I was told thet the 25' fot lift was rented. So I left trying to figure out my schedule. I called back later that day and aske If I could have the rental on the following day. Chuck said no problem. They delivered a 30' foot manlift and charged me an extra $70 for two day's rental. I think that they should have told me that way I could have made a choice. There are plenty of rental companies. I will not ever use Sunbelt Rentals again. Cresco is the best and Hertz is very goos also.

Not the case this time. My experience here was to be offered a compact whenever I had ordered a full size. Not really a reservation if you cannot provide a car desired and reserved 10 days in advance. Then I was told I could take the compact and return to get the mid the following day - so convenient to play car swap. I was called the next day and told the car was ready, and told no pets in car or a $50 cleaning charge would be assessed. That was laughable since the car was not washed and smelled like smoke, but I was told that happens. Guess their cleaning is not very good. I thought Hertz charged twice as much because they were clean and kept your reservation? Will try Berkeley next to see if they are any better...

We needed the scaffolding put up in 2 days and he found a way to make that happen on short notice. His crew lead by Abraham and one of his team members named Oscar made it happen even though it was a tight fit in and around lots of piping in the mechanical room. I had another company come out drive right by and leave. I had to call them to come back and I won't mention names but he shot a price three times what Norcal quoted. They couldn't solve the issue on the call, so Roger came out right away to the house and fixed it! It's an employee owned company and it shows. I thought I needed to rent a power washer - I first called the other 2 rental equipment places in San Rafael - I talked to Jackson, I talked to All Star, told them all the details of my situation, and it seemed their equipment would be too strong for my job, but they made no other suggestions for alternative solutions. After calling them (and All Star did suggest calling Cal West - thank you All Star for doing so!) - I called Cal-West and am so glad Will answered the phone! I told him the project the same as I told the other 2 places and he was kind and caring enough to actually have genuine insight into my situation as homeowner with a cleaning project and made the awesome suggestion of a different tool that would actually get my job done MORE effectively without harming the surface - and he spoke from personal experience and told me how he uses this inexpensive tool successfully in many applications himself! It is a telescoping wand handle with a choice of brush heads that I can attach to my own garden hose and clean the outdoor rugs without damaging them! No other place suggested this solution. I told them exactly what the job was too - no one there suggested this - but Will did! Thank you sir!
