The register person put in my order with no fuss. I later wanted salt, pepper and ketchup as that is just the way you order the sandwich. He didn't really comment or think much of it, and just requested whoever was making it to add it. It throws me off a little that they don't converse with it, they just get down to the order. Like they have the experience where it seems normal to them to say it. Very straightforward shop. It seems like it has its regulars because the register person was checking in with some of the customers that walked in.

Not much of employees around to help all shoppers .. return service is slowwwwwwww... it takes a long time during peak hours and on weekends. Today it took us about 25 mins to return something .. I wish the manager looks at the long queue and allocates more employees in the return department... overall an average experience... 3/5
