They offer a great variety of unique pastries, including the trendy flat croissant. While the flat croissant was fun to try and very crispy, I still prefer the traditional style. The pistachio croissant and Hokkaido cheese danish were my personal favorites because they were incredibly fresh, flaky, and buttery. Besides the treats, they have a solid selection of coffee and milk teas. The interior is spacious, and the staff is both quick and friendly.

I have visited for takeout, dined onsite solo, or with others. It was really nice to receive a generous gift card from other family members. Interior pretty much has stayed the same, with some addition of merch, and plushies on a front bench by the entrance. Your attention will be drawn to their pastry case. Pro tip: make sure to show up in the morning for better selection for both sweet and savory items. Their pastries are baked fresh onsite, but I've made the mistake of showing up midday and towards closing and their pastry case would be slim pickings. They also have a great variety of beverages available too. Espresso, teas, and milk teas as examples. The mocha has improved, very coffee forward and not cloyingly sweet. Just needs to be hotter temp wise, but that's just me. My favorite go tos has been variable depending on availability, but recent visits have been their ham and cheese croissants. I greatly appreciate the offer to have it warmed up if dining onsite. It's just a strange pairing to place such tasty pastries on a paper plate and then provided flatware, knife & fork or just a fork. I appreciate that this indie bakeshop & cafe has been going strong and steady since 2016, so coming up on a decade! Flying under the radar, but iykyk this is a popular destination. An added star and definitely recommended whether for takeout or enjoyed onsite!

Everything we ordered was excellent -- especially the coffee, hash skillet, and crab Benedict. The homemade raspberry jam was so good I ended up getting a small container to take the leftovers home with me. The coffee cake tray going around to tables also looked amazing and definitely caught our attention for next time. Portion sizes were very generous, and the service was quick and genuinely friendly despite how busy they were. It's definitely on the pricier side for brunch, but the quality, portions, and overall experience made it feel worth it.

I never really felt compelled to write a review until now. I ordered the Woodin Creek salad two weekends in a row and had to comment on the missed quality of the greens. The first time I ordered the larger portion and was discouraged to order it again, so I got the smaller portion hoping the quality could be better controlled. I always order dressings on the side and it truly is for this reason alone, you can observe the freshness of the salad bed. This was from the salad this past weekend but the one prior was no different. Having to eat around my food, having it placed to the side and our servers not addressing the clear quality issues is disheartening. Green goo in our salad is a no-go for us.

We first started off with one of the blueberry coffee muffin cakes. It was the perfect amount of sweet, mixed with the blueberry bit (yum). We we ordered mimosas (can't go wrong there), my wife ordered the traditional breakfast with chicken sausage, and I ordered the burrito. In both cases, the potatoes were very soft and tasty and the bread and table raspberry jam from scratch is perfect. Probably one of the best burritos I've ever had for breakfast. If you're in the neck of the woods, you have to stop here for breakfast. Parking can be a nightmare

We got the Cuban pork hash, ham hash (from the specials menu), corned beef hash, and breakfast burrito. The potatoes were unique because they were neither crispy but they weren't mushy either and very nicely fluffy inside. Also very well seasoned! The eggs were perfectly done and oozy, the hollandaise sauce was light, more so added for extra creaminess. I'm not usually the biggest fan of hollandaise sauce as I find it sometimes too heavy but this was less rich which was nice. The breakfast burrito was tasty, nice amount of filling. I enjoyed the cubes of ham and how it wasn't overly salty. Definitely eat with hot sauce and some black pepper. I think it would get a little mundane if you were to eat the whole thing yourself but it's not bad. The banana bread donut isn't really a donut. More so a banana bread Bundt cake. It was nice, slightly sweet with what tasted like whipped browned butter.

I got an order of their pulled pork breakfast burrito, which I've never tried before. Traditionally, it comes w your choice of pancakes or toast/hashbrowns. They let me upgrade the regular buttermilk pancakes to their lemon blueberry ones. Ultimately, the total came out to around $27.50 after tax/tip (I "only" tipped $2 since I was picking up). Ok so here are my ratings: - service 5/5 - burrito 3.5/5 - pancakes 4/5 - price 3/5 The burrito was solid. I just wish their was more to it. Like maybe some veggies or spice or pico or anything lol. The pancakes were the best part of the meal. You really don't even need to add syrup since it comes w the lemon cream cheese frosting on top and in between each of the 3 pancakes. The combination of that lemon + blueberry was ono and that's coming from a guy who typically doesn't choose lemon style desserts.
