Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. PI pushes out some pies out of this oven on wheels that rival, if not beat, most pizza joints with wood burning ovens. The sauce was fantastic and the toppings were all quality. Due to the nature of PI's business (mobile pizza parlor used for "events"), the toppings were a bit limited (hey, they had pep and shroom, so what do I care?) The wait for the pizza was also extremely LONG, but I had to forgive them this for two reasons: this was a VERY crowded event with only one food option and, oh, did I mention I was at a winery? To their credit, PI finally stopped taking orders so they could focus on the backlog and push it out. This may be the wine talking, but that was one great pizza!
