Its unfortunate that this is the only 24 hour store in Norman because the manager is super immature. I used to work for Smart Saver where I received a huge load of discrimination first from the manager & then some employees & he reminds me of that experience. I shopped here for years, since the store opened & it wasn't until the pandemic hit that I started seeing a huge change in the disrespect from employees to their customers. Fantastic grocery store with a lot of selection. This is a large store, with wide aisles. This makes it easier to get around, but also you don't feel so cramped when the store is crowded. I walked the entire store, but I was there to get beef. So, I spent most of my time at the butcher's counter. I was frankly surprised by how nice (and large) the butcher area is. They had a lot of seafood, a lot of cuts of beef, and a lot of seasoned items like burgers or marinated meats. But, the reason I was there was their prime beef. They have NY strips, filets, and ribeyes in prime. The prices are fantastic, way cheaper than what you'll find at Whole Foods. And, when we prepared the steaks, they were delicious. 5/5 Prices, cleanliness, selection, staff. I absolutely love Crest. The meat and seafood selection is VERY good, best in Norman especially for the price. They have great cuts of prime beef, I bought two large Prime NY strip steaks for Valentine's Day at under $25, that is a steal. They were marbled and delicious, most butcher/other stores in Norman only carry choice so this was a major plus! The staff are always helpful and friendly, both the people working in the meat/seafood area and the cheese area gave me suggestions and tips! It was very much appreciated. :) BTW- the cheese selection is huge and I love that they carry more "unique" types (since living in Vegas for 5 years I haven't seen anywhere in Norman carry interesting cheeses besides Forward Foods) The store is clean, they have a great salad/olive bar, and like I said, the staff is wonderful. read more

staff is rude. the gen manager named gary thinks he is gods gift to the world. if you actually look at the prices, the only good deals are the ones marked. i compared winco to crest and winco is cheaper. crest is using the walmart advertising model, tell people you are low price and then price the rest of the store high. read more

I wish I could give this a negative review on the stars to bring the overall down to subpar, I bought my wife craving a pomegranate at Crest because she's expecting to cut into a rotten fruit. I went back expecting help, I got nothing. Went to return it, no "Produce Manager" so was told to come back later. Atrocious. read more

My favorite grocery store in town purely based on convenience and the fact that we now have an affordable option that isn't Walmart. I haven't stepped a foot in Walmart since Crest opened and hope I never have to again. The selection here is good, not as wide as Homeland, but all your major brands are here and they run great specials every week. Their bakery is excellent and I like it that I can stop by here and grab something for a party and know it will taste great. Cheese section isn't as good as Homeland or Sprouts even (my favorite brie is at Sprouts), but it'll do in a pinch. This place is ALWAYS clean and doesn't smell terrible. Some grocery stores (ahem, my beloved Homeland) have a rotten fruit smell 24/7. Crest isn't like that. I appreciate a clean and tidy store. I went here to get away from Walmart, but I'll stay for the prices and the way they maintain their store. read more

We bought two rolls of sausage that expired 2/21. We started to cook one today and it was rotten, on 2/1. The other one was fine. My husband went to exchange the rotten one and they said they don't exchange perishables. My husband said, "even when you sell them to people when they are rotten?" The manager, Steve Minese said, "we didn't sell it to you that way." It was so condescending and offensive. We bought it, put in our refrigerator immediately and tried to cook it 3 weeks before the expiration. Then we we tried to exchange the food to get edible food we were treated like we did something wrong. Extremely disappointed in this location. read more

