I had to ask 2 more times during the massage for the woman to go stronger and I also let her know the muscles in my neck and shoulders were very tight and needed more pressure. Despite this, she didn't adjust pressure at all until the last 5 minutes of the massage and did not do any deep tissue work on my neck or shoulders. Because she only did deep tissue on two or three random parts of my body for maybe less than 10 minutes total of the whole massage, I now have something pinched in my lower back that I did not come in with. My boyfriend felt his massage was extremely light except for when his back got walked on, which resulted in him also leaving with back pain because of how rushed she was with her approach. There was also another employee yelling during the beginning of our massage as well and the music kept turning off so one of the ladies had to go out several times to tell them to stop and to turn the music back on.
