Oh where to begin.. there's so much I could say about Crescent.. I have literally been coming to Crescent for YEARS! Such a great place to come and shop around... Anytime I'm in need of new equipment or uniforms this is the place to go.. The staff is always friendly and the quality of work is excellent. When it comes to custom alterations and getting my uniform embroidered.. I'll say it again.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Now you know I got to give a shoutout to my lovely ladies Shannon and Donna!!! You two are amazing.. You both make miracles happen for me and always come through (even though I tend to ask for the impossible lol).. for that I will always be grateful and loyal to you guys and even though now that I live almost a hour away.. Pure and utter crap. Talk about being made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome!!!!!!! I don't work for a Modesto area agency so I didn't expect to find much here for the agency I work for. What I didn't expect is the response I got from most of the associates in the Uniform Dept. "Well if you work for Stockton, why not just go there??", "We don't carry anything for you, that's the Stockton store, go over there", "Ummm yeah I don't know what you need and I can't find info on it, so just go over there when theyre open"....etc etc. The service in Stockton is exemplary (how do they always remember my name?) but they have crap parking and aren't open on weekends. So we didn't realize this is the main store for Weber Point until the girl at Weber told us so we decided to go down there recently and OMG-there is a bit of everything here! They had some totally cute Dickies stuff and Carthartt. The kids couldn't get over some of the mannequins there, they were pretty quirky to say the least. I think what sets both this store and their satellite store apart from the other uniform shops is the associates camaraderie and cheerfullness. Whatever their management is doing, they're doing it right. Most retail stores are staffed with totally miserable looking and horrible kids. Anyway, this place is great. I had great customer service at this location, I went in and was greeted by friendly staff, which made me feel like a valued customer. I wanted to get a logo added to a couple of shirts, so I went to the embroidery area and the service clerk Shannon was super helpful and helped me pick an awesome logo, she seemed very knowledgeable and even showed me how it may look and then gave me an estimated time when it would be completed. Highly recommended this place!! Not as big as the old location but same cool stuff! Jake and Jenny in Uniforms had great customer service and made sure I was getting the help I needed! Jake actually recommended the 5'11 Apex pants for security work I do, and I have to say best pair of tactical pants I have!! Flexible, lightweight,breathable! Then head to the boots/shoes and the young man over there sold me on a pair of nice boots! Man these employees sure know how to sell!! lol. I definitely will be back! read more

Do not come here after reading Lights Out by David Crawford or any other book in that genre, you will spend your whole paycheck and half of your savings! There is so much to pick from if you are into being prepared, if you know what I mean. From water purifying tablets to entrenching tools to tarps to good boots to just well, everything. Basically if you are preparing for the zombie apocalypse, this is the store to come to. There's just so much to look at and the service is great!!! read more

This place used to be a good place, now it is just like Walmart: overworked rude employees that do not know the first thing about customer service running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Timmothy was my salesman and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped guide us on not only what was needed but what we should be looking for my sons fire science class.
