An absolute delight! While this location does tax on a kind of "beautification" fee due to being located in the Bluebird Market, it's worth the cost. I ordered the Lemon Souffle and requested that they add strawberries. Service was fast and friendly and a few minutes later we were eating the perfectly soft and crispy crepes that were generously filled with fresh fruit, clotted cream and tart notes of lemon. You do need to request silverware sine they serve them in these cone-shaped cups that don't contain the massive crepe, and seating is pretty dark in the building, especially in the mornings. This is yet another spot in the little collection of restaurants they have in this marketplace area. You got a nice little storefront set up where you can see what they're doing and the staff seemed friendly as well. I haven't had a crepe for years, so I decided to go spoil myself and ditch the "healthier eating" and grab a dedicated dessert for dinner. I satisfied my heart with my brain and stomach very much dislike me at this point. But anyway, this review isn't about the conflicting emotions of my organs. The crepe itself was made promptly and had good presentation with it as well. Had a quality taste, and the portion was also very filling. They definitely do not skimp out on the filling and the crap overall is a good size for what you pay. I personally wasn't a huge fan of the taste of the filling, which I don't think is of any fault of the restaurant itself is it just didn't end up being quite what I expected, but it was still made well. The experience I had this afternoon was horrible, we went with my family of 4, we all wanted a crepe, we were waiting for an hour because the lady who was in the place went on a 1 hour break, sat at the table with her phone, then came back and we were ready to order our crepes and in front of our face without any explanation she puts up the sign that closes she at 7:30 when the place is supposed to close at 8:00 pm. Not recommended We ordered online. We waited and watched as several other orders were filled. After about 30 minutes, we asked about status. The blonde lady working here told us that online orders are on a delay. No apology or effort to rush our order. Seems like a crappy policy. We won't likely order from here again. We ate dinner in the Lucky Bird Market and wanted a sweet treat afterward. Crepes A La Cart has both sweet and savory, and we only ordered sweet for dessert. They were delicious, but quite expensive for what was included. I chose the least expensive sweet crepe ($8.50), which came with only caramel or cinnamon - no whipped cream. We considered getting them to go, but it was an extra fifty cents per crepe to go, so we ate there. We ordered a variety including mine, a Chocolate Crepe, Lemon Soufflé, a regular and a gluten-free French Twist. We most likely would go again because they were so good! read more

The food is great. Awesome selection. BUUUUUUT...they take 20+ minutes to make one crepe and they've recently moved to having to order on an app instead of just taking your order. The app is clunky and not user-friendly. If you're the owner and you read these, ditch the damn app and just take people's orders. Oooof-da. I make a better crepe at home and I'm hardly French. We visited the Silverthorne location inside the Bluebird and it was overall not a good experience. The crepe was crispy, not soft and buttery like we all know a crepe should be. Also their service is no bueno- the blonde gal who rang us up was not friendly. No greeting when we walked up and then when she approached the register, she didn't say a word. Kind of a bummer. We went right when it opened and they said it would be a 25 min wait. Obviously not too bad but crepes in the past have never taken that long and there was no one in the food court area. I want to try to think the best in people so I want to assume they had a call in for right when they opened or maybe an Uber eats. After we got our food the presentation was pretty mid. The bananas foster was all over the place and tasted more like rum than it did bananas. I had high expectations for a 16$ crepe but ended up throwing it away for fear I would be driving up the mountain low key drunk. We also got the stake and cheese.
