They repaired my car using used parts and my car was painted with paint that didn't match the rest of the car. It took them over 1 month to return my car and it still has issues. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Carl and Carlos always go above and beyond to make sure I have a rental car or ride home if needed. A few years back I had a major accident and went through insurance, Carl completely took the reins and made the experience stress free for me. He contacted my insurance and made sure I had a rental car. A few months ago I got into a minor accident and didn't want to go through insurance and they were extremely reasonable and worked with me.
