The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is to post this purposeful negative review..... That's right..I haven't even gone, but I already know something is up. OBSERVE! Picture attached.....YA ..THIS! This is false advertising. They "don't have or honor" this coupon. Im sorry...is this not your establishment? At said address. I even brought stepped inside, brought it up on my phone, started my GPS(which practically said you have arrived) and said "manager" STILL denied it. He also told me some lame *ss story that maybe long time ago in a galaxy far far away they honored it. Folks...save your time, save your money....Go somewhere else...where coupons will be honored.

AHHH is right! We were so lucky to stumble on this spa after a couple days of touring Nashville. Our dogs were howling. At 5:00pm on Saturday it was packed with customers. We made reflexology appointments to return at 8:30pm (stays open till 10:00). We were the only ones there. PERFECT AND PEACEFUL. Just the sounds of running water, new age music and our AHHHs. Both of our masseurs were FABOULOUS! Literally "on point". Be aware, they tend to be of the deep tissue variety.I mean good and deep, which I prefer. Starting with a soak, they go from shins to feet. The massage ends with pressure applied to the thighs, leg lifts then dropped. Sorta of weird if you have a dress on, which I did. :D Only the check-in guy seemed to speak English. Pricing is average. They have a menu of massage options. $35 for 30 minutes reflexology. If you are in Nashville, this is a perfect stop. I wish I was there now!!!

Always research your therapist. There was a language barrier to deal with too. I have more pain now than when I went in.

I go to Crest Foot Massage 1-2 times per month. It's great for a reasonable price. A fan!

Excellent customer service and I'm never disappointed with my service. Whenever I'm in the city, it's a must that I see Jeff.

The best ever. I've been to 10+ foot spas in Nashville and this one rocks. Ask for Candle or Tom.

OMG! It was absolutely one of the best massages of my life…read more My wife and I travel a lot and she LOVES massages,, so after 26 years of marriage so do I. I was hurting after a week on airplanes, so as soon as I landed at BNA, I went straight to AA Foot Spa, with my luggage, based solely on their reviews. I also used Alice based on the reviews and I'm so grateful I did. I bet I've had 100+ massages, from airport chair massage, to shopping center foot massage, to Pebble Beach SPA, Bellagio, etc... Alice is a muscle whisperer. She was incredible, and not for $200+ an hour, but more like $70. If you're used to going to high-end bougie places, this is going to feel like theft as it's so affordable. It doesn't have all the amenities, but they do use a full size cover up, the bed is comfortable and the room feels about the same. However, if you've already mastered the art of the affordable Asian foot spa, then just know, she's been there over a decade, and she speak clear English. You can have an actual conversation and explain your pains. It's the best of both world's. NOTE: the area looks rough and the outside of the building seems sketchy. If it weren't for the reviews I never would have tried it, but I'm glad I did. Alice is incredible! She's a muscle and soreness whisperer who just inherently finds the pain and fixes it. I wasn't bruised after, was able to have her focus on specific areas, yet felt 100 times better. Could not recommend Alice and AA Foot Spa enough!

Had an amazing message with Alice. Will be back soon. Very soothing environment that was quiteread more

Overall I would recommend them because the way they helped me when a mistake was made showed me their commitment to holistic health and their care for their clients. *** Originally I was upset because I was told I would be covered by my Aetna insurance, but after much research on their part and waiting on my part and some miscommunication it turns out my employer doesn't cover their services, even though I do have Aetna. Well unfortunately it was a learning experience for us both, but they took care of it and the CEO called me and expressed her apologies and explained why the services I received were not covered. I did not have to pay beyond my original quote. This greatly helps me because I did not have the budget for the service without health coverage. This experience showed me this company is honest, keeps it word and does it's best to help their clients. If they make a mistake they will fix it. I would recommend them to anyone who can afford the services or happens to have very good Aetna insurance. Just be sure to call your insurance first to double check they will cover integrative medicine, because we live in America and our health care system is lacking you guys.

I have been coming here off and on for a few years. Last month I bought a month of unlimited…read moreclasses and tried out several ones. This place is great. The class offerings are different than other studios and really focus on health- not just stretching at a quick pace. If your goal is to increase and strengthen the mind body connection then this studio is for you. I love the restorative class. Susie really puts a lot of thought into crafting each class and there's an element of community building too. I also took a private restorative class from her to jumpstart my home practice- very helpful. The Feldenkrais and Somatics class is fantastic! When I leave that class I feel like I just had a long meditation. The hatha class is the most strenuous I want to get, and she is the best hatha instructor I have ever had. The Melt class was also great. While this wasn't perfect fit for me I did meet people in there that said it helped them manage their pain (better than anything else they've tried). I did not try the Hale yoga class so I can't comment on what that's like. I had a few acupressure sessions with Rachel and she was great. I got something out of those sessions- so great for strengthening the mind body connection. They also just hired an acupuncturist (also named Rachel) and I have been to her half a dozen times at another location. They certainly are building and recruiting the best of the best here. What's great is that it isn't composed of the same crowd as other studios. Classes have people ages 20s-60+. You can wear whatever you want without feeling like you're a bum (compared to all the trendy yoga clothes people wear). The focus really is on health. I highly recommend this studio. Check out their website and workshops.
