie theater and everything for this event that we take seriously as time together. When I say family, I mean my wife and I, our two kids, two mothers that live with us, two dogs and two cats. Our kids also invite friends over as do we for this gathering. I mean Family Pizza and Movie Night. We try to order from different pizza joints each Friday. We order from Jet's, Papa John's (not often), Flyer's, Carlucci's, Donato's, Brooklyn Pizza, Gallow's, Gallop's, Shorty's, George's, Brenz etc.... In the last 4 years, there have been 208 Friday's. I would say minus vacations and other plans we have hit 90% of these Fridays for Pizza and Movie night. So, we will call it 187 Friday nights. Since we feed so many people, our average order is typically around $100. With tip included we will call it $110. Lower on some weeks much higher on others but average it out, $110. So, we have spent over $20,500 on pizza in the last 4 years. More than $5,000 per year. Since we have ordered 75 times from you with 187 Friday's we spent Pizza and Movie night together as a family, that equates to 40.1% of our pizza ordering is spent at Jet's. That also equates to $8,250 we have spent with Jet's in 4 years or an estimated $2,062.50 per year. I say all this because when Jet's does it right, damn they are hard to beat. But over the last four years, we just cannot support the dysfunction of this local Jet's anymore. They continue to take orders when they are failing at the orders they currently have and exceeding time limits that rival most sit down restaurants to include wait list, eating, & driving time to and from the restaurants. They lie when you call the restaurant to see where your order is and they tell you sorry, it left ten minutes ago and should be there in a couple minutes. Then you call back 30 minutes later to ask the same question. The simple story is, when it happens every once in awhile it is acceptable or at least tolerable. But at the rate in which they are failing now, the franchise here seriously needs attention be they are failing miserably. The quality of the service is nonexistent, the quality of the food has dropped to the lowest levels I can imagine. Hell, our pizza order last night arrived 50 minutes late, I had to call the restaurant three times, and the funniest thing I have ever seen happened. My wife pointed out that our Pepperoni pizza was actually cheese with toasted pepperoni thrown on top of it. I said it couldn't be, but sure as heck, it was. Took pictures and called the store to let them know it was our last order. The disappointment from my family because we consistently wait on your pizza and other food items in excess of an hour or more after your quoted time says it will arrive, the excessive tipping we do to ensure it is timely and hot, the cold food, improperly made food, improper order, missed items in our order, and the overall no care at all from the store manager or owner... We are done. We will continue our pizza and movie night, every Friday including tonight. But it will be absent of your pizza. We cannot take the frustration and disappointment anymore. If you ever get this place back to an acceptable standard, we may offer one more opportunity to this location. Food is always great. I'll give them that! I was extremely disappointed last night with my delivery (that never happened) and it made me never want to order there again. Around 5:50pm we ordered our food for delivery and the email said it will be delivered by 6:55pm. Patiently waiting and understanding there is a big game on, I called at 7:30pm and they shared with me that they decided not to deliver 45 minutes ago DUE to the game. Why was I never notified or have the option to select delivery on their website? This was a bad experience. Don't order from there. read more

I absolutely love Jet's Pizza on Moreland Street in Powell, OH. Ordering is easy online. The staff is always very nice. The few times there have been issues they were very accommodating. I've always walked away with a delicious pizza. They make the pizzas pretty quickly, so you can place an order and then drive to the restaurant, and the pizza will be done by the time you get there. Just note that it's carry-out only. There's no seating to eat there. read more

Pizza is great. Service in the last 6 months has been awful. There are continual lines to wait for picking up pizza orders-some waits are as long as 30 minutes. Example-last night ordered pizza using their app at 5:30; provided with pickup time of 6:01; when arriving at store was advised pizza would be up in 8 minutes; walked out the door at 6:37. read more

I have been eating at Jetts since it came to the current location. I always order the deep dish with the crispy crust. Today I ordered a Greek salad. It was delicious. in fact, the best Greek salad I have ever had. It was chock full of toppings. I am now on a mission to try their other salads. After waiting over 2 hours for my delivery and several phone calls to the young man working the phone, who would not try to help locate the delivery driver, give me his name, or let me talk to a manager (instead telling me they were slammed, but would get the manager for me only to put me on hold for 15 min then when I called on another line he hung up on both my calls). I understand they were busy on a Friday night, but a better estimate on delivery time and just a little effort in finding a solution would have gone a long way. The pizza quality is amazing! It reminds me of a New York or Chicago deep dish pizza with all the fixings you can think of. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the store is very small so now they have a curbside service where you just call them and let them know that you're sitting out front to pick up your order. Someone comes out, collects the money and then brings your change and goodies out. I have to give it up for the team and management that makes us feel comfortable while serving. Of course I gave the gentleman a $20 tip just because of his hard work and of course, if you've read my reviews, I love smiles and reciprocating then back. They definitely have them! read more

Jet's Pizza is hands down my favorite pizza in the Powell area. I grade it on the cheaper part of the pizza spectrum (in terms of price) but the taste is great time and again: a thick crust, a solid slice, good toppings and distribution. It's not the fanciest you can get in the area but is my goto for pizza night. read more

We order a couple times a month from this place, Powell location. It is really rare to see but they have never once made an error or taken longer than their estimated time to deliver. And good pizza. We ordered a 8 Square Pizza on Sunday March 4,2018. The order was one half veggie and one half supper. What a disappointment! The amount of topping were unacceptable. Once again a pizza store not being reasonable in skimping on a reasonable amount of toppings. Is it training, pizza built procedures or just profits. Fantastic! This is some of the best pizza I've ever had and definitely my favorite in the Central Ohio area. The service is now as great as the food too. I order almost every week (sometimes twice a week) and almost never have an issue. The few times I had a MINOR issue, individuals such as Robby have gone above and beyond my expectations. The food is excellent! Pizza is delicious and we usually get a Greek salad. Everything is carryout, or delivery. They would deserve a much higher rating, but my experiences have been getting worse with respect to wait time. My last visit was on a Friday evening and the place was really backed up. The staff was working real hard, the delivery crew was in the back waiting on orders and the lobby was standing room only. The problem is that they told me 20 minutes and it turned out to be 50 minutes. I was told 20 minutes the time before and it ended up 30 minutes, which is understandable. There were quite a few customers who appeared less than sanguine over their experience. They need to get a handle on setting and managing customer expectations. read more
