For what o though was minor initially turned out to be a lot of work, parts took longer to than expected to come in. Truck looks great after it was finished. Minor issue with grill not being properly attached so I brought it back and and the took care of it immediately. I definitely would return if ever needed but hopefully not needed. I couldn't wait to write a stellar review for this shop. I would give them 10 stars and my car isn't ready yet! First, I'm an elder with a 24 year old classic auto. I've been through countless body shops in this car's lifetime. Most of the insurance company recommended shops are not acceptable to me. Crest is a superior exception. The shop personnel couldn't do enough for me when I checked in my car today for a relatively lesser job, painting one door, a re-do under warranty from another shop to which I wouldn't return. Besides the insurance coverage, they agreed to do a minor bumper scuff for me, N/C. When we got into a further discussion later to learn that my trunk carpet was in bad shape from some spilled milk, it was no problem for them to remove it for shampoo. Who does this? When the rental car shop was very late picking me up, the owner himself George Savva (?sp) personally offered to transport me promptly. I had a connective conversation with him on the drive. His mission and business philosophy will never disappoint you. How would it get better than this? Get yourself here in a hurry! read more

In one sentence it is a gem of a place. A real find. The center is clean and has a spacious feel to to. All the work is done on site including the painting. Mr. Mark McNeil the manager and his whole team including Emilie, the customer service representative was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. They explained the repair process and that I would be getting an estimate - which I did in a timely manner. When I needed the car slightly sooner than when they thought it would be completed, the painter stayed overtime to complete that portion of the job so I got my car early. Honestly one of the best auto body shop around. The workers there are 10/10 and will go above and beyond for your vehicle. Everyone is well knowledge and extremely responsive. My 2020 mustang gt got into an accident and they are very quick with the work and getting you OEM parts. The front bumper, left quarter panel , hood, suspension, driver side wheels, frame were all damaged. One of the best auto body shop in the LA area for sure. The auto mechanic Arlen has been extremely helpful with his work process and Chris and George has been keeping me updated with everything. They are making sure my car is back to factory spec. Finding a shop they can work on any car especially a performance car to this level of extent is rare so I am glad i was able to find this shop and have them work on my car. read more

I can't remember if I've already left a review, but I feel like I need to do it again because I am continuing to have problems with my car after taking it to Crest. Not only did they not repair my car correctly, but because of their negligence, they left some molding on the gate of my car disconnected. So during the heavy rains, a bunch of water got into my car and shorted out my entire audio system. Which cost an additional $1100. Do not go to this location. I don't know what happened to them because up until now they've been amazing. I believe they have new management. read more

I was sent to this shop by Mercury Insurance for inspection and chose to have my repairs done too. Their work and customer service were excellent. They fixed my front bumper, fender, front door and rear door and made my car look like new. I was also particular about getting OEM parts which they accommodated, and when I found a scratch in my window after picking it up they immediately ordered a new one and got it fixed same day. After getting into a small but still inconvenient accident, George and his company worked so diligently and quickly to make this process SO MUCH LESS of a headache for me. I never had to call once for updates, they were on communication with me every step of the way. Monique was so nice answering all and any questions I had as well! They talked to my insurance company for me so I didn't have to waste my time as a middle man, thank god because we all know how frustrating that can be. Upon dropping off my car, the process was so easy; checked me in, checked out my car didn't make any overtly unattainable promises, just kept me in the know and were truthful. My insurance set up a reservation for my rental but George himself actually was the one who gave me a lift to get my rental car, and was able to reduce my out of pocket costs! So professional and nice to not have to worry about Uber and additional costs during this process. I usually will not leave a review sharing my personal business, however after what happened to my car I feel the need to post this. In doing so I hope to help anyone who needs feedback in making a better decision. A few weeks ago I was sideswiped and that side of my car was crushed. The other driver took responsibility and his insurance took care of the payment and such for the care of my car. I searched a few places on my own because the shops that the insurance company provided me with did not work with my schedule. One of my cousins told me about this place because her car had work done here before and she really liked them and the work they did. After looking at a few places, I came to Crest. I spoke with Henry he was very attentive and was able to tell me what to expect and explained to me the process, I was sold my car looks better than before all the parts are correct the paint matched up perfectly and his team had my car ready in a week. This place is a hidden gem and a blessing in disguise! I pulled up to a neighbor place for scheduled work to be done, only to experience another driver hit my passenger door as I pulled up. Just my luck right? What even better luck was that Henry came out and literally saved the day. Once I was ready, he was able to take my car in right away and fixed her up in literally no time. The set up they have there is awesome and has been recently updated if you're used to the previous owners. Such a smooth process, they were even able to touch up a few deep scratches from over the years that I had been told were too deep to deal with. Lo and behold, they made it look almost non existent. Who'd have thought an unfortunate experience would lead me to such a great place. I don't have much collision experience prior but I know if I ever do in the future I'll reach out to them first.