I don't think I will ever get used to the fact that grocery stores are not readily available in Oklahoma. Coming from California where we were spoiled with fantastic grocery stores: Gelsons, Pavilions, Bristol Farms & Whole Foods. Or stores like Ralphs, Albertsons & Von's. The only real grocery stores here are Homeland (yuk) and Crest. Crest is clean and has a good variety of fruits, vegetables and merchandise. The bakery is well stocked with variety of cakes & desserts. The deli meat is amazing with delicious meats and cheeses. The Cheese selection is a little over whelming with so much to choose from, a good thing! The butcher/meat section I have not tried yet. I wish the florist area had a little more to choose from. The restrooms are very nice, clean & updated. A service that I love: each shopping cart has a number. When you are done shopping you can pay for your groceries and get your car to pick up your groceries from a covered area located just outside the store. They will bring your groceries/cart to you. If the weather is bad you don't have to get your groceries wet. Of course you will get wet but your groceries will stay dry. haha I have deducted a star because it is a little difficult to get questions answered or help sometimes.. Also, I am all for going green and not using plastic bags but I hate paper bags in an area where there could be cockroaches. I usually have my own canvas bags but on the days they get left at the front door, I want plastic. Over all it is the best full grocery store in the Moore/Norman area if you don't want to go to SuperTarget. read more

The negatives outweigh the positives here. I've tried this place a few times to see if it would get better. It's gotten worse. The freshness of its food and the lack of decent customer service are the worst parts about this Crest. There's a Target across the street that does better in both. These areas. Let's start with the freshness of the foods. The fruits and veggies were dull and not fresh. Many of the bagged salads and packaged meats and dairy had expiration dates that were that same day or not far off. The same for the meats. The customer service is awful - the worst. One cashier the Saturday morning before Memorial Day. The manager and the woman manning the self-check out were both rude - I'm talking not just unhelpful but rude. read more

Never had a bad experience...phenomenal grocery store with fair prices. What makes this store special is the staff...so kind, helpful and welcoming! Produce is usually a good price, yet their seafood market is exceptional, as well as a very clean and mouth watering deli. Also, the store is spacious with wide isles and spotless!! Excited to have this grocery store in Norman now. I usually go to the Target across the way, but Crest is a great alternative for a few reasons. The prices are low. Good organic (or not) selection. Apparently, Crest does not offer returns on meat they sell, even though it was bad the next day. Manager Gary was a real jerk Didn't look at the product or our receipt. Don't shop here. We never will again. read more

I love crest! I love that you can buy certain kinds of organic products here as well as any other groceries- way more convenient than having to go to a whole foods AND a Walmart for grocery shopping! Clean store, fresh food, and their salad bar is pretty cool! Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area as well. read more

I went there for their memorial day "sale". Their produce wasn't very fresh. The cilantro was wilting and rotting, the organic produce wasn't much of a choice and of poor quality. My biggest complaint is the fresh meat department. I bought steak, chicken, and bacon. One of my steaks is in the beginning stages of going bad and the chicken has a gag inducing smell. Normally I would say accidents happen but this is the 3rd time I have had their fresh meat go bad over night. This is unacceptable and will be speaking with a store manager tomorrow. read more

Prices are good, usually a good selection on produce and processed products. Its big failing is in its fresh meat and seafood. The meats are fair, but the fish are usually visibly rancid. Freezer burn and discoloration due to lack of freshness is universal. I realize that fresh fish is nigh impossible to find in Oklahoma, but it's still disappointing. read more

I usually love this Crest. I do most of my shopping here.. however.. today I had a very different experience than I normally do. I went in today to find a cake for my dads surpise birthday party, which is tomorrow. I didn't realize that it was graduation weekend.. and it didn't cross my mind to think of how busy they might be. I found a cake that I wanted and I walked up to the lady behind the counter, and started to ask her, "Do you think that...." and before I could say another word she interrupted and responded with "Nope!" I was kind of taken back by the way she said it because it was very rude and her tone was not what I would expect, so I looked at her to see if she was joking and she raised her eyebrows as if to be like "what!?" So I said.. "I can't order anything today for tomorrow?" And she replied with "I said no.. we are booked until Sunday." Again, with a tone that I took to be rude. I guess the point of this review was just to say that all she needed to say to me was "No, I'm sorry.. we are booked" but instead what I got made me very upset. She needs to learn better customer service in the bakery. read more
