There were massive drip marks in the finished product as well as a ton of over spray. In some spots it looked like they ran out of paint to finish it bc there is not enough paint covering and the coat is so thin ( like rattle can ). In one part it looks like 2 different colors were used , white and some yellowish color. Also we can still see some faint blue behind the white color.. He lied to us also. Had the truck delivered via AAA tow truck on June 23, 2017 he texted us on the 28th telling us it was ready. I asked him for a photo of the truck he said he didn't have one. So we live in Mission Viejo which is a 1.5 hour drive or 3 hour round trip. On June 29th the next day my friend went out to the shop on the basis that the truck was ready, we'll it wasn't to our surprise, Aaron had said that he had problems getting it in the paint booth and that it would be ready in 2 hrs time... it's a Friday no one was looking to stick around in the heat. Plus why did he say that it was ready the day before?????? Anyways the finished product was nightmare to the heart point where it needs to be Repainted AGAIN. We are looking to sell the truck so we are not expecting a well paint job. There goes 770 dollars down the drain. Horrible customer service that guy should be fired..

After working on the damages for 30 min, he actually made things noticeably worse. - The door was now two-toned and visibly off - There are new bumps and exposed drill holes in the plastic parts - There are drilled holes with screws jammed in, some completely open. - Worst of all the door is now misaligned with the car body He initially said he would come back to fix the damages, but after multiple attempts to schedule a time, I asked for a refund so I can have someone else properly fix the damages he had caused. He agreed to refund $300 which I NEVER received after MULTIPLE attempts of getting in touch with him. It's clear that this guy is dishonest and is actively scamming people.

We have a sliding barn door for a guest bathroom, and because there was a bit of a gap from the wall to the door, it wasn't very private for our guests, and there was also no latch on the barn door. It's a strange choice for a bathroom, but we also didn't have the budget to change the entire door. I reached out to a few pros to get their assessments, and Pro Handyman Service was not the cheapest option for this job, but they had great reviews and I appreciated that they gave me an upfront quote. The quote actually helped me to budget accordingly, and I didn't feel like there were going to be a bunch of hidden charges that I wouldn't be able to plan for. I also felt that Pro Handyman Service was easy to communicate with and they responded to my questions very quickly over Yelp messages. They are busy, by the way, so try to schedule early so you can get a time slot. Denis arrived at our home promptly and on time, and was very careful to keep the home clean by wearing booties to cover his shoes. He listened and reviewed the situation, then gave us several options based on his opinions and experience. For example, he said he could use either wood or plastic paneling to add a "privacy edge" to the sliding door, and we ultimately settled on wood for the sides and plastic for the top of the door. He had everything needed for the job and just needed to leave to purchase the wood paneling and returned promptly to do the install. He also painted and caulked the new wooden privacy edge on each side of the door. We had already purchased a latch, which he also installed while accommodating the added privacy edge to the door. Denis worked very quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. As you can see from the photos, the installation looks quite neat and clean, and almost looks as if the door came that way. It was nice that he was able to cut the privacy edge to accommodate the baseboard, too. Overall, this was a very positive experience with Pro Handyman Service and we think you'll be pleased with them as well! Hopefully this review will be helpful to anyone else who is looking for someone who needs a handyman (and especially if they have a specific request that might be similar to ours)!

Denis his colleague showed up to move the washer/dryer and inspect the floor, and determined it was not level (it was VERY uneven). Denis gave me several options for how to proceed. They took the time to show me the support frame under the floor and explain why it wasn't level, and what they could do to level it as much as possible. I had hired Pro Handyman Service to address the floor only, but after they were finished and placed everything back the way it was, Denis asked to see a wash cycle on the washing machine to see if the floor fixed the machine as well - it worked great, no more intense shaking! Highly recommend, and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Not only did my left rear passenger door and wheel frame look brand new, but he also buffed out scratches along the entire side of the car -- including several deep ones on the left rear bumper -- at no extra charge. When I first brought the car in, he asked if I wanted the bumper repaired, but he must have sensed I couldn't afford it; he went ahead and fixed it for free. Most shops would never consider offering such kindness without charging. The turnaround was relatively quick, and the professionalism, customer service, and generosity were truly outstanding. This family-run business has earned my loyalty. I will gladly return for any future needs and recommend them to others without hesitation.
