    I love this location because I always find convenient parking right up front. The square footage seems a lot larger than Pasadena and the light from the windows give me some kind of peace to shop comfortably. Almost therapeutic! Anyway. I bought a new pot for my fig tree and it's stunning in my house. Check out my photo/video for reference.

    This store is immaculate just stopping in to get inspired for some home upgrades to furniture and accessories is a true treat as they update displays and rotate in a lot of seasonal items. The quality speaks for itself and they often have sales, clearance, and remarkable items like no other. I've only ever been here twice and gotten the weirdest customer service both times lol... Not acknowledge like other customers the first time and only acknowledge toward the end of my experience the other... Mostly positive and helpful, but also a bit cold and assuming at other times... Very... "It's very expensive..." service from a small half handful of associates... With me exuding Julia Roberts, "Look, I got money to spend in here!" #PrettyWomanVibes That said I do enjoying the store itself and those who make the experience better with their kindness and helpfulness, but everyone should be treated the same across the board. The online store is impressive as well. The restrooms are prestine much like the rest of the store and parking lot is spacious in a shared lot at the Burbank Empire Center, usally more than enough spots close by. Will go back in the near future and hopefully update especially for those holiday sales this fall!!

    I love everything about West Elm. Their furniture is the best quality and they have really nice styles. Absolutely love it. I stop by this location every time I'm in the Empire Center. The selection is amazing here. I always find something , even though if I'm not looking for anything. Does that make sense ? Can you relate ? Recently I bought the cutest table runner. I have been looking for a new one forever. Lots of parking , friendly staff.

    I was having trouble ordering my desk online and by the time I made it to the store after work, it was 10 minutes til closing. Elia still assisted me in making my order on their end and helped me come up with a solution for the payment. I had made the purchase at the end of May and the delivery date was set for the end of June. I was a bit nervous after reading other online reviews about the delay for shipping and seeing that the desk was back ordered but my desk arrived after 2 and a half weeks! Nothing was damaged and the packaging around the table pieces in all 4 boxes were very sturdy and thorough which I very much appreciated. Overall had a smooth experience for a desk of great quality! I'm excited to have a working and creative space!

Price was just OK about average with other competitors. The sleeper sofa I purchased for the second bedroom was not very comfortable so I had it re-done. The delivery people were rude and unprofessional. Did not bring shoe covers for my new carpet, yelling down the hallway, and then broke a sign over the front door of the building because they were impatient and careless on leaving. I called the store to speak with Mark and he never returned my call. A few weeks later, I went into the store to see him and he looked at me and ignored me. I had actually gone in there to order furniture for the living and dining rooms, but I decided to drop $12G elsewhere. I also wanted to mention that I spent money and time to have the sign they damaged repaired, but the delivery driver said there was a $40 balance. I thought that was really tacky that he wanted the $40 after inconveniencing me for an hour and a half's time for my handyman to come repair the sign. I gave him the $, but I highly recommend if you purchase here bring your own truck or get your own company to deliver. So two stars deducted: one for the delivery co. and one for no follow up from the store.

Juan provided exceptional support throughout our visit, and the store manager also took the time to help us finalize our purchase and arrange delivery. They answered all of our questions, were transparent about the payment options, and clearly explained what to expect during the delivery process. The customer service was outstanding, Juan was very present and was never too far from reach for support. We'll definitely be returning for more furniture as we continue furnishing our home!

So glad we didn't do that and came to this location because our experience was nothing short of perfect. We were greeted by Javier, sharply-dressed, great hair! He simply said hello, asked if we were browsing or looking for something in particular. We were there for a couch because our couch is THE WORST (thanks for nothing, Wayfair). He pointed us to where the couches started and we went on our merry way. Javier did not follow us, linger around, and certainly did not harass us. He did occasionally pop up to give us a little info on a couch we were spending time with, showing us features and then he would go back about his business and leave us to ours. Perfect amount of attention and space! We narrowed our choices down to about five couches. Javier was about to end his shift so he came to say to take our time but that Eduardo would likely be the one to help us out if we needed anything or planned to purchase a couch. Eduardo was equally great, and equally well-dressed. Eduardo ultimately sold us the couch we chose, he made the financing process easy and explained everything to us in detail. We even ended up getting new dining room chairs - which may sound like we got hit with a sneaky upsell but that's not so! We needed new chairs! To finalize the purchase, Eduardo brought over the manager Azi. She was also lovely and we talked about all these reviews - like, people, are you for real with these one stars!? Anyway! Great time and can't wait for our new couch (and chairs) to get delivered on Wednesday! (The only truth to the bad reviews - the In-and-Out drive-thru screwing up parking for everyone. But that's not Bob's fault and we went on a Saturday afternoon and snagged a spot after not much trouble.)

    Updated: There was…read morean issue with the scheduled delivery date, which was initially set for January 7, 2026, and then changed to January 10, 2026. I did not receive any calls, emails, or automated emails from the customer service team to confirm the delivery schedule. I had to contact customer service, where the associate representative repeatedly repeated the cancellation without providing an explanation. I made a second call to the store location to request to speak to a manager. The individual who answered the phone refused to transfer me to a manager. I waited a considerable amount of time until a store manager spoke with me. Mr. Emat explained that Ashley was backordered, which prevented the delivery of the furniture as scheduled on January 7 or January 110. The best available delivery date was January 14. After speaking with Mr. Emat, a chatbot automated email was sent to confirm the delivery on January 14. It was more than inconvenient to have to call to find out when the furniture was scheduled to be delivered. I don't live in Oceanside, plus my property manager was on vacation. A lot of logistics to arrange. Ashley Management: I highly recommend improving communication if the delivery schedule is canceled. Customers should be notified immediately rather than waiting until they are uncertain about the delivery. Proactive communication and better customer service are essential. The delivery driver, Juan Miguel, was punctual and professional. Unfortunately, there is no way to provide a review. They deserved five-star review to third-party contractors.
